My sister watched the entire interaction play out and was incredibly upset on my behalf because of how disrespectful Trinity was to me, especially since I was being super polite to begin with.My sister felt compelled to speak with Trinity directly about her behavior right then and there. It is highly disappointing to see such a blatant lack of professionalism in a customer service role.
