"OUR" TENDERS (4PCS) and SWEET POTATO FRIES

We have been here quite a few times now and have enjoyed every experience! Service is always great and the food is pretty consistent. They always have some game on and plenty of TVs that you can see from just about anywhere inside. Wish I had more photos of our food since we've been here so many times. The turkey burger and the street tacos have been a consistent hit for us. This time we ordered the hamachi roll and it was surprisingly delicious! The drinks are all great as well and they have a good variety of beers. I'm sure we'll be back many more times!

First time here. Stopped in to grab a drink and light snack. We chose the Slider trio and Tokyo tots and were happy with our choices! Would definitely order both again. Our drinks as well - the Desert Bloom and Midnight in Tulum were great and will be repeats on our next visit. Staff were welcoming and helpful in offering up suggestions of their favorites. Enjoyed the sports screen and outdoor seating. World Cup game Japan vs Tunisia - just a great vibe and place to hang.

My server Thankful was so sweet (what a cute name!) My sister and I came for a Love Island watch party, which they were very committed to :-) The Turkey burger was so good and they have a great happy hour! We'll definitely come back!

My first time here. Love the ambiance and the food. The shrimp ceviche and the miso salmon are great! Restroom is clean as well. Our server Courtney is very attentive and friendly! The drinks are 2 thumbs up!! Will definitely come back!

I came here to meet a friend and catch up. She recommended this place and I had never been so I was excited to try it. I like that it has indoor and outdoor seating. It is rather small than what I thought it was. But I like how it's designed. They have a really good menu of bar foods and have even some healthier options. I got the buffalo chicken dip and that was literally so good. I will be back literally just for that reason alone. On the common trend of Buffalo I also got what is like their buffalo chicken sandwich. That was so good as well. Our server was really nice and attentive, although she did forget to bring us water, but it was OK cause when she found out, she brought it right away. Overall, when we went, it was a bit slower cause it was like a weekend there wasn't a game or anything like that so it was nice just to have that quieter atmosphere to just sit down and catch up. But I have heard that this place gets popping when it is like a game day so I definitely wanna come and try it then, but I will be back in general.

We reserved a table to watch the USA World Cup soccer match! I ordered an espresso martini, which was delicious. We also tried the poke nachos, which were a huge serving and had a lot of great toppings, including crispy jalapeno slices. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. The ambiance is rowdy sports bar, it's a great place to watch a game! It's conveniently located near the Uncommons parking garage, which you do have to pay for. But it's very reasonably priced. I think I paid around $3-5 to be there for a couple of hours.

Fun ambiance and food was great, one of the best mezcal drinks I've had and lychee martini was yummmm. Definitely coming back here and telling my friends to check it out. Shout out to Malena for taking great care of us!!

Dessert was fantastic. Liz was our server whom was very attentive and very helpful. The ambiance was great especially with the 80's and 90's mix playing in the background.

I first came when they first opened at the uncommons and didn't have the greatest experience when it came to the service and food. It's been a couple years and decided enough time has passed for me to give them another try. I can see why I never had a want to come back. We came on a Wednesday night after the rooftop Pilates class. We were seated immediately on the patio. It took maybe 15-20 minutes until we were approached by a server, got our food and drink orders placed. The first round of food came fairly quick, and before our drinks. Our cocktails took about 40 minutes to come after we placed the order. From there decided we'd still sit and hangout, so ordered another round of drinks + food (salad and sweet potato fries)- we were warned it'd take a minute and that the kitchen was backed up. Totally understandable, but it still took over 45 minutes for the second round of food to come. Our drinks took fairly long as well, but what can I say. One of the drinks we ordered "The Cooler" was significantly pale compared to the first initial round we had. It did fall on trivia night however the resturant wasn't completely full, they did appear to be well staffed with manager, 2 hostesses, 2 servers for patio, at least 2 bartenders at the bar, and a few of servers in the inside. The trivia night guests didn't even appear to have food as well. Food was being delivered to incorrect tables, the service took fairly long considering it was a weeknight. It's disappointing too because the food is honestly good. So many guests were vocalizing their disappointment in regard to service to one another and it was all pretty much agreed upon that this is a spot that definitely lacks compared to other restaurants in the Uncommons. I was told by the server that she spoke to her manager and that he may comp or discount the drinks, and that he was to look into it. Our bill was fully charged with the items. I paid and tipped and still waited another 20 minutes for the printed receipt. I approached the manager prior to leaving and there was no sincere care for the actual criticism I had. He said "I can only give you a gift card and that's it." He gave me a gift card amounted for the 2 drinks on my receipt as if I'd ever actually want to return. It saddens me because as a vegas local and small business supporter, if he was even a bit more kind or genuine I would've just let it go. But if the manager can't even uphold decent de-escalation or service skills then how can I expect the rest of the staff to? I'm sad to say both experiences I've had even with them being years apart have been disappointing. Especially with the fact that our bill was already $176 before tip!

