LITTLE GEM CAESAR
Victoria F.

Came here for girl dinner on Thursday. They had a DJ that was playing great music. The deal was $25 which included a martini (espresso or Cosmo), salad, pasta (fettuccine or rigatoni), and desert (mini churros). To add chicken to the fettuccine was an extra $4. The toast in the Caesar salad was lackluster, but everything else was good. Service was great.

Did a girls dinner with our little broke bestie! it was nice to have so many options on the menu to choose from and share amongst ourselves! Loved the environment, would have sat outside but it was windy! We had a great time. Friendly service and enjoyed our food choices. Especially our fun drinks!

Our server Liz and service was great! We had a great time and will be back. Good time with friends and the drinks, food, and atmosphere was perfect.

I first came when they first opened at the uncommons and didn't have the greatest experience when it came to the service and food. It's been a couple years and decided enough time has passed for me to give them another try. I can see why I never had a want to come back. We came on a Wednesday night after the rooftop Pilates class. We were seated immediately on the patio. It took maybe 15-20 minutes until we were approached by a server, got our food and drink orders placed. The first round of food came fairly quick, and before our drinks. Our cocktails took about 40 minutes to come after we placed the order. From there decided we'd still sit and hangout, so ordered another round of drinks + food (salad and sweet potato fries)- we were warned it'd take a minute and that the kitchen was backed up. Totally understandable, but it still took over 45 minutes for the second round of food to come. Our drinks took fairly long as well, but what can I say. One of the drinks we ordered "The Cooler" was significantly pale compared to the first initial round we had. It did fall on trivia night however the resturant wasn't completely full, they did appear to be well staffed with manager, 2 hostesses, 2 servers for patio, at least 2 bartenders at the bar, and a few of servers in the inside. The trivia night guests didn't even appear to have food as well. Food was being delivered to incorrect tables, the service took fairly long considering it was a weeknight. It's disappointing too because the food is honestly good. So many guests were vocalizing their disappointment in regard to service to one another and it was all pretty much agreed upon that this is a spot that definitely lacks compared to other restaurants in the Uncommons. I was told by the server that she spoke to her manager and that he may comp or discount the drinks, and that he was to look into it. Our bill was fully charged with the items. I paid and tipped and still waited another 20 minutes for the printed receipt. I approached the manager prior to leaving and there was no sincere care for the actual criticism I had. He said "I can only give you a gift card and that's it." He gave me a gift card amounted for the 2 drinks on my receipt as if I'd ever actually want to return. It saddens me because as a vegas local and small business supporter, if he was even a bit more kind or genuine I would've just let it go. But if the manager can't even uphold decent de-escalation or service skills then how can I expect the rest of the staff to? I'm sad to say both experiences I've had even with them being years apart have been disappointing. Especially with the fact that our bill was already $176 before tip!

Love this place! Great atmosphere, food, and drinks. Our server was Liz and although she was in the middle of training someone, she never failed to check on us consistently. Great place to watch games!

DOUBLE-DOUBLE SMASH BURGER DELICIOUSNESS

Wow. Probably one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Like it tastes like a "real" burger. My eyes closed and everything. THATS crazy I got the double double smash burger and ohMYGAH! Taste and flavor explosion.

Found a hidden gem! Came for work drinks, stayed for the atmosphere. I managed to score some complimentary drinks while the staff was training, and those GA Margaritas are no joke! My cheese fries hit the spot, but the biggest surprise was the sushi--way fresher than you'd ever expect from a sports bar. This place is officially on my rotation for football season.

Todd M.

Been on my radar for a while, today was the day to check them out for dinner. Large menu with many drink options as well as appetizers and dinner selections. Great sports vibe with attentive servers. The appetizer of the Japanese wagyu gyoza was very tasty. The dinner items of the slider trio (a burger, chicken Parmesan and a classic chicken sandwich). The 2 I tasted were very good, chicken parm and the burger. I ordered the pastrami and corned beef sandwich was also good as the white American cheese really complimented this sandwich. If you're at the uncommons check them out.

Love this spot! The girls and I came to Watch the NFL playoffs on Sunday morning and the vibes were immaculate. We were immediately sat at our reserved table. There were huge tvs, a full bar and music throughout the game. The food was so good. I had the smash burger sliders and fries which was delicious. I had a Paloma which was wonderful as well. My girls stated their tacos and everything else they ate were good as well. We will definitely be back, most likely before the playoffs end!!

Delicious food and service. We got the double smash cheeseburger, the steak sandwich and mozzarella sticks. Highly recommend!!!

Great place to watch the VGK playoffs. Our group was split over 2 tables and Lydia did an awesome job checking in and getting our on-going drink/food orders.

I came with my dad and a friend, and from the moment we sat down, everything was spot on. The food was great, the atmosphere was perfect for watching the game, and the fruity margaritas were exactly what I was hoping for. The place had a fun, energetic vibe without feeling overwhelming. The highlight of the night was our server, Tyler. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome. He stayed on top of everything throughout the game, made sure our drinks were never empty, and checked in just the right amount. It's refreshing to see someone who clearly takes pride in providing great service. Whether you're stopping by for a meal, drinks with friends, or to catch a VGK game, I highly recommend Evolve Brewing. We'll definitely be back, and we hope to get Tyler as our server again!

