We both had fruit cups, I had the Dulce Cup with a medley of fruits and my friend had an Angel Cup with Horchata ice cream. They were amazing! The fruit was fresh and sweet and the ice cream flavor was a lot stronger than I anticipated. The service was great and they a really nice job on the interior. We will definitely be back! There was also a variety of Mexican snacks too.

When the server finally brought the food, we noticed the churros were not plain like we ordered. We told him the order was wrong, but regardless, he brought a new order to the table. On top of that, the churros were HARD AS A ROCK. Very disappointed with both the service and the quality of the food. Definitely not worth the money. And this thing about saying bad comments in their language is NO BUENO, regardless, we will NEVER RETURN!!!

Two single scoops came to $9.68, which is reasonable compared to similar spots and worth it for the quality. You can also grab pints to take home if you want to stock the freezer. Now for the quirks. The standard serving method is a scoop in a cup with a sugar cone placed on top rather than the ice cream scooped into the cone itself. It sounds like a small thing until you are actually eating it and realize the experience is genuinely different. Same elements, different result. It is a presentation choice that nobody asked for and one worth reconsidering. The seating situation needs attention too. There are a few tables inside and several outside, but only one umbrella on what can be a brutally sunny summer day in Pleasant Grove. More pressing is the trash container sitting just steps from the entrance next to the parking space. The smell on a warm day is noticeable and unwelcoming for a place built around sitting outside and enjoying a treat. Simple, clean, and traditional inside. The ice cream earns your visit.