Food is always yummy! Courtney was great as our server! She was attentive and kept checking in with us. Although is always very crowded, it was nice to dine when it was mellow, no games on today.

Came here for girl dinner on Thursday. They had a DJ that was playing great music. The deal was $25 which included a martini (espresso or Cosmo), salad, pasta (fettuccine or rigatoni), and desert (mini churros). To add chicken to the fettuccine was an extra $4. The toast in the Caesar salad was lackluster, but everything else was good. Service was great.

We went for Father's Day, I made a reservation in advance knowing it was a holiday. We arrived at our reserved time, the hostess was very friendly, we were greeted right away and advised they were cleaning our table. The interior is super cute and definitely is a sports bar, but didn't give that feel. It was very open and they had tvs all over. I didn't realize it was also the soccer game, but that just made our experience even better. They did have a dj so it got a little loud, but as expected. Service was a little slow, but we understood and they made sure to acknowledge that. We ordered the espresso martini, a margarita and sangria. Super tasty!! For food we ordered the chicken parm sliders, highly recommend, the slider trio, double smash burger and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. The food did not disappoint! Staff was very friendly, drinks and food were delicious and I definitely recommend this restaurant. Will be back again, especially for football season!

Vibe: Sophisticated, Professional, and Energetic…read more For anyone looking to impress a client, close a deal, or celebrate a milestone with colleagues, finding the right venue for a business lunch can be a delicate balancing act. You need an environment that is sophisticated but not stuffy, lively but quiet enough for serious conversation, and supported by a culinary program that commands respect. The George Sportsmanship Lounge delivers on all of these fronts with remarkable grace, redefining what a modern business lunch can--and should--be. The Atmosphere: Polished Athletic Heritage Meets Executive Comfort Walking into George, you are immediately struck by how masterfully the design bridges the gap between a high-end club and a refined, modern lounge. The decor pays a tasteful, artistic homage to the spirit of "sportsmanship"--think rich leather banquettes, beautifully curated vintage sporting photography, warm walnut accents, and low, ambient lighting that feels incredibly exclusive. For a business lunch, the layout is exceptionally well-thought-out. The seating is spaced generously to offer genuine privacy for confidential conversations, and the acoustics are engineered beautifully; there is a vibrant hum of energy in the room, yet you never have to raise your voice to be heard across the table. It strikes the perfect balance of prestige and approachable comfort. The Food: A Masterclass in Contemporary American Cuisine While the ambiance sets the stage, the culinary execution is the true star of the show. The menu at George elevated our business lunch from a standard meeting into a memorable dining experience. We started with the Yellowtail Crudo, which was exceptionally fresh, accented with a vibrant citrus-yuzu vinaigrette and thinly sliced serrano peppers--a light, refreshing starter that perfectly primed the palate. For the mains, our table ordered the Dry-Aged Ribeye Frites and the Pan-Seared Chilean Sea Bass: The Ribeye: Cooked to a flawless medium-rare, the steak boasted an incredible crust and a rich, deeply savory flavor profile. Accompanied by truffle-infused hand-cut frites and a velvety chimichurri, it was a decadent but perfectly portioned lunch masterpiece. The Sea Bass: This dish was a revelation. Flaky, buttery, and resting on a bed of ginger-infused heirloom grains and baby bok choy, it was light enough for a midday meal while remaining deeply satisfying and complex in flavor. Even the non-alcoholic beverage program deserved applause; their mocktails, particularly the cucumber-basil press, were sophisticated and felt just as celebratory as a traditional cocktail. The Service: Impeccable, Swift, and Discreet Great food can easily be overshadowed by poor service, but at George, the staff understands the rhythm of a business lunch. From the moment we were greeted by the host, the service was seamless. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering precise recommendations and timing the courses beautifully. Crucially for a business meeting, the staff practiced "discreet hospitality"--they were highly attentive, ensuring water glasses were always filled and plates were cleared promptly, yet they never interrupted the flow of our conversation at critical moments. The entire meal was paced perfectly, wrapping up within a comfortable 75 minutes, leaving us plenty of time to return to the office without feeling rushed. The Verdict The George Sportsmanship Lounge successfully shatters the mold of the traditional, outdated steakhouse business lunch. By combining a stunningly curated, upscale atmosphere with world-class gastronomy and highly professional service, they have created the ultimate venue for the modern executive. It is a masterclass in hospitality, and it has easily secured its spot as my go-to recommendation for lunch meetings. Highly Recommended for: Client entertainment, executive team lunches, and power midday dining.

