I came to this place after getting the munchies and it was so ass. I asked for a like it oreo overload and she quite literally took the name literate. This employee even forgot to add the rest of the toppings. I paid for sweet cream ice cream and HUGE chunks of oreos. It's frustrating paying $38 for a half gallon of ice cream thats supposed to have 8 toppings (or 8 items I supposedly paid for). I get some of that cost is convenience fees but please before you look at the photos think how much "3 sides of colored sprinkles" would look like in a half gallon of vanilla ice cream and then look at what I received. Then do that for the other toppings in question please : So I asked for: -French Vanilla Ice Cream & it was correct and all there. -Fudge (Topping) & this was there. Ordered 2 regular size ice creams with mixings- 1 of the ice cream had 3 slices bananas and nuts no other toppings that were supposed to be mixed w/caramel etc. Ordered 2 large size 1 of the ice cream had a small size cup inside a large cup to make it look like a large. We decided to treat our kids to some ice cream after dinner and we were happy with our choice on coming here! The staff working that evening were friendly and helpful and most importantly patient with our kids while they decided on what they wanted. They have a lot of topping to choose from to add in apart from what you get, if you want to add more. I love that they mix the add ins so it's not a mess on the top. We also liked that they still have some seating available inside and the tables are safely spread out. The only thing that I wasn't a fan of was that they we're almost out of chocolate and didn't have anymore for the day. Not sure if it's like that everyday, once a flavor is out, it's out until they make more? Regardless we had a great time and enjoyed the ice cream! read more

We came to visit my daughter and wanted some ice cream. The ice cream was good but not what we wanted. There were 2 boys working, one seemed new as it took him 10 minutes to put on his gloves the other seemed a bit more experienced but his attitude sucked. He was determined not to give us what we wanted (even when we saw the items on the counter) when we told him he grew really agitated and proceeded to give us what we wanted. I completely understand that it was busy and the other worker was New but in no circumstances should an employee treat the people that are coming in for a service to act this way. Ordered ahead. Glad (but sad) I'm not the only one with the same issue! I ordered cupcakes for a next-day birthday. I put the order in around 3 PM and scheduled pickup at 8 PM. I get there, she tells me - I was just going to call you, we have nothing on this list. She says since it's an online order you need to go online to get a full refund. I was pissed but walked out to get this process going. Well I didn't create an online account and just had the receipt that was emailed to me. At the bottom of the receipt it says to call this number for issues with your order. So I called and it sends me back to the person inside who just sent me outside to do this online refund. I try explaining to her there is no online process and the only thing I have is this phone number. She then tells me that she will need to let her manager who can process the refund. I said - then why did you send me outside when we could have handled this inside?? And on top of it the manager doesn't work again until Friday (today is Tuesday). Highly recommend going to the Westgate location - they aren't even owned by the same people and THEY HELPED FIX MY ORDER!! I called and explained the situation and they hooked it up!! HORRIBLE!!!!! Almost $40 for 3 desserts. Then they short you on ice cream putting a smaller bowl inside the bigger bowl. Complete rip off. I ordered a sprinkle bowl and as you can see from the pictures, I didn't get it but was sure charged for it. I also ordered a pint of ice cream and it was 3/4 full, not even close to a pint. Called the store and there's no manager in, the girl had no idea what she was talking about, going in a bunch of circles. I will NEVER get ice cream here again. Don't go there! I placed an order 2 days ahead. Pick up at 5pm I called the day of and asked if I can pick up at 4pm. The guy said yes you can. I get there 15 til 4pm. We walk in & No one in the front of the store. We peeked in the back, shouted multiple times for like 7-8 min. No one came out. Finally I decided to call the store while I was In there. No one answered. Finally another couple walked in and they rang the little bell at the register SUPER LOUDLY. Finally these 2 employees. One male and one female jump out laughing. Acting hella SUS. Like mkay... Asked them for my cake. She ran back and started making it. Took her an additional 20-25min to throw together. On top of the 7-8 min we waited for some one to come out and attend us. I was very annoyed and frustrated! Cake was thrown together and the box that she gave us looked previously used. Was dirty with fingerprints and seemed as if there was tape on it before and was now ripped off. Lastly I had asked for purple writing. Gave me PINK. My daughter HATES pink. She didn't even bother to show me the cake before I took it home. She handed me the box taped up. TO THE MANAGER: please tell your employees to have their lil obv kinky seshs outside of work. We ordered ice cream online that was scheduled to be picked up at 1053. I drive 20 minutes and get there at 1055 and the doors are locked and closed early. I knock on the door and all 4 people behind just look laughing and talking. They were cleaning and didn't even make the ice cream but could have canceled the ordered to save the drive which makes me the most pissed. I took the picture as I left at 1059 to prove I'm not making this up. And we called at 1103 to see how to get a refund and the women gives us the rude comment claiming she woulda answered the door but now she won't because it past 11 . This place was a complete shit show last night. My friend and I in line felt like we were on a show or something being pranked. The line alone took 40 minutes to get through. The 3 people working behind the counter were half awake it seemed like. We told one guy the same thing 5 times as he would come back and ask the same thing we just told him. Told him what size cup we wanted and he asked us 3 times to make sure we asked for a waffle cup. NO WE DIDNT. I asked for a peanut butter cup perfection, and he comes back 30 seconds later to ask if I said chocolate devolution. Lord help us. Then there was a spill on the floor that I almost fell on, I told him about it just so they knew, and he shrugged his shoulders and told his coworker who looked concern "we'll get to that later we don't have time right now" ?????? Story goes, employee wasn't sure if they accepted my emailed coupon so she asked her manager. The manager called from the back saying they won't accept it. I questioned the cashier why and the employee brought the manager to us. The manager explained that they won't accept the printout of my coupon. After my attempts to prove the authenticity of my coupon she accepted it--I had to enter my phone number and show her my personal email. She reluctantly gave us the BOGO deal. Won't be coming here anymore, at least with any hopes of redeeming a coupon. This business has a great location, but the lack Of attention to cleanliness is appalling. Out of soap in the bathrooms.....said they don't have any-as in the EMPLOYEES didn't have any. When I asked them, they said "we have gloves." The only reason I give them two stars is because this was not the employees fault. They were trying-offered us dish soap. Two days in a row I've placed a mobile order at this location and both days they were unable to fill it. They don't send you an email saying your order was canceled prior to having you drive to the store or at all. I still have no confirmation my two orders were not fulfilled. Once you get there you have to stand in line until they have the 1 employee working, assist everyone just to tell you "sorry we canceled your order" Don't promote your online ordering if you can not reasonably accommodate mobile order clients. I don't mind waiting in line and being a patient customer but to wait over 30 minutes to be told yeah sorry we canceled your order is kind of terrible, especially considering you do send out confirmation the orders were received with a pick up time. read more
