After our great experience at another Tacos Los Barrios location, we knew it would be a great choice. After no time at all, we found ourselves staring down the "Fry-Day Special" which was massive! $9.99 for loaded carne asada fries with guacamole and cheese (with pico and sour cream on the side, although it comes with beans too normally). It was so much food, the tasty carne asada and crispy salty fries turned our day around! Service was friendly, food came out quick, and seating was much more spacious than the Henderson location; it would be our go-to location if it wasn't 30 minutes from us haha. Tacos Los Barrios has quickly joined my favorite taco shops in Las Vegas, and I can't wait to come back!

I feel that the baja improves in my taco ranking depending on how much fish I get per taco. The batter is amazing and it's really a question if you want to eat fried fish or not. Camaron Taco - Crunchy shrimp, and very good slaw. But I feel that the shrimp is best paired with the steak, thankfully, they have a mar y tierra taco, which I think is the better thing to order. I grew up near Sonora and used to go there to a taqueria called El Rey in San Luis and this place marinades their pork exactly the same way. The taqueros are quick and pile on the meat, they also do their best to accommodate special requests. For example, I enjoy the crispy bits of adobada and I like very crispy tripas and they always come through with each request. Corn and flour tortillas are made fresh to order. The default is corn but you can ask for flour for any taco. They also have vampiros, mulitas and topped fries, but who comes here for the fries? It's a must visit each trip to Vegas.
