Gf and I went here for a dinner. Food was a 10/10. Server very friendly and attentive, had us try their version of a crab ragoon which was amazing. The server was outstanding! She went above and beyond to give us an amazing experience. I tried the Japanese soda, I asked some questions about it and the server brought it out to me. She showed it to me and explained what exactly the drink was. If you like sprite or Sierra Mist it's a MUST TRY!! (She also helped me open it) lol. I asked about cooked sushi and she showed me a fully cooked sushi option. I decided to try that and definitely was not disappointed! It was amazing! We always order the salad because it's so delicious and today was no different. I ordered a sweet potato roll, a California roll and a Boston roll. I've never had the Boston roll before and in the past didn't order because the spicy mayo made me nervous, but it was perfect! The waitress is always friendly, the service is always top notch. Our sushi rolls had a different presentation this time and it was gorgeous. And you can't be the price, it's honestly such a great deal. Read the reviews and thought it would be awesome. We ordered sushi and some noodle dishes. We couldn't eat because the fish was spoiled. You could smell the ammonia in the California rolls, it was awful. My husband said the fish in his soup tasted like sake, which is a trick used to hide spoiled fish. He lived in Korea for a while and can eat almost anything but it was too far gone for him. I hope they read this and fix it. The place had potential. read more

Fuji is a diamond in the rough...Hands-down best steak hibachi I have ever had. Their Yum Yum sauce and ginger dressing is to die for. Their meat is always super tender and the vegetables and other ingredients are always fresh. They don't cook the hibachi in front of you but for some reason I think it makes it taste better because they add extra ingredients that just taste so good. Finally some great food in the Sidney area. I've tried the chicken yakitori and chicken bento box. The yakitori wasn't the best I've had, but the serving size was nice. The bento box on the other hand, was an enormous amount of food that I definitely couldn't finish but was all super delicious- tempura veggies, soup, salad, california roll, chicken teriyaki. I travel for work and am in Sidney about once a month. This is always a must stop on my trip. Have had many of the rolls, hibatchi, apps, etc. all had been phenomenal. They've taken last minute carryout orders from me with a smile and the entire staff is always incredibly polite. The Black Dragon roll is amazing and is usually what I order for lunch.
