Fuji Sushi is easily one of our favorite spots -- we find ourselves coming back every few weeks because it's just that good. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made, but what truly makes this place special is the staff. The same sweet lady is there every time we come in, and she knows us by name. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality make us feel like family the moment we walk through the door. Interesting new restaurant. Very fresh ingredients and lots of extras - soup, salad, free appetizers during happy hour. Fried rice was fantastic. Not drowning in soy sauce and full of fresh veggies. Excellent sushi. Awesome poke bowl. We are from the East Coast and just don't enjoy sushi with jalapeño or cream cheese in it. I realize many people here do, but we're more purests. I found that an extremely large percentage of their rolls have tempura. We will definitely go back. This place is nice for a quick neighborhood place. Excellent service too. read more

We as a company have many last min luncheons and they can always fill the order in a timely manor and deliver it. I really want the salad dressing recipe it's amazing. Teriyaki boxes are a perfect light meal. Definitely going to continue to order from there. read more

This is one my favorite sushi restaurant in Katy. Friendly service, great rolls and fresh sushi and they have happy hour every day from 4-7pm!! My kids enjoyed it and wants to go back already. I would highly recommend this place!! Must check it out. read more
