This year the tree was loaded loose, and the branches scratched along the upper side of my new car. Had I known netting wasn't available, I would have bought elsewhere. My family has been coming here for years like, probably more than a decade. Every December, it was a tradition to come here all the way from Diamond Bar. We would get 9-10 foot Noble trees and 8-9 Noble trees when they were under $80-100. Now, you can get a 6-7 for $130. We've been always treated well, had super friendly staff, and always offered discounts because the staff remembered us. Both this year and last year, the vibe was totally different. Staff was rude and did not want to ever show us a fresh tree, they would make faces to their coworkers and visibly look annoyed to help. It gives a sour feeling, and I don't feel merry when they give a "merry christmas". I get there's a poor economy but at this point, getting an artificial tree or looking else where is a better idea. Don't know what happened but it lost its magic touch. read more

Wonderful tree company conveniently located on the NorthEast corner of Central and Edison in Chino. It's across the street from Ayala Park. Easy parking. Outstanding customer service. The owners are very nice and helpful. The staff is helpful too including the "tip boys". They sell quality and fresh trees. I bought a 6-8' Grand Fir for $89. Love the shape and it's thickness. It smells heavenly. I had the tree delivered. It was delivered within a few hours. Delivery and set up was clean and professional. Super pleased with my tree. We came here yesterday to pick a tree for our family, loved the tree we got, had a kid named kevin help me and he was very helpful and absolutely knowledgeable, but it broke my heart when he told me he was working for tips. Not one sign, not one word about them working for tips. I couldnt imagine working, lifting trees all day, busting my back and giving my all for a place that doesnt help me out by letting anyone know that i am only working for tips. Management should really do something about that. You have kids working for tips, at least let the people know. Or else everyone assumes they are on the pay roll and will be working for free. Ill come back next year simply because of that kid. read more

Sad to hear previous owner Jessie is no longer part of the business. Always so welcoming and helpful to my family. Everything looked so different this year around. Vibe and customer service wasn't good at all seemed everyone hated their job and was not very helpful. I had some questions about trees and nobody could help me like they usually do. I have been a return customer for years and I always want 2 trees. Last year they did not have a Grand so I went with something else for my small 2nd tree. I am meticulous about the care of fresh trees and unfortunately I had a 2nd tree that was so dead after 2weeks that I took it down more than a week before Christmas. This year I noticed much smaller selections and staff that were not very knowledgeable. Again there was not a small Grand and no Nordmans that were not Giant. I selected a noble 7-8 ft. This was on 11/30. Again I asked for a fresh cut had tree immediately delivered and was watered. It drank water for the first couple of days. By 12/16 the tree was completely dead and crisp. I purchased a 2nd tree from a different lot on 12/3 and as of today 12/23 it is still alive and thriving. I couldn't take the dead now grey/green out on 12/16 as it would have required dismantling many decorations. On 12/26 the dead tree will be removed and after 2 years in a row of less than an acceptable experience I will not return or recommend this company. read more

First time purchasing from this place and surely it would be our last. They charge for every little thing, netting included. I get that everyone needs to make a living, but on a consumer standpoint it would be more aesthetically pleasing if you would roll that into the price of the tree. The service we received was horrible. Maybe I'm old school, but I find it highly inappropriate to be wearing ear buds of any sort while helping a customer. You can never hear what we're asking and when the response is constantly "what", at some point I'm going to lose it. The gal that helped us load the tree was far less than friendly and clearly inexperienced. Let's just say I was happy to get the heck out of there to avoid any more of my time conversing with this "child." read more

Fantastic place to pick up your Christmas tree! Our family are local residents of Chino and had recently stopped by our closest tree lot by the Albertsons on Grand which we found quite disappointing when no one greeted us and their prices were absolutely absurd. Charging anywhere from $200 to $300 for a sparse 5 to 6ft tree. 7ft? Almost $400!! We get that it's in Chino Hills but those are crackhead prices. After having a photoshoot near the Chino Airport we stopped by Thee Christmas Tree Company and their lot at the Chino fairgrounds and talk about a refreshing experience as almost every staff including the volunteering children greeted us with a friendly smile and asked if we needed any help. Their trees were healthy! Not dry, they didn't have huge gaps between the branches like the other lot, they were healthy! Many trees to choose from and at fair prices! A family owned and operated business we were delighted to give them our business and got a beautiful noble fir at a great deal!