Our server (the one with the cowboy tattoo on her left arm) didn't bring us water until about 10 minutes after we were seated. When she finally came over, we ordered an appetizer while we continued looking at the menu. After putting in the appetizer, she returned to the bar and spent a significant amount of time talking with the bartender. She made eye contact with us multiple times but never came over to check if we were ready to order. When she eventually returned, she reached for our menus as if we were finished, and we had to stop her to let her know we were actually ready to order our entrees. Considering we were the only table on the patio, we expected much more attentive service. The food was good, but unfortunately the service overshadowed the entire experience. I hope management addresses this, because the restaurant deserves service that matches the quality of its food.

There's also a nice couch section with a round center table where I saw a group of friends enjoy their visit. If you're into sports, there's several televisions around the perimeter that provide good view of the action. As my first time here, the staff is very kind in explaining how the process works. I was told that you can enter your phone number and then it allows you to scan the QR code on the table for food. The alternative is to walk up to the front counter to order. I wanted to learn how to do this process so I tried. I added the food item to the cart on my phone but when it came to checkout, I was unsure how to proceed. It asked me to add a credit card, yet I already had one opened on file for my visit. I went back up to the front and the team member was unsure so we handled the entire food ordering up front. I put in an order for the chili nachos and the size was quite decent with a lot of toppings. It's a good shareable to start. I also tried the sweet potato fries which I asked for more well done to ensure that they come out with some crisp. The sweet potato fries were actually a waffle and they did come out nice, hot and crispy - so that is a winner of an app! The pour yourself concept is interesting and it's nice that each sign provides information about the content and more info if you tap the screen - such as the general beer taste description. The glass shelf has several options. I didn't see any cold glasses which would have been a plus. The staff member said that you can sample beers by just pouring a little, but there were no small shot glasses to do this. Therefore, I was compelled to just go for it and pour 3 ounces to try a light lager. Sitting back at the table, I was almost certain that a new glass would be required for each visit. However, I saw everyone bring their own glass back up to refill each time. I didn't see any clear signage on site that explained the process. If refills are allowed - then I think that additional signage should also explain pouring etiquette as well. There's a water station for self serve as well. I appreciate the lids and straws that are also at the station. I would have loved to have some ice readily available but I'm sure it's probably just an ask as I saw others have ice in their drinks. The pricing per ounce reminds me of a self serve yogurt place in that the amount you get actually feels more expensive in the end. The per ounce feel makes you think it's a good deal, but it's on par or a hair over other places that pour for you. Overall, I think this is a cool concept to try and to show out of town friends if they don't have anything like this in their area. Also - I can see this being a great place if friends are going dutch as they can use their own card and everyone is responsible for their share. Lastly, if you don't like to commit 16 oz to just one beer, this is a great way to try several beers in one sitting.

