Amazing visual presentation and delicious entrees and bento boxes. Vast selection of freshly prepared regular and spicy, but not too spicy meals available. Service was fast, friendly and accurate. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Dining area and bar area were clean and appealing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The instrumental music was classical piano covers of popular and classic rock/pop songs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Best Asian meal that I've had in Colorado. I didn't know this business existed off of a road that I driven multiple times a week . This is nearby the pink painted Mexican eatery on woodmen road. I have found a new fav . Hot Green Tea is good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lots of seating and parking near the car wash and Mexican restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Visit tonight.

First time trying them out and was not disappointed. We got there right as they open and the young lady was friendly & welcoming. Food was really fresh and delicious. Will definitely try them out again.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Fuji Bistro is amazing. A warm, comfortable place to enjoy a great, Asian dinner with family and friends[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Such a wide variety of dishes from Japanese, Chinese, Thai and Korean cuisines. If you have a dish you love, they'll probably make it. This time, I was just picking up some takeout to bring home for my wife and I. I had the Tom Yum Combination Soup. It was magnificent! Full of seafood and the delicious, warmly spiced soup filled my stomach and my soul. While I was waiting, the staff was hustling meals to in-house and to-go orders. My food came out within a few minutes of my arrival. It was a great sized dinner too. I ate half that night and the rest the next day. A great meal and a wonderful value.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Well...the robot server playing Christmas music was definitely different and fun![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our food was served quickly and was quite tasty! Hubby had orange chicken which was delicious and just enough heat. I had the Chicken Lo mein noodles. I also ordered the eel sashimi and my two pieces were very fresh and plentiful! All in all it was a very nice lunch for Christmas

Fuiji bistro is the best Chinese my husband and I have tried in the springs. Every dish has been delicious, packed with flavor and always made us hungry for me. The best dishes have been black pepper chicken, and Hawaiian fried rice, but everything is 10/10

Traveling through town busting with friends. Looking for something different than what we've been eating on our 5 week road trip. Decided on this place because my wife wanted Chinese and I prefer Japanese. My wife had sweet and sour chicken with rice and hot and sour soup. Soup was good, chicken was okay. I had a sashimi plate. Nice mix of salmon, white tuna, regular tuna and striped bass Generous cuts and very fresh. If we came back to town we'd go here again. My actual rating would be 3 and a half.

We've eaten here over a dozen or so times over several years. Today, we came before the Sunday lunch rush - ordered the Black Pepper Udon on Sizzling Plate, Orange Chicken & Mochi Ice Cream. The orange chicken was good but the Udon was very salty. The mochi ice cream was twice the price on the table flyer menu. Two pieces for $7 vs the advertised $3.50 and I complained to no avail. I'll gladly pay any amount for what was advertised but they doubled the price because of inflation without marking it on their flyer & give no concession - is outrageous. I won't be returning or ordering take out here anymore because I don't want high blood pressure & a light wallet.

What a lovely lunch coming here was. I brought my daughter and her friend after a long trip to the mall. We were all starving and by the reviews for this place, we thought...why not give it a shot. Myself and my daughters friend ordered a bento box and my daughter got sushi. Everyone loved their food so much. The girls wanted dessert so they got the banana spring rolls and loved it so much it was gone within a couple minutes. The restaurant itself was very clean. Most of the staff was really friendly. Our waitress was a little cold, but not so much so that it was a big deal. I myself being an introvert can appreciate quite but effective lol.

