My order is always ready in the alotted time. I usually order on the website, but ocassionally go into the store if I am in the area. I have been getting sandwiches from Jersey Mike for about 3 years off and on. Always greeted by one of the staff members on duty in a very pleasant manner. The store is clean and the staff over all is friendly and make you feel like a valued customer. The staff keeps the the convo moving while moving as we go. My sandwiches are made to order. Literally walked in a few minutes before closing, normally I don't do this, but considering we woke up 4am for my Graduation today, we had gotten home & took a five hour nap. I sincerely Appreciate them staying open so I can grab my Celebratory sub! They went above & beyond! They did not make me feel like a burden at all for staying open. Very slow service. I couldn't believe I was standing there waiting just for someone to take my order. I was told to give my order to a busy employee, which I did, and then stood around again before someone else was told to make my sandwich. The store was literally not busy at all. Definitely not Mike's way. Mike wouldn't be happy. read more

Bomb guys! It's crazy that I literally used to live around the corner and I never visited. I started visiting years ago and I feel like I've missed out all these years. If you know me, I love me some freebies so one year I looked up all the places I could get goodies for my birthday and Jersey Mike's was one of them. I tried it for the first time one year on my birthday because when you sign up to their rewards program online then on your birthday you get a sub. Anytime I have visited it has always been to go and the service is always fantastic. I always order on the app and my order is always ready when I get there. I've been there when they were super busy and ordering on the app/online will save you tons of time because they'll place your sandwich on the pickup shelf. I am not the biggest fan of sandwiches, so if I'm raving about a sandwich place then in my opinion it is high quality sandwich... again that is only my very own opinion. The place is always clean, you always see the staff wearing gloves when handling food and the veggies look fresh. Staff is always pretty friendly and they are probably on rotation when I'm craving for a sandwich with 2 other sandwich places that I hold at a high regard. The sandwiches are always spot on. We order on the app and they bring it to our vehicle. Each of the staff and the manager are super friendly. We love going there. They know us well now. Staff was either overworked or really don't care about the job. We had ordered a couple of weeks ago and had our order completely wrong. They charged us for the wrong items as well. We made a complaint via email with customer service and haven't received a reply yet. We want our refund thank you. read more

There's a shorter African American lady (I need to get her name) that's working every time we go, she has the best smile and best personality. I'm honestly not sure why there's such shit reviews of this location...It's with my driving less than 5 minutes from my house and my older sons house yes he lives 3 streets from me Lol!! i was so happy when they opened...So i will say Jersey mike's is my favourite sub place without a doubt HOWEVER....I tend to only get it when i'm having a depressed or shit day you know those i just don't give a shit days load my ass up with a massive sandwich that's most definitely putting 2 pounds on that ass the next day kind of days?? Yea it's my therapy hehehe.... My older son his wife and his pack of demonic step children as well as myself have door dashed and picked up from this location several times since it opened and i have to say it's better than my previous regular location! I've read the reviews and frankly laughed at them wondering wtf because i've never had issues with the employees or the food i mean look at my pic it's the only pic of a fat ass sandwich on their page!! My son got the Chipotle chicken cheesesteak which i stole a bite of (i bought it so i have the right..right? Lol) Thick melty and with a kick he loved it! As for mine well as you can see looks gorgeous! perfectly stuffed with my exact specified toppings and the bread super fresh. There was a "situation" tonight at Jersey Mike's. I went to Jersey Mike's expecting a sandwich not to find Mike from Jersey shore working there. He was pissed off that we walked in 1 hour before closing that he cursed as he threw something and walked to the back. Lucky us he was the one to take our order. All my friend ordered was a turkey sandwich. This knock off reality employee yelled at her two times. How is it her fault she can't hear in there when the music was blasting. Jersey Mike's has a few locations in town. This one is the newest of the bunch and just so happens to be a good proximity for me from work. I've now ordered in person and ahead at this location a few times. My sandwiches have always been done in a timely manner and made correctly. The Philly cheese steaks sandwiches are great if you're looking for a hot sub, and the club sub is wonderful for cold sandwiches. They definitely specialize in the cold ones though, serving those with the Mike's Way option which is what makes this place memorable. Everything also tastes fresh here which is a huge win for a chain sandwich shop. Definitely a decent stop but you can find these just about anywhere, and the service is about average. read more

