Came here after taking my son to Hapik. Place looked cute so we stopped by. My son had the chicken tenders and French fries from the kids menu, I had a French onion soup, coconut shrimp and a sangria with white wine. The chicken tenders and fries were absolutely delicious and my 5 year old ate all the tenders and most of the fries which for him was incredible! The French onion soup was very good, one of the best I've had. Such a great experience! Yesterday, we had a "staff meeting" at the Frying Pan Brooklyn. The organization I work for is new to me, so I wasn't sure what to expect. As expected, the sandwich was a savory bomb. I can see why they added apple slices, but the little bit of sweetness and bitterness of the apple couldn't cut through the savoriness from the short rib, cheeses, and onions. This outpost is actually everything the Manhattan location isn't.
