Everything was great. Then my A/C stopped cooling about 6 weeks again. I took it back to them this past Monday. The compressor had gone bad. They replaced it and the condenser under warranty without any fuss and had my car back to me on Wednesday. I didn't have to spend a dime! Dan and Adam have been nothing but friendly and fast. I really appreciate their service and will be taking my car to them for any future repairs!

The reviews for this place are excellent and so I decided to take my Tacoma to them to get some…read morework done. The truck is fairly old so, among several other things, they quoted new shocks and strut assemblies. After getting the truck back and driving a few days back and forth to work I noticed that it always had a pronounced lean where the passenger side of the vehicle was riding several inches higher than the driver's side. After calling to confirm, Phil stated that they had done an alignment and had even verified the ride height/level. The truck was definitely leaning though so something was not right, I took it to the Toyota dealership and they showed me the issue. Fort Worth Auto Garage had installed the wrong shock and strut assemblies on one side of the vehicle. I don't believe Fort Worth Auto Garage actually did an alignment or a ride height check, because it surely would have been noticed that the incorrect parts had been installed on one side of the truck. That being said, once I confronted Phil with this information he did agree to install the correct parts so eventually it was fixed. Fort Worth Auto Garage do have reasonable prices, however they seem to be a bit sloppy with their work and they do not seem to pay close attention to details, such as part numbers.

They told me the whole part needed to be replaced -- then ordered the wrong part twice, making me sit in the lobby for almost four hours. After they finally "fixed" it, I noticed my driver's door handle felt a little stiff, but I didn't think much of it since the window was my priority. Not even three months later, the window had the exact same problem again. When I took it back, I specifically asked the young guy at the front desk if there was any warranty, and if not, what the next step would be. He told me it was still under warranty and they'd fix it at no cost to me. After waiting two more hours (conveniently until the lobby was empty), he came back and told me they were going to charge me again because their warranty is only one month. I told him it had been more than 30 days since I first brought it in and that he had already told me there would be no charge since the part was completely replaced. (I paid $300 for the part plus labor!) He then told me to wait again, and after another two hours, he said they "fixed" it and would charge O'Reilly's for the labor since their part was the problem. On my way home, I realized my driver's door wouldn't lock -- the pin stayed all the way up and wouldn't go down. I couldn't lock it with the remote either. So the same day, after being there from 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., I went back at around 2:30 p.m. to tell the same guy about the lock issue. They made me wait another hour and a half. When they gave me the car back, the lock pin would only go halfway down, the door handle still wasn't fixed, my automatic window button no longer worked, and now my electric mirror on that same door was dead. To top it off, when the guy inspected it and we closed the door, the entire panel came loose! Whoever worked on my car did a completely lousy job. Now I have a car with: A driver's side door that only locks halfway A broken electric mirror A window button that doesn't work A loose door panel This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop.

So I went in and asked for an estimate to fix it and advice on what needs to be done. Verdict: it works just fine but it needed to be charged! I asked them, are you sure? I'm pretty sure it's not. But it was blowing cold at that moment, so I believed them. Can't remember how long it lasted but I promise it wasn't long, like a day maybe. So, I'm out another $400 and of course it still doesn't work. I'm done, forget it... not wanting to pour any more money into an old car. I'll go back to my old mechanic in the future. I'll give this three stars just because I didn't go back and haggle with them so I have no idea what the final outcome would be, but I can Guess (sorry, just that was too good to pass up)

And this guys on 4600 grandbury rd charge me a little bit more than the others, but they did the job the right way.good people and Serious people, they dont been scamming people like others. Also got a "discount" off a large bill because they kept my car for a week instead of a couple of days so they "paid the other part out of their pocket"... or the original amount was overcharged? Let's just say there were some things that happened to my car that were not happening before I pulled into the car lot. They obviously did something to cause something wrong but immediately when I told the guy it wasn't doing that before I got here.. he said OK will look at it and will fix the problem. He said if we did something they would get fixed. Everything worked out so I am a happy customer. I did have to come back a couple days later to actually get my inspection done on my car. I had two tires put on that I brought to them and air pressure was wrong so again I had to come back for that as well... But for some reason I will still say I like this place they may need to get some guys with a little more experience in the shop but they are quick to fix a mistake and very kind about it. Not to mention the guy in the front (I should have gotten his name) was very nice and friendly and had all the laughs. I will go back to this place to have my other tire put on as well... Maybe even the inspection.

Had car towed here when battery died last night and no where nearby was open…read more Called this morning, the young lady I spoke with was very kind, explained their processing and advised they could start diagnostic testing prior to me arriving. When we arrived our car was already pulled in, and a sheet of what needed to be done was printed. Talked with them for a while, very honest in saying that our battery looks as if it was still under warranty, and advised we double check before purchasing a new one with them. They did complete an oil change, which was quick and affordable. Will say the online/website discounts were not honored at this location. So double check first if trying to compare pricing with other businesses.
