She told me that I would have to pay more for more ice cream. So I asked if she could put the chocolate chip scoops from the cup into a waffle cone. She did, and there you could really see the difference...she just shrugged her shoulders and told me they were the same size scoops. I paid $14.47 for 1 1/2 scoops of ice cream and 2 waffle cones. Got on the BR website and reported what had transpired. My last visit yesterday (I decided to give them another chance), my order looked the same as the 2nd visit.
