This is not just about the sauces--it's about the repeated inconvenience of having to interrupt my plans and run late because my order is not fulfilled correctly. On top of that, the customer service today was completely unprofessional. The manager gave me an attitude and, instead of handing me the items respectfully, tossed them at me. That is unacceptable. I understand that the store gets busy and that staff have a lot to manage, but customers also pay for their food and should receive what they ordered without being questioned or treated disrespectfully. At this point, I am seriously considering not returning to this location because of the poor management and lack of professionalism. I really need to contact someone higher up about this issue, because the way I was treated today should not happen to any customer.