**Ambiance** The…read morerestaurant itself is a decent size with plenty of seating and large booths, so it would be comfortable for families or larger groups. **Service** Service was great. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The staff spoke English as well as either Cantonese or Mandarin, which initially gave me high hopes for the food. **Food** I won't lie--I came in with pretty moderate expectations. After chatting with the staff in both Mandarin and Cantonese, I thought we were in for a really authentic meal. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. We ordered five dishes, and it quickly became apparent that the food is heavily catered toward American tastes. Several dishes contained ingredients that traditionally wouldn't be included, while other key ingredients were missing altogether. The biggest issue for me was the sweetness. Three of the five dishes were noticeably sweet, which isn't what I expected from the dishes we ordered. The standout dish of the meal was the Mongolian Beef. It was flavorful and wasn't overly sweet. That said, it lacked the spice I typically associate with the dish. The Mapo Tofu was probably the biggest surprise. It was missing the ground pork that usually gives the dish so much flavor and texture. Instead, it included bell peppers, onions, and water chestnuts--ingredients I've personally never seen in Mapo Tofu. Rather than being spicy and numbing, the dominant flavor was sweetness. The Chicken Pan-Fried Noodles were difficult to enjoy. The sauce was very sweet, and the noodles were cooked to the point where they were tough and chewy. Instead of the thinner noodles commonly used for this dish, they used thick noodles that reminded me more of lo mein. We also ordered a Beef and Scallion dish. It felt more like a beef chop suey variation with scallions added. The scallions themselves were cooked perfectly, but once again the sauce leaned much sweeter than expected. The Hot and Sour Soup was actually the first item to arrive. I jokingly told my family that if the soup wasn't good, I might be worried about the rest of the meal because hot and sour soup is one of those dishes that really showcases balance and technique. Unfortunately, it ended up confirming my concerns. It lacked the bold sour and spicy flavors that make the dish so enjoyable. By the end of the meal, we had a lot of leftovers. The only items we brought home were the Mongolian Beef and a few pieces of beef picked out from the Beef and Scallion dish. **Overall** This restaurant may appeal to diners who enjoy sweeter, Americanized Chinese food, but it wasn't for me. Based on this visit, I wouldn't return, and I wouldn't personally recommend it to anyone looking for the flavors and dishes I grew up eating.

It was 98-100 degrees and really think we should of chose a different place after our experience and lack of customer service here. Parking was $1.50 per hour (First 2 hours) and then goes up per hour on the side street in front of this establishment. When you walk in, the place looks cute but after wandering around, it needs a deep cleaning and dusting. Our table was sticky, floors dirty. If you sit at the tables, you have to take your shoes off. There is no clear direction of what to do. We waited and I believe the owner came out and asked if we had reservations. There was no one in there, two women were seated at the regular tables. Also, you are charged $5 per person for this "tea ceremony" which is basically the other worker pouring hot water in the tea pot. So you get one tea choice per person. My nephew wanted cold tea aka their boba. He asked for a Mango slush boba but got watery straight milk tea that was inedible. We asked if he could switch out for another drink but they said No! If he wanted another drink, they would charge another $6 which the lady said was $5 if you got cold or hot. As a business owner, if someone asks for another option, customer service would be to either take it off the tab or offer to remake it correctly. The dim sum was edible but not really. Hearing microwave beeps. They came out hot but I don't know how fresh. I guess coming from Denver, we have real dim sum on carts and CO Springs is just a weird city with essentric taste buds. All the places we ate at were not great but Yelp reviews had 4-5 stars for them. Also, the way the place is set up, we heard all of our tea server's convo's. I won't mention what we heard but definately not what you want to listen to. Pictures attached and trust me look better than what they tasted. Taro buns were the only thing we liked. I am confused how people like this place. Neat concept but needs a lot of work and cleaning.

I got the sesame chicken, and we also ordered the Happy Family lunch special. Each meal came with an egg roll, one cream cheese wonton, and your choice of soup: egg drop, wonton, or hot and sour soup. Both plates were flavorful and seasoned well. The crab wontons were especially good. The egg roll was tasty too, but it had a little too much pepper for my liking. I still ate the whole thing though lol. We also tried the fantail shrimp, and those were definitely a must-have. For dessert, we got the sesame balls. They were good and pretty much what you'd expect from sesame balls. I also ordered a Thai tea, but it wasn't my favorite, it didn't have any flavor and probably not something I'd get again. The service was excellent, and the restaurant was very clean. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be back.

I guess it had been longer than I thought since my previous visit, as I didn't realize that the ownership/management had changed. The decor is old-school with comfortable booths, and the service is very good. I was greatly disappointed, though, that the orange chicken which I had always ordered when the restaurant had the previous ownership has drastically changed. It is no longer the light but flavorful stir-fry with sliced chicken breast, bok choy, celery, bell peppers, snow peas, carrots, bamboo shoots (I can't recall everything that was in it) and tangerine peels that I was craving. Today, it was the typical heavy, batter-dipped chicken coated by a sugary sweet sauce--probably great if you have a hankering for that type of American-style Chinese food, but nothing like what I was craving, unfortunately. My husband ordered Mongolian Beef which was OK, heavy on the sauce and five-spice seasoning. On the plus side, the egg drop soup is considerably better than with the previous ownership. It had tiny diced tofu, carrots, peas, corn?, in a lightly flavored chicken broth with eggs. I really liked the soup. While I very much appreciated the decor and friendly service, I am less likely to return, as the style of cooking is more American style with too much sauce and too sweet. I may return eventually and try some other dishes before I completely throw in the towel on a favorite take-out destination. Please consider bringing back the old orange chicken! You can name it something different if you need to, but I would return for that dish.
