Kiki's Chicken Place has a promising menu and friendly service. The person who took my order was very kind and took the time to answer any questions about the options. My review is based solely on what I ordered, and I think I might have just picked the wrong combination. I opted to make my own Kiki fries with regular fries, garlic Parmesan, and Spicy Sweet Chili. The chicken itself was crispy and juicy, and everything else tasted good. However, the sweet chili sauce was far too strong and sour; it had an overwhelming vinegary taste that made the fries hard to enjoy. That was disappointing because the other ingredients were solid. I'd still like to give Kiki's another try since they have real potential, but next time I'll definitely skip the Spicy Sweet Chili sauce. read more

We were driving from Sacramento to Napa for a wedding and this was on the way. When driving along we saw signs for this place and figured it was a local california chain. They had a lot of locations so we figured it was safe. This place is dreadfully slow. We were hoping for a fast and quick meal. But it took almost 30 minutes for us to get our food. The wings themselves were just OK, the tenders were a little bit better but nothing special. The prices are pretty high as well. I'd stick to Cane's for tenders. read more

I enjoyed the crispy tenders hugged in between sweet Hawaiian bread with the sauce and veggies. The waffle was sweet and complemented the tenders well. It was a nice balance of sweet and savory for sure! For the wings, we got Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan. There are about a dozen of sauce to select from and a wide selection of sides. My personal favorites are the house sauce and lemon pepper. Note their wings are not that spicy. Their fries tho, were some of the best fries I've had. Looks basic and simple, but fried and season just perfectly. The Kiki's house sauce I can go without. It'll be a pass for me next time. This location was delicious! We stopped by on a Thursday at 8:15pm. They have expanded their menu since the last time I've been here (probably a year), so I tried the new grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken was so juicy and flavorful, I literally ate the entire sandwich and it was massive. The red onions on top were a little thick, but I love onions so I didn't mind. My fiancé ordered the Kiki's fries, original style. Also delicious, the perfect amount of chopped chicken and sauce for the amount of fries. The last item that we ordered was a dry 6 piece wing, which was actually not our favorite. The batter was just too thick to enjoy the actual chicken. You can never go wrong with fries and chicken. My recent order I got it bbq style. You can switch out the buffalo sauce with any of the other sauces they have. I liked the bbq style better than the original with the buffalo, as I'm not a huge fan of the buffalo. Service is great! The staff is really kind and welcoming. The restaurant has a modern style to it. There's a neon sign in the back of the restaurant with leafy background that you can photos at. There's also a lot of seating both inside and outside of the restaurant. I'd recommend this place to a friend or family. Kiki's Chicken place is a good restaurant to eat and hangout. read more
