Despite the hour and mostly empty restaurant, we were left standing without salutation and a person checking her clipboard for table availability. Really?!? She eventually looked up and pointed to the table of four near us. No greeting. Just the finger. The delivery of food was very slow and uninteresting. The food was fine, but $25 for three small tacos? Really?!? If you must go, the pork had the most flavor. The fish had that unfortunate fishy taste. No bueno. The chips and salsa were uneventful, cold, and cost $9. Note, free at most Mexican restaurants. When we left, no acknowledgement or appreciation for overpaying for basic mex food that left me one others wanting more... more taste, more joy, and more humanity. One and done. Average food. We went to Mosaic for dinner. It was 6 pm and already full. We had to wait for 1 hour and we got seat at bar. So I would recommend having reservations here in advance. Its pretty popular and for good reasons. We had 1 drink, chips and corn dip, bbq tacos with salmon and chicken enchiladas. Service was great and bar attendant made customized drink on our request. Food was great. I loved the tacos most. I wish I could have tried more and they had option of mix and match. Next time I will try fish tacos. Parking was available just outside on street. Amazing flavors, warm and welcoming staff. It's a must do place. This was my second visit within a year and both visits were perfect. Today, I absolutely inhaled the fish tacos. Perfect fresh fish with a mango salsa and a bit of a spice kick. Previously I had the Mexican street corn dip.. amazing. This is a small place yet lots of bar and window seating. We stopped by for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon and ended up being the only ones in the restaurant for our entire meal. We ordered the special which were Baja fish tacos. They were outstanding. Where things fell apart, aside from the indifferent almost rude server, was when we received our bill. Paying almost $30 for fish tacos at lunch caught us off guard, but when my husband was charged for a second glass of ice tea at $5 a glass we were horrified. He had a half full glass that he asked if he could have topped off. $10 for an ice tea was ridiculous. But the capper was when I was charged $3.40 for a mug of hot water (which was not refilled). I asked the waitress if it was correct that they were charging me for hot water and she said "yes, we have to use electricity to heat the water". After a hike in Camden hills, this is the place to be. I had the pleasure of dining here on Sunday night after a nice walk. It was busy when we arrived, but we managed to get seats at the bar. The restaurant is cozy and full of beautiful photos on the walls. Now to the food and drinks. Everything was extraordinary! From the appetizers to the entrees, I was impressed by the flavors and colors. My girlfriend had the enchiladas and they smelled heavenly. Cheesey, warm, and delicious. This came with a side of beans and rice that was also tasty. Both reheated well the next day as well. My salmon bowl was also exciting. The textures worked together nicely and it was more than enough food for us both. If you come here hungry, I really think you should try the cheese dip too-their chips are light and airy and pair so well with the dip. I don't think there is a single dish here you would be unpleased with. If I were to come again I would try the korean bbq here. It was something the waitresses mentioned being one of their favorite dishes and it seems like a unique flavor to come out of this kitchen. read more

My wife and I visited on a Wednesday night for dinner and luckily we had reservations. The restaurant is quaint, charming, and has a bar with seating. My wife and I began with the chips and salsa. The salsa was fresh and tasty. The chips had a nice hint of salt and complimented the salsa nicely. Generous portion of chips. For the main course, my wife ordered the breaded fish tacos and I had the blackened fish burrito. Excellent choices. My burrito was huge and delightful. Stuffed with plenty of fish, beans, rice, pickles, and cheese. My wife loved her tacos. Again, plenty of fish and trimmings. The service was excellent and friendly and the prices were very reasonable. The restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Camden. There is ample street parking and public lots in the area. Driving by here we saw a crowd of people waiting to get in so my husband and I were curious about the hype. We looked them up and it looked like a cool spot to try! We called them and they were able to get us in within 30 mins. When we got there, we were greeted and sat right away. Small intimate seating and every seat was taken. Our server was extremely nice and sweet! She gave recommendations and was super attentive to all guests. We ordered street corn on the cob, fish tacos, and a fish bowl. The street corn dip was spicier than I like, but it was so good, I wanted to eat on everything! We got a side of sour cream to tone down the heat. Absolutely fantastic. It was our first time at the restaurant nobody else except the staff were there. We were surprised the staff was loud and talking about their personal life our table. We thought it was very unprofessional and nobody wants to hear that when going out for dinner. The food was good. We ordered the tequila flight which are definitely not worth it for $24. They say an ounce, but it's not an ounce for three very small taste of tequila. We definitely won't be back. We were very disappointed because it was a special night for the two of us. This place is a true gem in Camden. We have stopped going to Camden because the food options are terrible. Fast forward we found this place. After a hike up the mountain and a stroll around the harbor we made our way here with two kids. We started with the chips and salsa, all of which was homemade! Mosaic is a gem! My husband and I had a few days in the Camden area and found this place by chance and had the best meals of our trip (we went back a second time because it was so good!) I had the korean tacos with Tofu. Wow! What a delight. They were one of the best things I have ever eaten. We started with the corn and cheese dip because I had read about it in a review and it was also amazing. The second night I had the trio of salsas and the mango sals (as well as the others) was amazing. They make their own chips. Wow. My husband had the green enchiladas and also the carnitas tacos the night before. He raved. As for drinks - the margaritas are the perfect combo of sweet, sour and fresh tasting. I also had a Paloma - excellent! I cant say enough good things about the foos and service. The owner greeted ad sat us both nights and the servers were so friendly. This place is small. Definitely call ahead for a reservation or expect to wait. The last thing I will say is we went to a very well know farm to table restaurant in Rockland and spent 3x as much the night before and this was better by far! read more

We had the corn and zucchini fritters and the fried green tomatoes. Then we got the fish tacos. Both the panko and blackened versions were so bland and lacked seasoning. The food was great service was good. However, there was two checks at the end of the night and the waitress said tip was included because our party was 9. I paid with card and the other family with cash. I notice tip wasn't included and tipped. My friend didn't notice therefore didn't leave a tip. Oops. The manager called her after we left and wanted her to come back and tip or put it on my card. I found that to be out of line. I tipped plus it was just a mistake. Seemed unprofessional. We were in Camden for the weekend and this restaurant was within walking distance of our hotel. My husband and I both really wanted to love this spot - it was cute, intimate and busy in the evenings for dinner. We went on a Sunday night where it was one of a handful local restaurants opened on a Sunday night in February. We both ordered cocktails which were good. I ordered the pork carnitas as a burrito and my husband got the beef ramen special. The burrito was well stuffed and decent size but not worth the $19 price, especially considering you get *just* a burrito (there are no sides). The beef ramen was a decent size but the flavors didn't stand out too much and the entire bowl only had two pieces of beef - again not worth the $28 they asked for it. Mosaic opened back up for the season. Although I was a little disappointed not to see the Chicken Adobe back on the menu I was more than impressed with the Chicken Tinga Enchilada's. I've never had better. The sauce was incredible. Don't expect the dishes to come out quickly, but it's very much worth the wait! My husband ordered the Paella and loved it. Glad for this spot to be open again, but make sure you make a reservation. There is limited seating. The Brazilian lemonade was unusual, I liked it but I'll try a margarita next time. read more

It was delicious, though daunting in size. I had to fork and knife it. You enter a narrow dinning room with expressive painting of sea creatures by an artist clearly a big fan of Basquiat.
