All you can eat sushi. Quick seating - had lunch on a Wednesday with no wait. The server was very friendly. Good food and the lunch price is reasonable. Ordering is easy - write your order on the white cards, place at the end of the table, and food will be delivered shortly afterwards. Would recommend and will return.

We decided to do a girls night out and everyone agreed on sushi. We decided on Fuji sushi and were pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Baymeadows roll and loved it. This will be my go to. If you are hungry and like all you can eat, this place is for you. I cannot do all you can eat so I just ordered the two rolls in wanted. They were nice size and the price was great. Will be visiting again

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant as a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER at this particular location other location which I visited the server come and greet us as well ask if we were first timer here and most Fuji sushi location aren't all you can eat, which they explain before we sat down anyways, from the moment we walked in we weren't greeted, after we were sat no one explained how the menu worked to us and instead we had to figure it out on our own by going online and searching the reviews. We saw a picture of a small piece of paper marked off with numbers and that's how we figured out how to . Once we put our order down on a small piece of paper, with little boxes for you to write the numbers of the items off the menu, a staff member finally came up to take the paper and finally explain the way the menu works to us. I'm guessing since they have an all you can eat sushi special deal all day they don't want you to share the sushi, which is what we were trying to do. Every time my fiancé and I go out for sushi we order a couple of rolls that we both like to share. Each sushi usually comes with 8 to 12 pieces which is perfect for us to share and take a few pieces home. Which is why when we noticed the sushi on their menu only comes in 4 pieces we were really confused. Once the sushi came out everything was fine not great or amazing but our server never came to check on us again until we asked for our check. I wanted to do another round of sushi so I took another piece of paper, wrote down what I wanted and left it on the same spot of the table as last time and no one came to pick it up. While we were eating a family of 3 came in and got completely different treatment than we did. They had the same server as us and she was much nicer to them, smiling at them, letting them move to another table and talking to them way more. At that point we could only assume that they were regulars which after my experience today I could never understand how this place has regular customers returning. My biggest problem with this place is that they don't have a menu option for people who don't want to do all you can eat sushi. A regular menu with bigger portions than 4 pieces of sushi and each roll is priced individually. Don't get me wrong, all you can eat sushi for $22 is not bad at all but there really needs to be a separate menu option for people who don't want to do all you can eat and the menu needs to be explained much better. Cucumber salad was the only thing I will never order again it was the most plainest I've ever seen..... Will not be coming back.

Good deal for lunch. Quality sushi rolls for a good price. The fried rice could certainly be better. It's basically just rice with some corn in it. Overall, it's a great place for a quick lunch!

We recently grabbed a late lunch early dinner at Fuji Sushi was impressed with by the clean and inviting ambiance. The Food was outstanding with the variety of fresh sushi options and hot appetizers. Keep in mind this is more of what they would call a taste of Japan menu. You pay a set price per visit and get to order as much of anything on the menu. The sushi items come out very well prepared even with the rush. The service is pretty fast; just make your selections on the table sheets for the employees to take to get made. However, there was a slight drawback as there was a brief unpleasant odor during our visit, which I couldn't pinpoint whether it was from another customer or from the back of the restaurant. Nonetheless, it was an OK dining experience with great food.

If the door dash doesn't allow you to customize the order, you can call the restaurant and they will update and make it the way you want, such as without vegetables or without sesame seeds. Prices are exceptional. Dine-in lunch for Teriyaki ranges from $12-$14, (with chicken teriyaki is $12). Hibachi ranges from $12-$15. I got the spicy tuna roll and the Diablo roll. I LOVED the Diablo roll. The tuna roll was pretty boring- it's about half the size and about half the price. They're generous with the tuna, there's just not much going on besides that. So I would definitely recommend getting a specialty roll! Can't wait to try more in the future :)

The vegetables were spread mixed with the shrimp and chicken. The sauce was very tangy and not very hibachi, more like a sweet glade. It also came out very quick, it was warm, but not hot. My friend ordered two sushi rolls but they were over cooked and too crunchy. She could hit them with the chopsticks and hear how hard they were. I completed the survey or the free holiday roll. Mine too was over cooked. So my friend asked I she could get something else. When they brought out the shrimp fried rice, she took a few bites and didn't like it either. Neither dish was what we expected and I don't remember coming here and the food wasn't good. Instead of taking the dishes of she didn't enjoy, the owner went back and forth about paying for the supplies he used to cook the meal. I've never been somewhere and the restaurant still charged for an uneaten meal. As a courtesy, he said he didn't charge her for the rice. Out of all the places we could go, I won't be back and it reminded me what I hadn't been here in awhile. Do better and stop frying the sushi so hard. There we're only five people in the restaurant , no need to rush or give leftovers.

The décor was nice and there was a decent amount of seating available, enough to accommodate our group of 10 and another large group at the table next to ours. It looked like people came here with their families for special occasions. There was only one person working to cover everything from seating, take out, serving, etc., and he did an amazing job of staying on top of everything. He even took the time to explain to me that they recently decided to make their entire menu (save for the fried items) gluten free due to many requests they'd received from their customers. It was so nice to eat at a place that was so considerate! Their menu is definitely more fusion than authentic. I asked the server for a recommendation and he told me his favorite is the Curry Fried Rice, but it was a big portion, so I opted for his second favorite, the Drunken Noodles. I asked about the spice levels and asked for mine to be more spicy. It wasn't as spicy as I hoped, so I asked for a spice tray and added several spoonfuls of various chili flakes and peppers. My colleagues got the yellow curry and said it was basically flavorless, but they liked their Drunken Noodles. I'm thankful to have the gluten free option, but I was missing the essence of the classic/authentic flavor. Overall, the décor, ambience, and service was great, but the food was just okay.

The decor and vibe definitely give Asian street market -- I loved the neon signs. Thomas was our server and he was friendly, quick, and attentive throughout. We ordered the Twice Fried Korean Wings, Bonchon, and Chili Crisp Cucumbers to share. The wings were delicious with the best crunch, almost like candied chicken wings. My only complaint is I expected more heat from the gochujang. The Bonchon is essentially a flight of pickled sides: sweet pickled cucumbers, sweet pickled carrots and daikon (similar to what you'd find on a Vietnamese banh mi), and a well-fermented kimchi with mild heat and great flavor. We also ordered the Hong Kong Wonton Soup, and thought we ordered "Chow Fun" noodles -- but "Chow Faan" is actually their fried rice dish. Word of caution: if you want their take on Chow Fun noodles, order the "Beef Haw Fun" instead. The star of the show was the Hong Kong Wonton Soup -- the broth was authentically Asian, distinctly different from a classic French-style broth built on onion, celery, and carrot mirepoix.
