Upon my return, we realized that both salads we ordered were missing chicken and dressing. I then packed the food back up into my car and returned to the location to inform them of my missing items. I was met with an empty stare as they took my bag back to fix my order. They ended up putting the chicken for both of the salads into one container on the side, which was a little weird, but thankfully it was fine with my co-workers, and gave me four dressings on the side, instead of two. The employee that brought me my order didn't even say anything as I thanked them for fixing my order after having to go out of my way to return to the location and endure a second wait. I realize that mistakes happen and that is fine. But it really seemed that the kids working may have been staffed but probably didn't feel that they were because half of them didn't know how to make the items -- as I also saw another gentleman returning his poor-looking sandwich as I waited for my meals to be fixed. They also didn't seem to have any real hospitality to any of the guests, they just seemed frustrated and irritated. It seems that they needed a leader/manager on duty to support them during the rush and keep things running smoothly. I would suggest only ordering here during slow times. When I politely requested that my cup be filled more--whether with milk or additional ice--my request was declined stating it was the baristas job to fill it and not there's I even asked if it could be made over so it could be filled even if it was in a small size cup and my request was STILL declined . It is frustrating as a customer to receive a partially filled cup, especially when a simple adjustment could have resolved the issue. No customer should feel shorted on a purchase especially when gas prices are sky rocketed and the way the economy is , at this point I rather make my coffee at home since i can't even get proper customer service spending my hard earned money ! Due to these repeated experiences, I find the service unprofessional and disappointing. As a result, I have decided not to return to this location. I have also shared my experience with others and will continue to advise against visiting based on the lack of consistency and customer care.
