Food is delicious! You can tell when it's good! Long line and willing, to wait. Cars are everywhere trying to find parking but it's worth it. Line moves smoothly everyone comes out happy with their food.

My friend took me here and I fell in love. Let me first say... the food is a tad bit salty but I take the food and I just make extra rice at home and it's stretches with the gravy, so it makes sense for me. But if I was to eat the rice as is. Its too salty. The place is always pretty busy. Usually some parking in back, busy street, but definitely a LA staple.

This place is famous so I was lucky to try this place out for work. It's hard to find a chicken place that opens at 8am to buy 2 orders of chickens a la carte. I think i paid $35-40 each. They were pretty good with a little bit of heat. Healthy and tasty never felt one guilt eating them. Nice to eat a chicken with different spices going on.

Dino's is so overrated, I'm not sure why this place has such a cult following. We tried their Dino's Chicken Combo, in which the chicken came set on top of french fries; the marinade, the seasoning, and the sauce were just not good - it was such a weird sour/tangy type of a taste; the fries, of course, were soaked and soggy, so those who like sauce will either need to suck it up or get it on the side. In addition, the chicken itself was cold. Not even lukewarm, but cold. This means that they have prepared the chicken way in advance, and it's just sitting out for the next combo/order to be filled. And after a nibble, we tossed the whole thing. There's a few outdoor and a side seating; parking is a bit limited in their small lot, but you can also park on the street. No, thank you, Dino's. +inedible, cold chicken +not fresh +seating available +small lot for parking

Not really sure. The chicken is juicy and delicious but I don't know how I feel about the sauce. I don't see myself going back often.

I haven't had Dino's for such a long time, but my friend moved a block away from here, so decided to give it another go. We ordered the famous chicken and fries, and while ordering, a gentleman asked if we could grab him a meal, so we did. The first bite was absolutely delicious. The fries soaked in the special sauce they have, which tastes kind of similar to a seafood boil, was so flavorful. The chicken had a great amount of seasoning that brought out the flavor, and when inserted into a tortilla with the fries, had a wonderful flavor profile as well. The coleslaw was good too but nothing special. The only dumb thing I did was I didn't order a drink. This place gets really busy so if you get thirsty while eating, which you will, you can't really get a drink quickly. I kind of almost choked on my food and had to go back to my car to get a drink. Other than that, the food was good. The service is pretty quick, despite the long lines. The ambiance is that of an old school diner with a lot of outdoor seating. Definitely worth visiting.

What I Ordered: -Dino's Chicken and Fries $16.45 1/2 Dino's Famous Charbroiled Chicken with Fries topped by Signature Marinade and Seasonings with a Side of Coleslaw and 3 Corn Tortillas I was discussing food comas with a friend, as it had been a while since I'd experienced one. The very next day, I went to Dino's Famous Chicken, and, well, I think I might have jinxed myself! It was my first food coma in years. I went to the window and asked for recommendations, eventually ordering the 1/2 Dino's Famous Charbroiled Chicken with Fries topped by Signature Marinade and Seasonings, a side of Coleslaw, and 3 Corn Tortillas. I had read online that their fries were soggy, and they were! However, they were covered in that famous marinade and spices, and I couldn't stop eating them. The chicken itself was similar to other charbroiled chicken I've had in LA. It wasn't dry, but not very moist either. The real magic is in the secret marinade and spices - they truly stand out. Dino's, I'll be back!

This place is amazing for the original famous chicken and Dino fries -- seriously, they're incredibly delicious and always hit the spot. That alone keeps me coming back. The service can be a bit hit-or-miss depending on the day, and the restaurant itself is starting to show its age and could definitely use some attention when it comes to cleaning and upkeep. Overall though, the food still makes it worth the visit.

I've been coming here for years. They remodeled the location not too long ago but it still tastes the same. The prices have gone up but it's still worth it for the chicken plate. It's a must go to spot if you're in the area.

After years of ordering from Dino's online, this was my first time actually going there to order. The parking lot itself is small and can fill up quick. Service was quick and easy. Probably only waited 10 minutes. The inside is small but cozy with a light diner vibe to it. The food was delicious as always. Was hopping my food would be showered with sauce as always but there wasn't much to be found. Maybe it was the plate I ordered, but we'll try again next time. Anyways, Dino's will always leave you full and satisfied and even with some leftovers for the next day.

Had this food delivered to us so I can't review my dining experience.Best grilled chicken I've had in a while. Well seasoned and cooked with tons of flavor. I got my chicken on a bed of fries which made it even better. Had to get a side of their famous sauce. Also tried their chicken salad. Very delicious with fresh veggies and decent amount of grilled chicken. Don't sleep on their zucchini fries. Not too salty with just the right amount of batter. Overall a good meal at a reasonable price.

This was the first time I tried Dino's famous chicken. Let me just say that I am just amazed that no one ever told me how phenomenal their chicken is. It has to be by far the best Charles chicken that I've tasted in Southern California. The flavor the spice, the juiciness of their chicken nothing compares to Dino's famous chicken.

