I didn't expect this level of service from a Shake Shack and maybe need to rethink what fast casual dining can be like. I got a Chicken Shack. It came out hot and tastes just like all the other Chicken Shacks I've eaten. Overall, the food and ambiance is as expected but another shout out for the staff here: they surprised me with being a notch above with regards to service.

Poor Customer Service Experience…read more I accidentally walked into the pickup order area because there were no signs indicating that customers should not enter. The manager, Jacob, immediately became upset and seemed panicked instead of calmly explaining the situation. Afterward, I spoke with Jacob directly and respectfully shared my feedback. I explained that clearer signage could help prevent this from happening to other customers. I appreciated that he listened to my concerns, but I believe the situation could have been handled much more professionally, with patience, calmness, and courtesy from the beginning.

But they've always specialized in a particular style of wings, and they're very good at that. Caveat is they're not prepared true Buffalo style in being pre marinated in sauce, then fried, butter dipped and re-sauced and then baked. But they are still nicely flavor basted even in the mild/plain version and covered in plenty of sauce when ordered combined. I think 10 bones and/or 7 tenders without comboing are still the minimum orders if you're doing the flavor buffet thing, but sometimes they can do a 1/2-1/2 on those too since they're basically tossing flavors just before serving. But you can be kind of crazy and do the 10 piece Mix & Match with up to 10 different flavors and styles. That's just messy to me when it arrived as sauces start getting too mixed up to tell them apart. Delivery is available from the usual services.
