We responded to their plea for support on social media (even if we live almost half an hour away from them), and we're pleasantly surprised they've met our expectations. Service and food are great! We had the pleasure of having the owner served us. He's very accommodating and attentive. That's why we figured out he's the owner. He confirmed it when hubby asked him. They have one of the best Thai Curry Shrimps we've tasted. You can really taste the coconut milk and curry. The sauce is creamy. I had the General Tso's which is pretty good, and Sesame chicken to go for our daughter. She said it's really good as well. Hubby and I shared the Shaggy dog roll. We really liked it. Except for the shrimp curry, the rest we've tried are pretty standard Chinese food with very nice plating. The overall dining experience though is simply amazing! Their menu is accompanied with vivid pictures and they enclosed their professionally done brochures in their to go bag. Additionally, I noticed the owner is acutely aware of customers coming in for their pickups. He immediately politely cut our conversation whenever customers come in, unlike other restaurants who's staff seemed to not care that we're there to give them business. We didn't know they have lunch special from 11-3 pm when we went there for the first time. It's such a good deal: It comes with Crab Rangoon (so delicious with their red sauce), and your choice of soup. Hubby is not fond of soups but he loved his Hot and sour soup. The food is so delicious here. I ordered the lunch three-rolls (spicy tuna), lettuce wraps, egg rolls, chicken with vegetables, and chicken fried rice to go. A nice little restaurant on the edge of Firethorne. Backdrop, my is down with the flu and all she wants is egg drop soup from Fusion Wok. I had never heard of the place though it was next store to one my favorite liquor stores. As a good hubby, I order her a double dose and add a few dish for me and my son. Now, Fusion Wok is one of my favorite places for a convenient Asian meal. Boosting both Chinese and Japanese dishes, the simple fair taste good, has decent portions and the staff is super friendly. I think I prefer their Japanese dishes but that's always been my way. My son and wife like their Chinese. My next trip I think I will try the orange peal beef. read more

My partner and I recently went to the Fusion Wok in Katy Texas. This was our first time eating at this restaurant. We do not live in Texas (visiting for the holidays), The environment very clean and the staff (especially Mary) was so polite and professional. Mary was very helpful in deciding my options, since I am a vegan. We ordered the sweet potato sushi with veggies and rice. The sushi was the best I have tasted and the rest of the food was so delicious. We went back again since and plan on going back before we leave Katy. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody (vegan or not). I just wish we had one closer to our home in Louisiana. read more

I had a very nice experience from Fusion walk. I read some of the reviews which ultimately leaned towards the sushi so I had the Sashimi sampler and some spicy tuna hand rolls. Both were excellent.! I then needed to try the hot food. Here I was a little skeptical but went for broke! All cards in! So I ordered the General Tso chicken, Mongolian beef and had to do up my carbs so complimented it all with the combination Lo Mein. All were very good. The only negativity, though it's not really negative, was the Mongolian beef had a lot more onions than beef! That said I really do enjoy onions, especially in stir fry. I think they should just up the amount of beef in there that's all. The flavor was quite amazing and very pleasing. I would definitely like to go there again, and this time dying in for last time I actually had Uber Eats deliver which was nice for not having to get up off my ass. Correction, I actually did get up off my ass, and that was simply to open the door and pick up the food. LOL. All being said, the food had a really good flavor. High quality Sushi, actually superbly fresh and I know sushi BECAUSE I'm a big Sashimi fan and that includes uni! And the hot food was delightful. I will be returning here in the future! read more

We live in Firethorne nearby and stopped in tonight to try it out. I have to say - this is some of the best sushi in Katy and the rolls are HUGE! My advice - definitely order the crab Rangoon for an appetizer. They were incredible and piping hot! I had the Lucky roll and it was AMAZING! You'll only need to order one roll here because they are seriously (sorry to repeat again), HUGE! They also have great presentation. We will definitely be back! read more

Food is beyond amazing but the new cost of the food is drastically insane. They're giving smaller portions and charger double the amount. The combo fried rice is $15 and it's half the size. It would be ok if the price goes up but the portions stay the same but increasing the price then giving half of the portion is insane. I was told the portion is the same as before but they changed it to the black container and anyone who orders here constantly knows it's not even half of the old white containers. I cannot overstate just how infuriating it was to dine here. First, at 7:30 at night, the 77 degrees outside was a vast improvement to the 80ish degrees inside. As a meal, the food was okay - not bad, not special, just okay. What puts this place in the "won't be coming back" was the poor organization in the kitchen. Apps ordered. Entrees ordered. Apps appeared followed immediately with one entree. Then we waited. And waited. Fifteen minutes later (after the first entree was done), second entree arrived. Despite being visited by staff multiple times there was no emphasis on speed never mind topping off beverages. Biggest issue I observed was food delivery orders were prioritized over people actually in the (entirely too hot) restaurant. Too many options in the area for this nonsense. read more

They automatically add up the maximum amount of tip and overcharged the food price! The menu shows charge should be less than $40 with tip, they charged my credit card more than $80! read more

Terrible experience with Fusion Wok last night. Our GrubHub delivery order took 2 hours to arrive (1hr past the estimated delivery). Called FW 3 time and we're told "it's on the way". Those were blatant lies. Last call was to cancel and the lady on the phone was rude, kept interrupting me and hung up on me. We've ordered from here several times and love the food, but it's always late and this experience was the worst. I can't do business with people that hang up on their customers when they don't meet their service estimate. Never again and wanted to warn others. read more
