Service was great. Parking was convenient since it's located in a plaza with plenty of spaces. The yogurt shop's interior is cute and small. You pick your frozen yogurt and toppings yourself. It's self serve. The vanilla frozen yogurt came out really soft and nearly melted. I didn't mind the cookies and cream. I got the cheese cake and raspberry! It is amazing. The toppings I went with were the brownie. Some fresh cut strawberries underneath. Can't forget the caramel cups, the service was smooth. She was super sweet at the register! Ambiance was quiet with simple music playing. read more

I love this place. All the flavors are always in stock whenever I go. They have maybe 8 or 10 different froyo flavors at a time and a good variety of toppings. There's a nice seating area outside and it's a perfect post-gym treat. It's self serve and they accept Apple Pay which is nice. read more

I came here a couple of times recently since my last review (11 yrs ago). I'm glad to know they are still around after the last couple of years of Covid. I'm excited to give a 5 star updated review. The customer service is very friendly. I can't point out enough times how important it is to greet someone walking into your place of business or even your own home! The store is always kept clean and organized, even the restroom. There are a few tables outside with and without umbrellas to enjoy your cold treat. There are plenty of flavors to select from and array of toppings! Some new flavors coming soon is cappuccino, and watermelon. I was pleasantly surprised that I liked the Irish mint that the next time I came in I helped myself to more. Another fave of mine is the pomegranate raspberry. Since I'm in the area a lot I'm sure I will be back to enjoy some new flavors. read more

There are enough toppings so they can choose something new every week, the place seems pretty well-kept and the owners(I think?) have been friendly all of the times we've been here so we are repeat customers. The employees are typically teenagers, which seems appropriate for the business, and I haven't really experienced anything "bad" with their service. Walked in and right back out. They have a ton of toppings but so few flavors for froyo and not even any of the traditional flavors like regular tart. And the signs where the flavors are look pretty run down and lack any viewing appeal. If the flavors looked more appealing and not just half written with a dry erase marker, maybe I wouldve tried something. We love fruggos-- been coming here for years, however, can't say how happy we are that it's under new management. With that being said, so many reviews are outdated because of that. Thanks for allowing our school to host a fundraiser with you guys- that was awesome! Froyo is always great, topping choices are endless, and the staff is always friendly. They could definitely use Air conditioning, however, I know that's a huge expense. Great product, price, service, and close to home. read more

So i'm lactose intolerant... so that leaves me with well... only 1 flavor here. Which is disappointing cuz I gotta wait til it runs out before they try a different flavor. But this place does deserve to get 3.5 stars. I would've given it a 4 but deduction for the lack of variety of non-dairy "faux-gurt" Its not bad for this area... really it isnt... I just don't understand why they would rename a froyo place near the Krikorian Theaters "Fruttos". Same company they say... different results. My husband and I went here last night and it was delicious! I'm from the east coast so I've never seen something like this. You pick your own size cup and you can pick one or as many as 8 different flavors of yogurt in your cup. The vanilla was great, they also have chocolate custard, strawberry banana, expresso, peanut butter etc. Then they have about 50 toppings you can put in it. You can put in as much or little as you want, I love the self serve thing. It's priced by the ounce. You put your cup on a scale.. and my husband and I together got 24 ounces of yogurt and all-together it was about $9.20. On top of the self serve aspect and any kind of topping you can imagine.. from brownies to fresh fruit; everything tasted fantastic, the yogurt was sweet but not overly so. I have tried way too many yogurt places from mainstream Pinkberry in LA to mom and pop establishments like Swirlz or Mumbles in Riverside to be able to give Frugos anything higher than two stars, quality or customer service wise... Their yogurt selection is limited and not as appealing, and their toppings counter looked a bit haphazard. The assortment and overall presentation of the place looked really worn, as if kids had ransacked the place and the staff had long since resigned on trying to keep up the appearance. When I stopped in late on a weekday, there were two attendants behind the counter: one was on the phone, while the other guy was having a lively conversation with his buddies over the counter. Sure, it was a slow night, but damn, you're still on the clock and it's still a business... your three friends hanging out sitting on top of the tables and "hahaha"ing may seem funny at the time, but it made me as a customer feel out of place and made me want to ge the hell out of the store ASAP. I got my yogurt, dumped my toppings in the cup, paid and sat outside. I don't even remember what the yogurt tasted like because all I could fixate on was the awkwardness felt in getting my self serve cup hurriedly. The couple that came in a bit after me must have felt the same way, as the guys continued talking loud in the store... I'm pretty sure they felt obliged to sit outside since the place was so "occupied." The only redeeming factor about this place is they tare the cup (-0.16 oz from your total). But honestly, I can't recommend this place on the day I checked in. Unless my fiancé insists on trying it, I don't think I'll be checking in here again. read more

I live across the street, so I've been there a lot. Plus, I am really big on tart yogurt - will eat it buy itself if it's of PinkBerry caliber. I think this place has pretty good tart flavors, pomegranate is heavenly here! Great toppings, always have huge blueberries. Thumbs up for having a frequent buyer card, although thumbs down for being a little pricey at 39 cents an ounce. Also, thumbs down for using all styrofoam, the most toxic food container around, and also the hardest to recycle. Most people don't need all that insulation cuz they eat the stuff so quickly. Toppings are plentiful, fruit is ripe, containers for toppings are clean and yogurt is delicious. My favorites are cake batter and vanilla bean. My girlfriend's favorite is peanut butter. Snickerdoodle is good as well if you enjoy cinnamon. Price seems fair. I will be going here often. read more