Get the chicken with rice and beans. Chicken was well seasoned and properly cooked. Fast customer service.

We stopped in on a Sunday around 11:30, no line and very quick service! Finished eating and left around 12:05 so we must've lucked out with no line. We got two double cheese burgers and the loaded fries. The burger had impressively thin patties with a really nice char on the meat skirt, well seasoned, and perfectly crispy. The buns were quite small and a bit smooshed, but they were soft. It came with some fry sauce and pickles as well, overall a good burger. The fries had a good amount of toppings (cheese onions, fry sauce) and were nice and crispy. Kinda wish the onions were slightly more grilled for some extra flavor! Would probably go for plain next time as the loaded fries and burger together had similar flavors The interior has a few benches for seating and single bar type seating around the perimeter - I could see it filling up if there's a big line of people. Therefore, my brain could hardly differentiate between a McDonalds burger, and the "best" burger in LA. I haven't eaten at McDonalds in 14 years, but my mind still knew what a gentle and warm face looks like. So overall, it was alright! As the reverend Shane Gillis says "Not Bad". The service was good tho. And the ambiance was a bit weird because the music was off. Haha bye!!!

Parking: Street parking was super easy on a Sunday afternoon, I was able to pull up right in front and park on the street. There is a Super A across the street and ample parking around for free. Ambiance & Food: This reminds me of an old school burger stand. Those were the best burgers and this one did not stop that trend. As I walked up, we were warmly greeted and given a quick rundown of what which burger. They did have specials (I will get to that in a second) which we were intrigued, but for the sake of perspective, I ordered the Goldburger and both regular fries and curly fries with a bottle coke. The Goldburger is naturally a double, but my gymrat protein brain added that extra patty. They use a 70% to 30% mixture for their burger which makes the burger oh so decadent. The picture I took doesn't do it justice. The moment you bite into the burger the combination of burger juice, aioli, burnt skirt, all come together in such a harmonious fashion. It was remarkable. Though fries are not one of my strong points, both fries were crispy and I haven't had any other experience with Curly fries other than Jack in the Box, but these were so much better. I went ahead and dipped the fries in some homemade Aioli and dang, what a combo! Back to those specials, the current special is CHILI, I was intrigued so they gave me a small container of it to try. Man, if I wasn't watching my caloric intake, that would have been the move. It was rich and chunky and not to soggy which some always comes. Give it a try as they said it will be around for sometime. Other than burgers, they do have hot dogs as well. So worth trying both next time. To be perfectly honest, this brought back so much nostalgia for me, I used to go to school in the area and this brought a lot of those memories back. I happened to be in the area, and even though I'd already eaten, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to finally drop in. Irv's originally opened in 1946 as Queen's Burgers, located right on Route 66 on Santa Monica Boulevard in WeHo, and was deeply ingrained in LA's historic car culture. In 1970, Irv Genis bought the stand and renamed it Irv's Burgers, and it quickly became a legendary late-night spot for rock icons like Bob Dylan and Jim Morrison. By 2000, Sonia Hong took over, famously hand-drawing doodles on the paper plates alongside her signature slogan, "Just for you." After closing in 2013 and again in 2018, Lawrence Longo partnered with Sonia in 2021 to bring the brand back to life. They've since expanded quite a bit, even opening locations in Malibu and Las Vegas. On a staff recommendation, I ordered Irv's Original Roadside Burger Double ($11.25). Honestly, it was just okay. While a certain amount of grease and salt is expected with a burger, this one crossed the line into being a bit too salty and oily. On the bright side, the sesame bun was excellent, and I loved that they kept Sonia's legacy alive by printing her classic doodles on the tray placemats. While I'm glad Irv's was saved from history and is expanding, the food itself felt pretty so-so. The outdoor tables were also a bit dirty during my visit. I still love that classic roadside burger stand aesthetic with the outdoor stools, but unfortunately, I won't be in a rush to head back.

To say I'm super bummed is an understatement. I am so thankful that I happen to stop by for lunch and visit this location one last time. The same manager was there on the last day as when I went the first time two years ago. The staff there was always amazing, friendly, and the food was incredible. I think it was the Chinatown location that didn't work for them. However, the good news is that they do have three other locations and if you have never been, I suggest you check Kroft out if you love burgers, especially smashed. The other locations are in Long Beach, Anaheim, and Rancho Cucamonga. I wish them luck and I will definitely be stopping in their other locations if I am ever in the area.

Waited another 10min, while I saw other people picking up orders, so I checked in again. Same response, not ready yet. Another 10min passed by, now I'm seeeing people who came after me get their orders before me. Asked the staff again for my order status. The order pick up window person shouted my name to the kitchen each time I checked in. Finally the 3rd time they responded, they start arguing, apparently my order was done a long time ago, and it was given to someone else. It took 30min to figure out that my order had already been done and given to someone else because there was no communication between the kitchen, order staff or pick up staff. no apology, just got my food after the argument 3minutes later...Food was average, definitely not worth a 30min wait.
