TLDR; you absolutely need to try this place. Came here with my girl for the first time and this place has blown me away. There's a very good, wide variety of craft beers to choose from. The cocktails are clever and delicious. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that the menu had n Asian twist to it. The deviled eggs appetizer is ridiculous in every good way. The pork belly burger was savory and spicy and oh so yummy. And the cookies and cream cheesecake was the perfect way to top off the meal. I love the decor and punk rock vibe. To me, at least, it's very warm and inviting. Our server, Lexi, was very friendly and helpful and attentive. There really isn't anything negative about this place. It is a blessing and a curse that 595 is such as far trek from home for me. 595 was on my list of places to check out for a hot minute, so I was happy to see it pop into my orbit when searching lunch spots near a recent appointment. Upon walking in during lunch, the bar was packed and was reminiscent of Cheers, where everybody knows your name. Bar staff promptly greeted us and let us know we could seat ourselves in the dining area at a table of our choice. During our short wait for menus and our server, we scoped out the beer menu and enjoyed the music selection. It was a bit loud, but the music was good so the volume was not an issue. I was stoked to see a solid lunch special selection. We immediately ordered the deviled eggs appetizer, a Blonde Ale for my husband, and a Lambic style apricot beer for me. For food, we decided on the buttermilk chicken sandwich with fries, the chicken bahn mi with the house made chips, and a slice of mango pomelo cheesecake for the road. Food and service were phenomenal. Tasty, perfect temperature, perfectly crispy, juicy and tender chicken, and the homemade cheesecake was arguably the best I have found in Vegas since moving here in 2018. If I ever have a rough day at work or just need a place to wind down to get a drink I come here, my favorite drink is the Mezcal cup and it just has a great mix of lime, mint, and cucumber topped with the burn of mezcal. The flavor makes it one of my favorite drinks. The ambience is amazing this place has such amazing decor, a great personality, and feels comfortable and inviting. The food here is amazing and never disappoins, I havent had too much on the menu since I don't eat pork or Shellfish but the items I have gotten like the beer batter pretzels and the hot fried chicken sandwich haven't disappointed. The quality is amazing and you can definitely tell the chefs in the back put in tons of effort and love on the food. I sit at the bar and the bartenders are always good, I haven't caught their names but I have come on different occasions and none of them have ever given me bad service. They're all so inviting and kind and always make sure I have everything I need. I tend to overtip of leave a 22-30% tip cause they deserve it for their amazing work. The bar was 90% full and while I was struggling to see if there was a single seat welcoming for me to sit, the bartender unfortunately didn't welcome me or help me in my decision on where to sit. I did find a cute seat in the main seating area and was welcomed graciously by Lexi! First Course choice Fried Deviled Eggs ($12): Two eggs, halved, evenly breaded and fried to a crispy golden brown, with seasoned whipped yolk piped high. Came with a mild spicy aioli. Delicious. Second Course choice Lomo Saltado*: The fries, the beef! Whole package an intense flavor bomb. Tender steak strips well seared and grilled to medium-rare, veggies crisp, rice grains fluffy, fries crunchy then semi-floppy as the mixing took its toll. Came with creamy spicy green sauce. Easily shareable IMO. Had a little takeaway. Arrived while I was working on the eggs, a pet peeve. Fortunately both dishes held up as I slowly increased my cholesterol count. Third Course choice Mango Panna Cotta: Smooth custard and tropical fruitiness in a cute bowl. While the amount was very manageable, I was very full by this point and regretfully did not finish. Their tap variety was excellent; my only compliant is that neither me nor my wife could get the tap list to load on our phones after repeatedly scanning their QR code for the tap list. I also had a berry cider (canned). All beers we had were amazing. We had a salmon poke bowl and cauliflower bowl and both were both generous portion and very tasty. Service was very friendly and fast, while seated at the bar as that was the quickest way to get seated. Ambiance: loud. I wouldn't recommended it for a nice quiet date or business meeting. This tasted it so refreshing with the fresh ingredients. Couple of coworkers had the burger and enjoyed them with them being very juicy but still held together well. With the lettuce tomato pickles caramelized onion, pickles, fry sauce on a toasted brioche bun. You have to upgrade to their fries. House cut and doubled fried. So good. I was so happy when this place opened. The food here is amazing! I can't speak about the good amount of beer options that they have, but I have tried a good portion of the menu before I couldn't eat dairy. That spicy fried chicken sandwich is by far the best chicken sandwich I have ever had here in Vegas. That is saying a lot considering how many chicken sandwich places we have here in Vegas. I tried the Thai hummus that had a lovely honey hit to it. The deviled eggs are the bomb! I could have easily eaten two orders of deviled eggs with no problems. The deviled eggs are that tasty! I have tried the chili and wings a few times and both are definitely a home run. The to go order that I used to get constantly was the bbq pork Bahn Mi. Surprisingly a phenomenal Bahn Mi is hard to find here in Vegas. I generally don't like to eat in the restaurant because it does lack seating space. The last time we were in, we had the crispy mushroom tacos that were so flavorful. This is my go-to order from now on, they are delicious. Morgan got the BBQ Pork Banh Mi, and that was amazing too. Seated pretty quickly. I enjoyed being able to same the tap before making the decision on which spirit to order. The place the way it's set up, one could find the environment to be loud at times. Also depends on the crowd. There were a group of guys sitting closer to the bar and they were a bit rowdy. I enjoyed the pulled pork tacos. Seasoned well and just enough. If you're looking for a wide selection of craft beers or some fusion bar food then this is the place to go to. I'd say that this place is a pretty good gem when it comes to the South West area because those combinations are pretty hard to come by. And the cherry on top of that is that they're open pretty later at night (not 24/7 but still good). The interesting thing about this place is that you can always expect something new here whether it's the beer selection or the food specials that they serve. I enjoy coming here and not knowing what to expect which is part of the fun of it. You will for sure a wide selection of craft beers and a choice of bar style food with an Asian fusion twist. Side note that was pretty interesting is that they also serve High Balls here (Japanese whiskey drink). The bar sitting area is truly where it's at since you get a view of their chalkboard menu of beers and you also get to keep your beverage cold on this cold metal that sits in the middle of the bar. The service will be faster especially in later at night since it's mainly the bartender there. It is also pretty good if you have a party of people as it may accomidate a good amount of people.
