From my little yogurt experience Fruttos seemed like a great option. They have an amazing amount of toppings as you can add almost any candy bar you want. This place is yummy, especially in the summer time. The place is kept very clean and the employees are always nice and welcoming. I always go here before or after seeing a movie at the theater up the street. They stay open pretty late, which is good if you ever have one of those late night cravings. The yogurt selection is just okay, nothing that would make me want to come back specifically here. The guy behind the counter looked like he hated his job. The place itself is clean so I liked that. Mid-day exploration with my girlfriend. We just moved to the area from SLO and it was a day to just find things. We heard about the Multiplex, so we figured we'd check the area out. It was hot and we wanted a little something sweet, but cold and refreshing. We were hoping for a Jamba Juice. Almost hit ColdStone, but decided to keep looking. Found Fruttos and what a delight. Sure, young staff, young crowd. Expected it and dealt with it. Yogurt was amazing good and creamy, Sugar Free didn't have the Sugar Free after taste.... All in all, just solid! If you want high class or customer service, stick with your expensive places or chain/franchises, if you want good FroYo and toppings, come on it. read more

My girlfriend and I recently went there because we had a craving for a creamy treat but being on a diet restricts you and when the craving hit, it was 10:30 at night. We saw this place was open, headed over, and got a very needed fix. The cashier at the time, Angel, was very helpful and polite, so polite and friendly we gave a big tip for him and his coworkers. Fruttos Yogurt is my favorite frozen yogurt place by far. Besides the fact that it is pretty close to my house, they have awesome flavors and a variety of toppings/sauces to choose from. My favorite is the Dulce de Leche flavor, but you can always count on the classic cupcake flavor to be there everytime, which is also delicious. The shop is always clean, and they never let any of the fruit toppings run low. The staff is attentive and helpful as well. I see a lot of people complaining in their reviews that they employ mostly teenagers at Fruttos, but hey, everyone has got to start out somewhere and I think that this is a good first job for a young person. My only complaint is that sometimes they do not circulate the flavors often enough, but I guess one would only encounter that problem if they go there twice a week! read more

I love frozen yogurt and Frutto's did not disappoint. It's self service, even for the toppings which is pretty cool since you can put how much you want. The only reason i didn't give it five stars was because of the fruit toppings. The strawberries were too frozen. The blueberries were kind of hard. The kiwi and the mango pieces were too big. But, they have a variety of flavors and toppings so I will definitely come here when I need my fro-yo fix. read more

This place has been open I'd say aboooouuut 2 years, maybe more. It's probably the only legit yogurt joint in the town, which was very well needed although I still have for love Peppertree, always. What makes this place stand out is the assortment of toppings you can throw on that delicious, huge blob of yogurt. There's like 3 yogurt flavors and HELLA different toppings. And of course, it specializes solely in, yes you've got it right, YOGURT, not ice cream. They charge by the pound and even offer a rewards card. (Really, all it is, is points that when accumulated to a certain amount, you receive a free yogurt). Parking's available. On a hot sunny day, you can buy a cup of yogurt here and had to "The Wave" (the water park) located right behind it. And if you are simply looking to have dessert after a satisfying lunch/dinner, you can find it here, then head to "The Krik" to catch the latest flick in demand. I would've given it 5 stars, I just wish it were just a liiiittle bit cheaper. But folks, you have my approval =) read more

Just went here last night with the family we enjoyed it. It was a little over crowded & the Cashier could be more friendly but over all A+++

The frozen yogurt itself was pretty good. The teenager working there seemed uninterested in costumers. We came in fifteen minutes before closing and all of the toppings were already packed away. They did bring some toppings back out for us but selection was limited. Teen worker was clearly annoyed. There was an older Asian woman who eventually came out and was very nice and friendly. The best thing about Fruttos is that the flavors are usually very good. Somehow they avoid the nasty artificial tastes proffered at some yogurt shops. Fruttos also has a good selection of toppings - nuts, sweets, fruit, etc. So tasty yogurt and great toppings! All major plusses! Now the downsides: The clerks - some are OK but others are not on-the-job - sticky blobs of yogurt on the scale and on the tables, fruit toppings splayed all over the area, dry toppings containers open, messy etc. Cashier bothered by having to take your money. Stuff like that. However, only some employees are like that - so it's hit or miss. The climate - it can be 50 outside and the cashier will have both doors wide open, so it's freezing inside. Who wants to eat FROZEN yogurt in the cold?? The music! Ugh - what can I say. It would be better without music than to leave it to the discetion of the teenager on duty. So, overall, some very delicious yogurt sundaes! Fruttos just needs some management oversight to get the rest of their ducks in a row. read more

I have heard it is up to the manager which flavor a to display and apparently he doesn't care what his customers want. Great toppings- especially the good fruit selections that are thawed perfectly. Great flavors, good consistency- Love the fruity sorbet flavors they come up with. Consistency is firm and not runny. Not enough selections and the ones you want are always broken down. The owner is always there watching over the shoulders of her staff. As a customer that is uncomfortable to watch. She watches as you try out samples to make sure you don't over fill. read more

