Totally recommend coming to this place during fall time for their seasonal pumpkin patch! Many activities for people of all ages to include carnival games, interactive kiddie play zones, food court, photo-ops for those perfect IG posts, and amusement rides!! Employees there were so helpful w taking pictures of us and being friendly. Pumpkin patch does accept Apple Pay/cards but I would recommend cash because everything there has a card fee %. Parking is brutal, so be there early! We arrived around 1pm and parked down the street Corporate Center Ave! (For free) alongside the road. It was a short 3-4 minute walk, we didn't have to struggle with the crowds/shuttles/or the paid parking. Great pumpkins selection & for good price. Really wanted to like this place and we almost thought we were going to get a tree here until one of their staff yelled at us for losening the string on of the trees to look at it because it seemed like an option and there was potentially another one we were interested in as well. She really didn't have to yell at our family, she could have been kinder and also maybe they might consider a sign to inform others they use it as a signal to put water down for the trees, which is understandable, no need to yell. We didn't come to have a negative buying experience for the holidays, so we left. Prices were standard, maybe $10-$20 more than Home Depot for the douglas and noble firs, but they have grand firs (6-7 feet start at $125, 7-8 taller was $155). The best tree lot I've ever been to hands down. When you first walk in you're hit with the scent of the best smelling trees ever! They have a mass variety of different types of trees in all kinds of sizes. The selection they offer is impeccable! They have Noble, Nordmann, Douglas, and Grand fir. The sizes range from small table tops that are about a foot tall all the way up to massive trees that looked to be around 14-15 feet tall. Grand fir is the most fragrant and Noble fir has the most durable branches (good for holding heavy ornaments). After I made a comment about how fresh the trees feel, I was talking with a worker and I learned that the trees are grown fresh in Oregon by the family! The trees are priced good especially considering how fresh they are! I've been to many different tree lots including places like home depot and lowe's and this place takes first place by far! The workers are so helpful! I walked in knowing little to nothing about the trees and walked out educated about all the tree types they carry and everything! The workers greeted me as I walked in and answered all of my questions with great attitudes. They were playing christmas music and even had complimentary cookies and hot cocoa! Who doesn't love hot cocoa! Along with trees they sell fresh wreaths as well! They smelled so good! I purchased one and the kind young women who was working the cash register offered to make me a new bow since I didn't see any with a ribbon I liked! I ended up purchasing a tree and 2 wreaths, 1 for my home and 1 as a gift for my daughters home. I will 100% be returning there next year! read more

Five stars for customer service ! Last year, I was able to order my tree and get it delivered with just texting! This year we decided to go and Jamie was so informative and amazing! The other employees all had smiles and went above and beyond and even offered to take our pictures with the trees. We were able to get delivery the next day which was great! Delivery was on time and great. The reason why I didn't give them 5 stars: they charge 3 percent for using a credit card and they added a SVC charge WITHOUT telling me. The cashier gave me a total and then charged me more. For a tree around 9ft, it came out to over $300 (this is without buying the tree stand). The delivery fee was $50. read more

It's a nice Halloween and Christmas place to take the little ones. They have a good variety of rides and activities for kids of all ages to enjoy. Have to deduct two stars because they do ride maintenance during their opening hours which freaks me out. Would you wanna put your kid on a ride in which ten min ago they were fixing the wheels on the track? Would you ride on the Ferris wheel if you just saw them hammering each car especially certain ones repeatedly so that they work correctly ? Also they are a little short staffed. read more

Awesome place. I was glad it was open since our governor has ordered illegal shutdowns of everything but his winery. Plenty of parking, and many trees to choose from. From 3' to 20'. Staff was super helpful and lots of them around. Prices were very reasonable. And prices are posted on most of the trees, and if they aren't just ask someone they are willing to help! With the current pandemic some people are scared to open their mouth and ask a question. I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about, referencing transactions fees for credit cards this is very common, they get charged by the bank that price which is passed on to the consumer it's call free market if some people don't like it open your own Christmas tree lot. Next year I will be back, hopefully without a face covering and my civil liberties restored!!! Such a great business and family! You'll truly get the best experience when arriving. So many trees to choose from it really does feel like a forest, and you can even get a tree personalized to your liking with different colors! The staff is wonderful and the quality of the trees is amazing. I picked my 6-7 Noble tree in the beginning of the month and it is STILL fresh and green! First time buying a real Christmas Tree & I was pretty disappointed. The prices were way over our budget & when asked what our budget was the guy made a face. For a 5-6 feet it was over $100! We wanted a 6-7 feet & it was coming out to $135-180. I was first excited about coming here because I had a coupon for "$10 off". Doesn't make much of a difference tbh lol.. It's sad that families can't afford Christmas trees during this time. We went down the road 10 mins away & found a tree for $100 7-8 feet , great quality. I know you guys have to make money but overcharging for a small tree is pretty disappointing :( read more

