I fully expected them to tell me the kitchen was closed, but instead, they were incredibly kind and patient, and they were willing to wait while I figured out what I wanted to order. Because it was so close to closing time, I assumed I would probably be getting whatever food was already prepared. However, it seemed like they were actually cooking everything fresh. I ordered three different specialty items, and when I saw that my total was less than $12, I genuinely thought they had charged me incorrectly. I even brought the receipt back inside to double-check! At that point, my expectations were honestly pretty low. Then I got home, opened the containers, and was completely surprised. The food looked fresh and delicious, it was not greasy at all, and the portions were huge. I had enough food to last me several meals. Then I tasted it, and I could not believe how good it was. Hands down, this is the best Chinese food I have had anywhere in this area so far. I have not tried every Chinese restaurant around, but out of all the places I have eaten, this one is by far my favorite. The service, prices, portions, freshness, and flavor all went far beyond my expectations. I will absolutely be coming back, recommending it to everyone I know, and apparently even recommending it to people I do not know, since I am writing this review! 100% recommend.

They have paper menus and pencils at the table, and you basically put a number of how many of each thing you want next to the item on the menu and the waitress will take it back to the kitchen and they will make it fresh for you. The selection of sushi is very extensive. You can order the entire roll or you can order just a single piece, and it comes with the sides of eel sauce and wasabi and ginger. The only downside if you can call it that which I don't consider it but if you don't finish while you order they weigh it up and they charge you extra for it. Now considering you can send that waitress back as many times as you want to, this shouldn't be a problem because if you're starting to get full, just start ordering single pieces instead of rolls. The interior of the place looked incredible, possibly because it's all still brand new but either way it was nice and clean in there. The wait staff was very friendly. My wife and I ended up eating, well, not our usual body weight as we have before when sushi was offered but we didn't leave hungry. (There was a time that I used to look at an all you can eat buffet is a challenge, not so much these days) Everything tasted incredible, we will definitely go back repeatedly as we are able to.
