We stood there for TEN minutes without anyone saying one word or acknowledging our presence. They looked at us but said nothing. As we stood at the counter, a woman came out of what we think was the bathroom. She had to walk right next to us to go behind the counter. We're thinking "oh good, the front counter person is here". Nope. She walked right by us, made a U-turn around the counter, and headed into a back office. Remember, we had been in our car for several hours. We didn't mind standing. We walked into the store and up to the counter. After 15 minutes of standing there, one of us looked behind us and to the left (closer to the seating area) and said "oh I guess we're supposed to order over there?". Still no contact from the crew.
