I sent a full set of that were delivered on 2/8. Called a few times and emailed a few times to see how to pay the invoice (no online payment method, again not a problem, just stating facts). I heard back for the first time on 2/12 (2 business days, very happy at this point) letting me know that they didn't have the right adapter/fitting to get them hooked up to their machine, and that they were in contact with the manufacture of the machine to see what could be done. Received a call on 2/15 saying that the manufacture didn't have a way to do it, discussed why it didn't fit, and we agreed that a fuel rail would possibly be the solution to the problem as the fuel rail was a more common port to screw in to. I was still happy with the communication at this point, and I know that they are working with an overseas manufacture of the cleaning tool (German I believe). Fuel rail was received by them on 2/23 (I was in Mexico, my mother shipped them out.) Sent a message on 3/4 asking for an update, got a text back that they were away from the shop for a few days, and that they would have an update for me the next day, no big deal, people have lives and other obligations. Sent a text asking for an update on 3/8, 3/9 and requested the stuff be shipped back on 3/9(eod), 3/11, and 3/12. Sent emails on 3/11 and 3/12 with the same requests, just in case my texts weren't delivered, and still no response back. Again, I do not blame the shop for not being able to service them, stuff happens, but the lack of communication and/or a call back of some sort is not professional. Now at this point, I don't have $1600 in injectors, or a $400+ in a fuel rail/mounting hardware back. I believe that I have been patient, and understanding, but I need my fuel rail, at a minimum, (and injectors) back ASAP so I can finish this motor up. Update: They sent my stuff back to me. To add insult to injury, they charged me for 2 separate priority boxes, totaling $36.xx (including their convenience fee), instead of shipping everything together. At this point, I would avoid doing business with them. Unprofessional, didn't own up to delays or lack of communication, and then overcharged for shipping. My labels there cost $7.xx a piece for two boxes (b/c of the extra part to try). This shouldn't have cost more than $15.xx to send it back to me, in a single box.

I have had more problems with the car than before the motor went out. I'm not sure what they did but I know it wasn't quality work, it runs out of oil so fast now after an oil change and just sounds horrific ever since. Not to mention I'm missing bolts that I know were there before and even told them that. Took my car back up there before warranty ran out and all they did was an oil change instead of trying to fix the problem, and still missing bolts like they didn't even listen to me when I told them. Still having massive problems with rebuilt motor but I'm just supposed to deal with it I guess. I know it was just a rebuild but I feel like I should have gotten better service for$3600. What a waste of money, will never go back here again. Just when you think you can trust someone they make your car worse than it was originally and not trying to make it right at all. I run Mobile one 15k oil with K&N filters and Hancock 10 ply tires, expensive pads, etc. on my trucks. Never have any issues.
