The tacos arrived almost as soon as we were seated, but the queso never came. When the food runner was reminded about it, she simply said, "Okay." By the time we were about 90% finished with our meal, I asked the cashier if he could bring out the queso. Instead of just checking on it, he went to the manager. Both of them then questioned us repeatedly--asking for our order number and what size queso we ordered, even though they had already verified that we had paid for it. In the end, they refunded our money because we had already finished eating. It was disappointing that something as simple as a forgotten order of queso turned into an interrogation instead of a quick apology and resolution. Unfortunately, this experience reminded us why we haven't been back in a long time.
