I just went back and gave this store a another look, We were greeted right as we entered. We were…read moretreated very nicely, and professionally. It was definitely not the experience we had the last time. Our order was ready, beautifully decorated, and tasted AMAZING. I never had a problem with the food. So maybe it was a rush to judge, but it really was how my husband and I felt at the time. I do believe that everyone deserves a 2nd chance! And wow did they exceed at theirs! Thank you! 1st off you'll see I NEVER write a bad review. I only come on this site to praise staff, or the item. On May 12th my husband went in to pick-up his phoned in ahead order. He was already upset with the staff, because he had ordered my Fav for Mother's Day, and was told when ordering they'd need an extra day to write on the pie"Happy Mother's Day". He said fine. Imagine his surprise when he picked it up, and he saw what looked like a price tag/or gift tag made out of the worst tasting chocolate, maybe at the most 5", with Happy Mother's Day on it and stuck in the whip cream like an after thought. He came home and was so upset, he showed it tome early. He got major credit for remembering, and he said please call, or write a review! That ridiculous, that's what would take an extra whole day. It doesn't even have your name on it, I tried to understand it was Mother's Day, but that's what took them 24 hours extra to do? Top it off they were not the nicest when he went to get it.

Staff seem very inconvenienced and stressed by the presence of a few people. Milk shakes are more…read moremilk than anything. And their ice cream scoop sizes are very small for what they charge. Literally any other place is better.

This is gonna be my new Pho Joint!! Sonny was so cool &…read morefriendly...Definitely gonna support your business as you mentioned bro small cozy joint!! The Chicken Pho was PERFECT!! I highly recommend this spot all day!!

I have to disagree tremendously with the person who previously wrote a review about the pho being…read moretoo greasy. I've lived in the Bay Area the past 4 years and there is not one single pho place I've tried so far that even closely compares (it's actually a running competition in my family to see which one of us can actually find a place that might compare). The pho here is extremely flavorful, they always give you the most garnishes- in San Francisco they give very minimal and its usually just cilantro and bean sprouts- here you have a huge choice of condiments and garnishes. The chicken here is shredded- in most other pho places they give you pre-cut frozen slabs of chicken that don't soak up any flavor, the shredded chicken here soaks up all of the broth, it's wonderful. In my opinion, pho is a wonderful warm meal meant to be flavorful and rich in flavor, the pho here is not like traditional places you may go to where they give you a very sweet (but bland) broth. This broth is always extremely flavorful. If you don't like 'greasy' pho try the simplest pho offered here like a chicken pho- or meat or your choice. Last thing, their boba is great too. This place, is in fact, a community staple and the family who runs it are wonderful with customer service. Try this place whenever you can.

I'm 70 years old and gauge a restaurant on their chilicheese dog. Best dog I've ever had. My first…read morefood eaten here was in 1964 when my dad put us boys to work, picking peaches and prunes and getting paid by the ton. Such miserably difficult work, Foster Freeze, was the place to visit for a big treat on payday. That's 60 years of memories, and they're just as good today as back then. Thanks, gals and guys! People, you've just got to eat here!!!! I'm probably losing my memory, but I've always known it to be Foster Freeze, not Frosty. Lol.

This place used to be a Marysville community landmark or as a hallmark of the neighborhood…read morewhen it was A&W-Frosty Freeze. As with the similarity to the DQ Chill & Grill in Yuba City. All Families came here for quality food, friendly service, and that classic small-town charm. Unfortunately, that feeling is gone. We spent $30 to $40 on simple meals with costing more for extras, and the food just didn't live up to the memories. The fish fillet was bland, and being charged extra for tartar sauce felt unnecessary and disappointing. Even the ketchup tasted weird... but these small details speak volumes about how far standards have slipped. The building could use a fresh look and facelift. This used to be a place you were proud to bring your family to. Now it feels like corners are being cut everywhere -- food quality, supplies, and customer care. This review isn't written out of spite, but out of disappointment. Many of us remember when this spot was something special. If management wants to win back longtime customers, it starts with respecting the legacy: better ingredients, fair pricing, cleaner presentation, and genuine hospitality. Bring back the pride, the quality, and the care that once made this place a local favorite. Until then, it's hard to recommend -- but I hope one day it earns back the reputation it once had.
