Ordered the fruta Picada which comes with 4 fruit, ordered 2 watermelon, strawberries and pineapple. I took 3-4 pieces of the strawberries and they were all mushy, bad and sour, my boyfriend agreed, the watermelon was also not sweet and bad. It was 8pm at night when I got my order, all I ate was the pineapple and the other items were inedible. I just got off work, and I'm 7 months pregnant so I didn't call that night, but I kept it and called the next day which the manager told me to come in and they would take care of it. We came here two nights ago to enjoy one of our favorite drinks from here. We preordered when we arrived there was two people behind the counter and they were on their phones as we came up to the counter they completely ignored us and continued talking while on their phones. We stood in front of them patiently after about 5 minutes they finally acknowledged us. We told them that we had an order they handed us two cups one had ice cream on the whole side and the other cup and the other cup was missing ice cream which made it a medium. We then ask for a straw which she answers by saying they don't have any then continues on her phone and leaves us standing there with nothing. This is the second bad experience there. I was so excited for this place. It's huge inside, the lights are bright! Yay... Well that excitement ended when the cashier who was obviously having a horrendous day practically yelled at us for not knowing what we wanted.
