The owner Joe has been proudly running multiple crews for many years and all of their team are just the best of personalities with the eyes for detail and they have all the equipment necessary to handle any kind of carpet, upholstery, tiles etc. I specifically had a Balinese couch that started to collect some molds on portions of it from some moisture. Joe himself came out and took the time to go through the entire couch by hand with the upholstery tool and transformed the colors of it and completely eliminated the mild odor and the molds that were on small parts of it. He also used some special enzymes that help kill some of those germs as well as post-treat the entire couch to ensure both any mild smells and the molds themselves were gone. Pablo from Triple Fresh Solutions cleaned a whole bunch of stuff in our house today. Rugs, sofas and chairs, pillows, various fabrics, tiles, and grout. Things like that. We are 100% happy. He communicated well in scheduling the appointment, kept in touch, arrived when he said he would, and did a fabulous job. He was polite, intelligent, and capable. I cannot think of anything about his work or his business that is anything but the best. Since living here we have contracted with various other deep cleaning businesses. I had never dealt with a carpet cleaning company ever and was skeptical that anyone could get my carpet looking clean. Again it was pretty b-a-d. My technician was David and I liked him immediately. He had a very genuine friendly personality, a great sense of humor and he was very knowledgeable. He also was very confident that he could get my carpet cleaned up which I still didn't think was possible!