Evolve is a newer brewery, but its by Aces & Ales, who we've liked for a long time, so we knew we'd have a pretty good time here. Service was great. We were helped out by Stephanie (Stefani?), and she was super attentive, friendly, and very helpful. We all had a few drinks, and I will be honest...the best beers were not the ones that they brewed. The Evolve beers were fairly underwhelming for all 4 of us. They make a pretty stellar espresso martini though!! Its hard to find a proper one in town, and this one was outstanding. For the food, I ordered the Ahi wrap deconstructed into a salad. It was HUGE and absolutely delicious. Morgan ordered a steak sammich, and we got the mac and cheese to split. Everything was really tasty. We'll definitely come back for the food, and maybe to try some more of their beers when the season changes a bit to see if they have better flavors. Definitely recommend this spot to catch up with friends or catch a game!

The dining area was beautiful and they had the patio doors open so the fresh air can come inside. I noticed an outside bar as well. I'm super excited to come back and sit outside. For food/drinks, I decided to naturally get myself an espresso martini and it was delicious! I love places that don't add the creamers to them. My partner had a black coffee and he said it was good (I later read the coffee is from Peet's Coffee!). For our meal we ordered Chicken and Waffles and Two-Egg Breakfast to share! I loved my chicken and waffles since the waffles were just right, in the sense where they weren't CRUNCHY like some places serve there waffles and the chicken was seasoned just right! Our server , Huck, also provided us some jam and it paired so nicely since it was a sweet savory moment. The Two-Egg Breakfast was just your classic breakfast plate but the taste was fresh! The potatoes were seasoned deliciously, my only complaint is I had big cut potatoes and some were huge so felt more like a potatoes wedge. I definitely would be back to try dinner!

They had some stuff I haven't tried so figured it would be neat to check out. The glassware, taps and wall appeared clean but glassware style and size options were lacking and no indication of when the lines were last cleaned. Would be nice to have some 5oz "taster" glasses as an option at the least. Also, no offer of instruction on how to pour the beer (although I'm well versed in the proper pour) didn't inspire confidence that people weren't reusing glasses or touching the spouts while pouring. Beer didn't pour well on most taps, and one of the kegs kicked leaving me with a bunch of foam. Beer prices were a little high per ounce compared to a pint around town, but the fact you can pour almost any size pour means you'll pay a little extra. Options were decent with some beers I've not seen elsewhere in town. Overall, it's not a spot I'd visit again unless there was some special beer I couldn't find anywhere else in the city.

But let's get straight to the issue- the HOSPITALITY! I don't like being negative- I want local businesses to thrive and reach more people, but I need to add this bit of criticism- Lately, coming here feels like you're rolling the dice- and going out to eat and being treated well shouldn't have to feel like a gamble. When I dine here, I don't feel welcome. The bartenders make it clear that they cater to some regulars more than others. It takes the bartender half an hour to get us started with drinks and a menu to look at the food. It's crazy- I come here so often know some of this establishment's staff by name now and yet, I'm met with this recent disservice- The other night I arrive here with my girlfriend to grab some food around 1 am. I see the bartender, Ryan, zooming around, refilling beer and shots, going in and out of the kitchen. It's not that busy of a Friday night- maybe a handful of couples and groups all sitting at the bar. He passed SEVERAL times by me, no acknowledgement, no "Hey, bear with me, I'll be right with ya." 1:30. He finally comes to us apologizing, gets us started on drinks and hands us the menu. We take a couple of minutes to decide. He stands around by the Pos and talks to another bartender (Andrew I think?), who came from the kitchen, then immediately left. Another 10-15 minutes pass. By this point, I was wondering if I should just walk out. Finally, Ryan comes to take our orders. Typically, a server or bartender leads the conversation, right? I'm sure you hear things like "what can I get started for you," or "how would you like your eggs cooked" or "how would you like your Steak cooked" - You've all heard those before, right? Well- nothing. No cue. No asking anything. It felt awkward. Uncomfortable. Unwelcoming. I don't even know if he was paying attention. At one point, it was ME who was the one asking my girlfriend "How do you want your eggs cooked?" when she asked to get the Steak and Eggs because there was ZERO response coming from our bartender to anything we said. The energy felt COMPLETELY off, so I just asked then and there for the check and left off to grab some Cane's instead. An absolutely dismal experience. I don't like making my reviews about me, but I felt like I needed to explain exactly why I'm upset about my recent visits here so anyone reading this can better understand instead of just reading a vague mention of how rude the staff was. Let's get to the Good Bar Bites I recommend if you do come here (maybe day time could give you a different experience): WSKY Burger- I recommend a medium on the patty! Very juicy- the crunch of the onion rings and candied bacon- One of my favorite burgers! Steakhouse sliders- tasty and sharable mini burgers! Although- I need some clarification- Can modifications be made to this dish? One day, while ordering over the phone, a bartender named Zach told me I cannot add an extra slider (I wanted 4 sliders instead of just the 3 that come on the order), I'd have to purchase two whole orders if I wanted more. What's this about? I've never had that issue before, so just curious. Flatbread Pizza- of course pizza is always awesome to munch on. The crunch on the flatbread is so satisfying I honestly don't think I'll be coming here anytime soon. It sucks. The bar looks beautiful, the food is delicious. But why have I been treated like an outsider lately? It's not worth going to a place, even if it has good food, if you're not going to be treated well.
