We stopped in on a whim to see if we could find a good lunch. Our server Brian was fast, thorough and efficient. We ordered and had our food quickly, hot and done just right. The beans and rice base was tasty and not too overly spiced. The steak in the asada was tender and the carnitas was very flavorful. Couple of things I might suggest is that they pay a bit more attention to the rest rooms, cleanliness was not what I would think it could have been. But we will try again, as it was a good lunch, good service and a good value.

Came back for another meal, and this time everything was spot on! The server was attentive and everything came out quickly. I had the elote, which was excellent. I also had two tacos - one with coconut shrimp, and the other with fish. Both were really good, but the one with the shrimp had huge flavor! Pineapple salsa, fresh cilantro, and the coconut breading on the shrimp worked so well together. The presentation of each dish was well thought out and aesthetic. One thing I forgot to mention in my previous review was that the prices for everything are so reasonable. Great food for a great price will bring me back often, and that is definitely what Fuego has going on!

Almost did not go in, first time here. Gentleman greeted us promptly. Also, dropped off complimentary chips and salsa, which was lovely cause we were HANGERY. Waiter suggested taquitos and we were off to the races. Yum

Great little spot on Hwy 1 in Falmouth. We like to go here before or after seeing a movie at the nearby Flagship Cinemas. They have a yummy drink menu. Recently tried the steak quesaillas which were loaded with steak. My husband got the chimichanga which was bigger than it looked and it's shaped differently which was neat. Something you dont normaly see at a mexican restaurant-the rice has little pieces of potato in it and you can also get mashed potatoes as a side instead of rice and black beans.

I'm going to preface this review by saying I went for a mid-day meal and drink with a friend around 3pm on a Saturday. I will give them grace and say it was the "shift change", although it didn't appear any staff was leaving. Maybe we should call it their "break" or "dinner service prep". More on this later... The first thing I noticed was the chips provided were not salted, like at all. Secondly, the salsa was bland. Normally a chips and salsa lover, I barely ate any. I ordered the fancy margarita that was supposedly made with their in house "fresh" marg mix and higher end spirits but you could have fooled me. It very much seemed like I was given bottled junk marg mix. A disappointing $14 spent. I ordered the steak bowl and the meat did not seem like steak at all. The pieces were SO incredibly small, it could have been mistaken for ground beef chunks. The bowl looked pretty but lacked flavor. For the service, our waiter and his colleague were laughing, chatting, sat down for their shift meal, etc. while my friend and I stared at them trying to get the waiters attention. He was friendly but when I ordered a beer as a second drink he said loudly "OH why not another one of those?!" Pointing at the empty marg glass. When we wanted our checks, we again had to try get his attention, same when we wanted to pay. Mind you, we were REALLY taking our time. Hence wanting to meet at 3pm for drinks and food, we had a lot to talk about and didn't want to be rushed, but we shouldn't have had to wait for service like we did. The space is huge and we were one of two tables in the whole place. It was clear from the kitchen, that they were prepping and cooking batches of meat for dinner service. Either way I wouldn't return.

We decided to try Fuego again, and I am so happy we did. Everything about this dining experience was top notch. The service was attentive and friendly. The food was truly outstanding and authentic. The ambiance was also excellent.

We came with the family for dinner and to escape the outrageous prices of Portland. The open kitchen and dining room are huge and were not terribly busy on a Friday night. Our party ordered two margaritas, a basic chicken burrito, tacos, a bowl, fajitas and a chicken quesadilla. The margaritas were large and tasty; light on the tequila. Everyone liked their food and noted that the chicken had an actual slightly smoky, grilled flavor. Service was fine, portion sizes generous, and prices reasonable given the quality of food and portions. We were super happy with choosing to come here.

Needed a quick place close by and google search showed Fuego on the maps and it wasn't far from where we were already. Happy they had vegetarian options as my friend is a vegetarian. We were the only ones in the place. Service was super fast and the food did not disappoint. We got chips and warm salsa to snack on while they prepared our meals. Chips are not salty at all, which I liked. And the salsa was a mild heat. My friend got a vegetarian burrito that was huge. She couldn't even finish it. And I got the fish taco. The taco was beautifully decorated and it was a big portion of fish. The fish is fried, so it's nice and crispy, on the outside and warm and flaky on the inside. Just a beautiful piece of fish. I did get a pina colada cocktail, it had a nice pineapple and coconut flavor. Balancing each other. Great flavors.

This place is really great. You can immediately tell upon walking in that it's very clean and well kept. The staff were all friendly and service was quick! The food was great, too! We got come chips and guac and a couple different burritos and it was all so flavorful and fresh! We also got the dessert sampler which is a fun menu item that we loved! We'll definitely go out of our way to go here when we're wanting Mexican again!

Amazing Mexican restaurant! Love the tacos (corn tortillas are the way to go!) Good service, great location and wonderful flavors! Mexican is a go to for me and this is authentic! Beautiful restaurant with seating outside! Every time I'm in the area this my favorite spot to go! My favorite is the veggie tacos not sure what vegetables are in it but I don't care to know because it's delicious! The avocado salsa is special if I could get a bottle of it I would! My boyfriend's favorite are the taquitos! They have so many crave worthy options! Will keep coming back! Will post more pics soon! Thank you!

Wonderful meal and a wonderful time. My burrito tomatillo was not only delicious but also beautiful. My wife's chimichanga was tasty and in a shape that made it unique and attractive. The house margaritas were perfect. Service was quick but not rushed. Noise level was very low. We will be back!

We got there on a Sunday right at their opening time. It was empty but they sat us up near the front where there was a lot of natural light which was nice. I loved the music, I couldn't help but dance. The inside is colorful and clean. I always love a good authentic Mexican restaurant and this is it. The chips and salad were so good!! Hubby got a burrito that looked incredible and I got a salad that was basically his burrito but with lettuce. Presentation of both dishes were almost as good as the taste. It was delicious and my salad fed me for three meals!!! Decent prices, huge portions of authentically delicious Mexican food. Very much recommend!