What a great experience. Brought the kids and grand babies. The workers, such peaches! Felt very taken care of while shopping, all my questions were answered with patience and grace! Not to mention free hot chocolate and butter cookies, they know the key to this grandmas heart. Had the opportunity to speak with the management and was impressed with their enthusiasm towards making their pumpkin patch and tree lots succeed every year! Our first time here and we had a great experience. I read the reviews ahead of time and knew to bring cash, they do charge 3% for using your card, but easily avoided by bring cash. The trees are all propped up and categorized by size/price. There are trees as tiny as 3 ft, up to 15+ ft. We got 9ft, flocked tree for $160. The service was great, the process was easy, and we love our tree. Plus feels good buying from a small business vs home depot or somewhere like that.. read more

It is not worth your time! Super plain! There's not enough games for the kids, very little animals, you can't really take photos where the pumpkins are because if you touch them you buy them. They need more stations for people to take photos. They didn't have any solid meals, just ice cream, funnel cakes, and hot dogs. Not coming back here that's for sure! read more

Do not ... I repeat very carefully do not buy any Christmas tree from here ever in your life. I blame myself for not waking up early enough I blame myself for not waking up early enough and going I could have got I could have got an eight foot Christmas tree for 30 bucks. But anyways back to my story so me and my wife we go to this Christmas tree lot that we see because we need a tree. And when we get there we're looking at the trees they have some that a pretty big someone pretty full and I had a couple that were really small the only thing that gets me is when the prices of this place the little trees that were about 3 ft high or starting about 35-40 bucks so we found like a seven maybe seven and a half foot tree and the price was 80 bucks some of the trees went all the way up to $250 just for the tree and that's not including the flocking of the snow which is an extra $10 per foot. The gentleman that helped us with the tree was pretty nice I'll give him credit for that but when we went to pay the ladies at the register were very rude very unprofessional and they charge for everything and I do mean everything I'm surprised they didn't even charge us for the paper of the receipt. So the tree was $80 plus tax then we were going to pay half credit card and half cash they said we can't do that and that if we use the credit card or debit card whatever you want to call it it was an extra $0.39 for every $10 increments extra so after arguing back and forth we just paid it whatever and I told him that I was in a go on Yelp and leave a review about my experience because I think that it's wrong to have to pay $0.39 for every $10 that I spend on my card that's ridiculous and unheard-of and she said oh well it's not us it's the bank that charges that so there's nothing we can do about that which is a lie because I used to work in the banking industry. Anyways so after me being upset and the lady being rude we walked over to the gentleman who had our tree and he was going to get the tree so that way we can put it on top of the car then here comes the big fat lady I can't remember her name but some big fat lady comes waddling over acting like she's the boss it says so who are you needing that for? 04 them right there speaking about me and my wife. So then she proceeded to say oh well they didn't pay for that and I'm looking at her like pay for what? Oh The netting ... well there was written on the receipt that we wanted netting but nobody ever told us that it was a charge. It was an extra 1.00 per foot. And I'm just looking at her like are you serious? Because she wanted to be mad because I said that I was going to go on Yelp and write a review of my experience which I have every right to do and I'm only telling the truth I'm telling from my point of view what happened she was very rude and it was written on the receipt that we want to net him so that's not my fault that the lady working the register miss that that's her fault that's not my job she gets paid to do that and nobody ever wants said from the get-go that it was an extra charge just to have netting because apparently they charge for everything so then the lady told the gentleman you know what they need to leave leave their tree there on the floor and let them take it to the car themselves so I had to log and I asked him for the twine to tie the tree and they said that they couldn't give me any so that was my experience and never again will I ever go there or spend a dime there they had very bad customer service they are very rude and apparently they charge for every little extra thing and if you even look at the reviews of the pumpkin patch that they have cuz it's the same company they have very bad reviews as well obviously something needs to be done or the owners need to really look and pay attention and see what kind of people they I really wish I I really wish I would have remembered I really wish I would have remember the ladies name I just remember she was a short kind of large chubby lady with dark hair I'm assuming she was Hispanic please avoid her at all costs read more