Ok let me first start out by saying their yogurt was actually very good, so my problem wasn't with the yogurt. The issue I have with this place is the fact that they don't have water for their customers to drink. Every yogurt place I've ever been to has free water, so I was appalled when the girl working the register told me I could buy a bottle of water for a dollar. She also said that if she wanted water she would have to buy a bottle too. What kind of place doesn't offer water to their workers, let alone their customers? Yogurt makes people thirsty, especially with all the chocolate and goodies people load on top of it. Honestly, I would rather go to Yogurt Land. If I could put zero stars I would. When I went in today the girl working there was so rude! We asked where the sample cups were and she said by the fruit but we didn't know where that was as we hadn't been there, so we asked where again and she rudely walked over and said "right here" with total attitude. And she also asked if we could make sure the levers were lifted up after we were done using it. But it's kind of ridiculous, you don't go into a retail store and the workers ask you to put your clothes back! Anyways she was rude, and it wasn't a very pleasant experience. read more

Where to start.. the yogurt here is good that is where they get one star. Their staff is absolutely horrible. My two girlfriends and I decided to eat inside.. what a mistake! First we had to sit through a very young female cashier have a loud, obnoxious yelling match with a male in the back. No apology or anything from the female. She proceeded to turn the music up from a normal level to instantly SO loud that she blew the speakers!! It was unbelievable.. no apology. I think she did it by mistake but she should have apologized to her customers for hurting their hearing as we were right by the speakers. Also.. can you believe that this gets worse? Behind the counter they have this big TV where they display pictures of young people doing silly things. One of the pictures was a clear drawing of a... penis. I could not believe it. I wanted to speak to a manager but there wasn't one there. I suppose I should call back until I reach one.. totally unacceptable, DON'T bring your kids here. read more

I'll start off by giving the business a tip. When someone calls your store, don't simply answer, "hello?". Introduce your business to reassure a potential customer that they have reached the correct number. Second, when I call at 10:58pm and ask what time you close, and you say 12 but then say that your starting to close up now, that just says "please don't come here, I don't want your business". It was weird having to tell them the time and tell them that midnight was an hour away... And then I had to ask if I could come get yogurt... I think that must have been the weirdest most awkward phone call of my life lol. I guess that should have deterred us but we took the risk because they were the only place open and I was craving yogurt. We get there 6 minutes after 11 and the place is basically closed, chairs on the tables, most the toppings away. We were about to walk away but we were told to come in and that they were open. We awkwardly grabbed cups and quickly picked a flavor, the ice cream came out half melted and runny. It shocked me at first and I thought maybe it was just that flavor so I picked a different one, but nope. It was melted and runny. The little girls who worked there were nice I'll give them that. They did go in to the back to get us toppings. But if you say your business is open till a certain time online and when a customer calls you confirm that you are open till that time, don't make the customer feel like they are putting you out for giving you their business an hour before you close! read more

Yogurt was great until I saw the owner come out and while down the yogurt stations, handles, candy/topping wall THEN the trash bin and all around it, THEN going back to double clean the yogurt station. I really like Fruttos but do have comments, about the owners. They don't treat these young people very nicely, I went in the other day and it was 88 degrees in there and this was at 5:30 pm, the person at the counter said the owner turned off the air conditioner as she left for the night and didn't care if it was hot. This poor kid received complaint after complaint and explain to each person that they didn't have air. Also they leave these young people alone even in the evening, I wouldn't want my child there alone. I hate to say anything bad because it's giving young people a job, but I am going to start going to Menchi's. read more

This place is DISGUSTING! My husband and I went there today. I was getting a taste of one of the flavors and the lady who worked there ran over to me with a cup saying, "Don't waste it, Don't waste it!" and shoved the cup under my hand! I didn't quite know what to think. Then, after she did that, she collected one of the other drip pans under the dispensers and went into the back with it. I could see her through the separation between the wall and the machine. SHE POURED IT BACK INTO THE YOGURT!!!! OH YES SHE DID! We were horrified. We walked out without getting any yogurt. The yogurt is awesome. And their topping selection is always filled up and the fruit is always fresh. For quality of the yogurt, definitely 5 stars. The service.... Not good. I have been here a few times and I always have to wait at the register for someone to come up from the back and ring me up. There's not a bell or anything to ring and there will be other people in there eating and people waiting and still no one up front. The last trip I made here I waited almost 10 minutes at the register. When the clerk finally came up front he was on the phone laughing and did not even set the phone down or speak to me other than to tell me my total. We've been in here multiple times before and always liked but walked in today, walked right back out. It's a self-serve yogurt shop with about 10 choices of flavors. In the past they have always been good about have a variety of non-dairy, fat-free, low-fat, regular, etc. Today, they did not have even one option that was fat-free or low-fat.
