I went with the 8 Piece Tender/Wing Combo -- 4 Garlic Parmesan wings and 4 Lemon Pepper tenders -- which came with a can of soda, fries, and a dip. I also grabbed the Mexican Burger, which caught my eye because there's a spot in LA that does a legit al pastor burger patty, and I thought this was the same concept. Fire Wings leans into Asian-inspired flavors. Hot Tender Wings is already solid -- now imagine if they leaned into their surroundings and added Mexican/Hispanic-inspired flavors. Birria wings where they thicken the consomé into a toss sauce? An Elote-style wing dusted with cotija and chili lime? Yes, I'm putting this in writing. Yes, I'm a little obsessed.