Had a rough gym session and felt I earned some carbs. I walked in wiped out and exhausted. The meat slicer dude greeted me and he was so pumped to be there I felt motivated too! I haven't tried all of the subs yet but the shore favorite seemed like it would be good! Have to have it Mike's way. They didn't pressure any upsells for drinks or chips after the initial courtesy questioning. I thought I was hungry enough for the giant but it turned into lunch for me and my roommates. That African American Manger/worker dude is an ass. We get it man life is hard but throw a damm smile on your face or at MINIMUM talk to customers with a helpful tone of voice instead of your condescending shitty tone. The rest of the staff is very helpful and nice but you can tell by their faces that him working besides his team has a factor in their work attitude. Good food though! read more

This has been our go-to for a good while now. Great sandwiches, decent price compared to competitors. Until now. You can now expect less product on the sandwiches you order. To add insult to injury, they didn't make it Mike's Way, per my online order. I called to complain and they did offer to remake the sandwiches, but I didn't want to burn the gas. Plus, if less is the new more - less turkey, less tuna, less whatever - then I'll pass... permanently. Tip: a pound and a half of Sprout's brand deli turkey is less than the cost of two regular subs at Jersey Mike's - and you'll easily get four to six sandwiches out of it. Sure, I gotta make it. But it is My Way, not Mike's Way. Apparently Mike's Way now means less "toppings". Maybe sandwiches are shrinking to help pay the employees the state-mandated $20 per hour? Wouldn't surprise me. Avoid the chains and eat locally owned. And leave a bigger tip to the mom and pop restaurant servers who don't get the $20 per hour. read more

I love Jersey Mike's. I eat it probably once a week. Last week I tried this location for the first time with an online order. My sandwich is a little specific and I did include special instructions and they got everything right! I had a great experience. They were accurate and efficient. Also the workers were super friendly when we called for directions. The only issue was that google gives you the an inaccurate location for them. read more

I have been to this location a few times and every time the manager has an attitude. This last time I ordered a hot sandwich and asked if he could add lettuce and tomato to my order and he said no. He stated that the sandwich comes the way it says on the menu and no add ons. They've always added whatever I wanted to my sandwich. He was rude about it and the restaurant was full of people. I will not go to this location again. He needs some managerial and customer service coaching. Not professional at all. read more

The manager here is horrible he's extremely rude and needs to be REPLACED ASAPP he not only made the rudest unprofessional faces when I was simply just asking to add another sandwich to my order while I was literally still ordering like a total jerk. It all started back in 1956 in the sea-side town of Point Pleasant, New Jersey and was originally known as Mike's Subs. I have been coming to Sequoia Sandwich Company for many years, and as an elderly customer who has supported this business for a long time, it really hurts to say that I left feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and frankly disgusted. What upset me the most was watching employees handle food without gloves, including handing food to dine-in customers, while also working the register and doing other tasks. Seeing someone handle money, touch the register and other surfaces, and then go right back to handling food without gloves was extremely upsetting to me. I understand that employees have many responsibilities, but as a customer, I should not have to sit there wondering whether the food being handed to me has been handled in a clean and sanitary manner. I came in expecting to enjoy a meal from a place I have trusted for years, and instead I found myself feeling uneasy about eating it. Maybe some people will say I'm being overly concerned, but when you've been a customer for many years, you notice when things don't feel right. Basic cleanliness and proper food handling should never be something customers have to worry about. It genuinely saddens me because I have supported this business for so long. I don't want to see a place I've enjoyed for years lose sight of something as important as cleanliness and customer confidence. I feel as though since this is a fish restaurant that is from the coast, the fish should be their best dish. But this is twice now that it has failed to impress me.