But let's get straight to the issue- the HOSPITALITY! I don't like being negative- I want local businesses to thrive and reach more people, but I need to add this bit of criticism- Lately, coming here feels like you're rolling the dice- and going out to eat and being treated well shouldn't have to feel like a gamble. When I dine here, I don't feel welcome. The bartenders make it clear that they cater to some regulars more than others. It takes the bartender half an hour to get us started with drinks and a menu to look at the food. It's crazy- I come here so often know some of this establishment's staff by name now and yet, I'm met with this recent disservice- The other night I arrive here with my girlfriend to grab some food around 1 am. I see the bartender, Ryan, zooming around, refilling beer and shots, going in and out of the kitchen. It's not that busy of a Friday night- maybe a handful of couples and groups all sitting at the bar. He passed SEVERAL times by me, no acknowledgement, no "Hey, bear with me, I'll be right with ya." 1:30. He finally comes to us apologizing, gets us started on drinks and hands us the menu. We take a couple of minutes to decide. He stands around by the Pos and talks to another bartender (Andrew I think?), who came from the kitchen, then immediately left. Another 10-15 minutes pass. By this point, I was wondering if I should just walk out. Finally, Ryan comes to take our orders. Typically, a server or bartender leads the conversation, right? I'm sure you hear things like "what can I get started for you," or "how would you like your eggs cooked" or "how would you like your Steak cooked" - You've all heard those before, right? Well- nothing. No cue. No asking anything. It felt awkward. Uncomfortable. Unwelcoming. I don't even know if he was paying attention. At one point, it was ME who was the one asking my girlfriend "How do you want your eggs cooked?" when she asked to get the Steak and Eggs because there was ZERO response coming from our bartender to anything we said. The energy felt COMPLETELY off, so I just asked then and there for the check and left off to grab some Cane's instead. An absolutely dismal experience. I don't like making my reviews about me, but I felt like I needed to explain exactly why I'm upset about my recent visits here so anyone reading this can better understand instead of just reading a vague mention of how rude the staff was. Let's get to the Good Bar Bites I recommend if you do come here (maybe day time could give you a different experience): WSKY Burger- I recommend a medium on the patty! Very juicy- the crunch of the onion rings and candied bacon- One of my favorite burgers! Steakhouse sliders- tasty and sharable mini burgers! Although- I need some clarification- Can modifications be made to this dish? One day, while ordering over the phone, a bartender named Zach told me I cannot add an extra slider (I wanted 4 sliders instead of just the 3 that come on the order), I'd have to purchase two whole orders if I wanted more. What's this about? I've never had that issue before, so just curious. Flatbread Pizza- of course pizza is always awesome to munch on. The crunch on the flatbread is so satisfying I honestly don't think I'll be coming here anytime soon. It sucks. The bar looks beautiful, the food is delicious. But why have I been treated like an outsider lately? It's not worth going to a place, even if it has good food, if you're not going to be treated well.

Upon walking in during lunch, the bar was packed and was reminiscent of Cheers, where everybody knows your name. Bar staff promptly greeted us and let us know we could seat ourselves in the dining area at a table of our choice. During our short wait for menus and our server, we scoped out the beer menu and enjoyed the music selection. It was a bit loud, but the music was good so the volume was not an issue. I was stoked to see a solid lunch special selection. We immediately ordered the deviled eggs appetizer, a Blonde Ale for my husband, and a Lambic style apricot beer for me. For food, we decided on the buttermilk chicken sandwich with fries, the chicken bahn mi with the house made chips, and a slice of mango pomelo cheesecake for the road. Food and service were phenomenal. Tasty, perfect temperature, perfectly crispy, juicy and tender chicken, and the homemade cheesecake was arguably the best I have found in Vegas since moving here in 2018. Five stars hands down.

The flavor makes it one of my favorite drinks. The ambience is amazing this place has such amazing decor, a great personality, and feels comfortable and inviting. The food here is amazing and never disappoins, I havent had too much on the menu since I don't eat pork or Shellfish but the items I have gotten like the beer batter pretzels and the hot fried chicken sandwich haven't disappointed. The quality is amazing and you can definitely tell the chefs in the back put in tons of effort and love on the food. I sit at the bar and the bartenders are always good, I haven't caught their names but I have come on different occasions and none of them have ever given me bad service. They're all so inviting and kind and always make sure I have everything I need. I tend to overtip of leave a 22-30% tip cause they deserve it for their amazing work. Dare I say its been a Masterclass experience coming here? Yes, weather you come here for late night drinks and happy hour or their lunch you won't be disappointed! Thank you 595 for the Masterclass experience!

Chef Winston's Omakase Kyara is on my regular rotation, so I had to see what GastroPUB Nisei was about. While Kyara's food is a science, perfectly executed like a precision 911 gt3, Nisei is a fukn 1967 mustang fastback restomod with a roaring v8 that provides throttle therapy. This food is creative, with deep flavors, and will punch your soul. It's (add exploitive here) delicious at bar prices Best bites: Wagyu sliders. I could eat 10 of these. The balance of the Wagyu, truffle, and the brioche is amazing. This is not your dry, bar slider Kalbi tacos. It's more like a steak taco flavored Korean. I could eat 10 of these after my 10 sliders Ox tail ramen made me feel like anton ego.
