loved coming here. i went for a late-night munch. i ordered the corn in a cup with hot cheetos and NO hot sauce/chile. hot sauce/chile makes my stomach very upset. however, they still put hot sauce. i didn't notice until i got home and now, i don't feel good. i couldn't eat it and threw it away. my partner also ordered nachos with cheese and jalapenos but they were out of the nacho chips so he asked for tostilocos. the cheese was cold. taking recommendations for other similar places in Merced! please let me know! idk if i will be returning. :( read more

Now this is one place i WOULD NOT recommend when i tell you there they were BY FAR the worst experience with staff ever i mean IT. They were in my opinion unprofessional and disrespectful towards me and my child. And so as the food i genuinely wouldn't be surprised if staff pissed in it. Wow. I was really in awe with this place in Merced. First of all I got the best customer service I have gotten in a long time by Yani, second of all everything was so delicious, fresh and clean! You can sample anything before purchasing, the fresh waters were delicious and cold. The actual ice cream is creamy along with the paletas and the popsicles. They have a lot of items like tostilocos, takis, authentic Mexican chips, hot dogs, pina locas, coffees, fruit cups, endless possibilities. The mangoneada was nothing more than just a mango raspado with a few pieces of unripened fresh mango, tamarindo candy, and chamoy. Not impressed at all. I got the strawberry and cream popsicle, it was pretty average. All of their popsicles include fruits embedded in the popsicle mixture. I did not enjoy the strawberries inside my popsicle because they were super sour and rock solid. My fiancé and I were extremely excited for this spot to open up near our home. We purchased a strawberry milkshake which was a huge disappointment! It tasted like melted ice cream that sat out in the sun all day. Completely watery and warm! We threw it away after one sip. It was also overpriced....8 bucks for really small portion. We wouldn't complain on the price if the flavors were actually there. Don't think we will be coming back here again.
