Recently I bought 5 new tires and had them installed here, along with 5 new wheels, 5 new TPMS sensors, new lugs, tires balanced, and an alignment. Dropped it off in the morning and they had it done by the end of the day, which is quick considering the amount of work needed to be done. By the time I picked up the truck, everything was buttoned up exactly how I asked. All tires were properly assemble, balanced and programmed with new sensors. The old tires were disassembled and thrown into the bed with the old sensors and lugs. They even took the time to mount the spare underneath (something I told them they didn't need to do). Friendly and understanding staff. Cool guys. Couple months later, the tires hold air perfectly and ride great. These are my second set of tires installed here with no problems. Had an appointment at 10:00am to get new tires put on, arrived at 9:50am and they did not have the tires. They told us they would have the tire in an hour and be done at 12:30. Didn't happen, at the end of the day they told us they only had two tires. This is unsatisfactory in my opinion. read more

In January, I took my Toyota Avalon to the dealer, for some other issues and they told me my break pads were going to need replaced soon, but I decided to wait, and I sort of forgot about it and suddenly last Friday my brake light came on. That's when I realized I might have to pay for new rotors in addition to pads. I called around and didn't like most of the quotes I received, and decided to have Goodyear look at them, while I waited, so I made an appointment. The price was right, they just resurfaced the rotors instead of replacing them, and I was in and out in about an hour. I'm not going to totally trash these guys cause I know they have to adhere to certain standards and be mindful of liability. That being said, took my car in for a nail patch/plug. They told me it was too close to the side wall and tried to sell me a tire for $175. Knowing that probably wasn't the case I came up to Berning in Bonner and they patched it no problem. I saw the nail. It wasn't even that close. read more

I've used this Goodyear location for tire repair twice. On both occasions, the guys at Goodyear squeezed me into their schedule, fixed my tire, and got me back on the road within an hour. The staff seems friendly and not interested in up-selling you on parts or repairs you do not need. I've never had major vehicle maintenance done here, so I can't speak to that part of the business, but I appreciate the quick tire help. read more

Dropped our car off at 2:15 as our appointment was for 2:30. Came back 3 hours later and they hadn't even moved our car. It was for an OIL CHANGE... terrible terrible service. The website told us 2 hours which is long in itself, and then after 3 they hadn't touched it. Very sad, this place is supposed to be above jiffy lube or Walmart service? The prices reflect that, but the service does NOT. read more

Larry was very helpful in selecting tires for our Honda Pilot. Saturday I stopped by to see what tires they had available and set up an appointment to get the tires installed on Monday. Monday morning Larry recognized me and had the paperwork ready to go. I was told 2 hours and did receive a phone call at about 2 1/2 hours. Tires are riding good thanks for the great service. As an aside Walmart had the same tires for about $17 less per tire. As is usually my luck I only find this out after I buy the tires! read more

I have been using this location because of how close it is to my home for a while now. My family and I have spent thousands of dollars here, and sadly we have to get basic car repairs done pretty often. My last visit really concerned me. I had my car towed to this location on the 3/27/19, for a flat tire, all was good I waited 24 hours for it to be done, I guess this is normal? Little did I know both my rear tires where basically done. They did not inform me that my other rear tire is flat, so I paid the $240 for the tire and thought well I should be fine for a while, NO, that was not the case. 6 days later my other rear tire splits with the same exact issue as the last one, they didn't even bother to tell me it was going bad, so within 7 days I've had two flats, I'm not waiting almost 6 days for them to ORDER the other tire. That's 7 days with no transportation, no way to get to work, or do basically anything. At this point they are costing me over $200 on top of the $240 just trying to find transportation for the week. This is ABSOLUTELY Unacceptable, you should have ordered a new tire or maybe even INFORMED ME. So I could pay the full $500 for both rear tires and be on my way. This place never fails to push my buttons. read more
