When I got back to this establishment minutes later they acted weird & told me that no, they would not replace the food. They said that I had no proof that it wasn't in there. I thought the cashier was joking at first. Nope. They were serious. What a lot of effort to put forward to cheat them of chicken strips. My time is more valuable than that- come on, now. They scribbled a phone number on a blank piece of receipt paper with the name 'Moe' and told me to call and take this matter up with him. At this point I'm laughing in disbelief. What??! This has to be a joke. Guess who got cheated out of a chicken strip meal? I was so annoyed by this game. I ended up going someplace else for my sons chicken strips. The phone number was bunk. A fake line with a full voicemail box. I would not recommend this place at all. I ordered a chicken grilled salad with avocado, about 30 minutes later at work, I work from 6:30 PM to 5:00 AM, I my the avocado is black as hell, I spoke to one female and she wanted me to bring the salad back and I told her I was at work, so she put another female on the phone and I am I supposed to eat in a 10 hour shift? then she said that the only thing she can do is replace my to come in any day at any time and she'll put my name down so I can get another salad, I went today for my salad and the female at the drive-through said where's the salad and I told her that I was told to come and they'll replace it. This used to be my favorite burger spot to go to. I would always recommend it and everyone loved it. I'm not sure if it's new management or what might have happened but the food is no longer enjoyable. I know the price of food has gone up but that doesn't mean your quality should. Bring up the price and let us enjoy the same delicious food we used to have. The chicken patty is very thin in comparison and the seasoning for the spicy is non existent. This used to be my favorite. I'm honestly very sad to have lost such a marvelous place. The packaging is even lacking and burger is smashed. I went for the pastrami sandwich because I love pastrami, the sandwich itself had a good portion of pastrami on it but there wasn't a whole lot of flavor to it. There was an overabundance of mustard for my liking. The fries were fine, your basic run of the mill fast food fries with seasoning salt. The combo including the sandwich, fries, and drink was a little over $10 which isn't awful, overall it wasn't a bad experience. We spent $67.28 for our meals which included 5 drinks. When I asked for a refill on a drink, the first employee said there are no refills due to Covid policies and they cannot take my cup back over the counter (I understand). Nowhere in the restaurant does it indicate there are no refills on the drinks. The second employee said the same thing regarding the Covid policies. When I asked the employee to fill a clean cup and pour it into my cup, the employee did not have an answer and repeated it was a Covid policy and suggested I purchase more drinks. I was planning on spending about $20 more dollars on dessert but decided against it since I felt I was being "nickeled and dimed." The food was good and the cashier who initially took our order was nice.
