Tried Fukumi Ramen in Natomas for the first time and went with the tonkotsu ramen. Really glad I did. The broth was the star for me, it was creamy, rich, and full of flavor. It had that nice savory taste that makes you want to keep drinking the broth even when you are full. The noodles had a good bite and went really well with the soup and toppings. I also liked the vibe of the place. It was clean, comfortable, and relaxed, and the staff were friendly. Nothing overly fancy, just a nice spot to sit down and enjoy a good bowl of ramen. I have been trying different food spots around Natomas, and I would definitely put Fukumi Ramen on my list to come back to. Next time I will probably try something different from the menu. Definitely worth a try if you are around Natomas and craving ramen!

Didn't love the Midori ramen, but that's personal preference. Recently came in for the Limited Time Ice Cream Ramen and to get a stamp on my Fukumi Restaurant Group Dine-around Passport (good at any ITS SUSHI, Pier 50, Fukumi Ramen, and Young's Teriyaki location) through September 2026. Fukumi can be found in Natomas, Roseville, Citrus Heights, and Folsom. For $20, this had thick noodles, miso broth base, red chili oil, spicy soboro ground pork, pork belly chashu, bean sprouts, bok choy, seasoned egg, sesame and green onion...and a vanilla Hokkaido milk ice cream cone (Orange brand?). Extra noodles and/or rice included. Also, they were doing a Summer Beer Promo deal from July 1st through September 30th where with purchase of any full-sized ramen or regular sized rice bowl, you can get half (50%) off an Asahi Super Dry draft beer which comes out to $4! "This trendy Japanese-inspired creation blends creamy Hokkaido milk ice cream with rich tantan ramen for a unique sweet-and-savory experience. As the ice cream melts, it gives the broth a rich, milky finish that balances the heat and adds buttery depth." I really liked it! The milky sweet soft serve (imported from Hokkaido) was good quality, made the spicy chili miso broth creamy and was a nice balance. You could also probably just take a bite of the ice cream with each spoonful of ramen instead, but I plopped the entire cone in the soup to melt it. When I ran out of noodles, I dumped the bowl of rice directly into the ice cream broth. The only thing of course was that the cone (cake cup) was soft but that's understandable as a frozen item. The ice cream ramen lives up to the hype and I wholly recommend! P.S. If you're only interested in the Hokkaido Ice Cream by itself, it is $3.

We were immediately seated to our table. The restaurant had only a few customers on a Friday afternoon around 12pm so we weren't sure why it took the waitress so long to come take our order. After ordering it didn't take too long for us to receive our food. The spicy edamame was good and not too spicy. We love the buttery flavor on it. I had the pork miso ramen that comes with the thicker noodles. I love how chewy the noodles are. My friend gets the spicy ramen. I think a few of her chili flakes somehow ended up in my broth.

I like this location, never too busy and the staff is really friendly. It's in an unassuming location off Del paso blvd. Clean and has the same vibe as their other location clad in black walls and furniture. I ordered the Spicy Mayo Chicken rice. Pretty tasty, there was a sauce that was under the rice that was honestly pretty good. I'm not a big Mayo person but I don't hate it. But the soy type sauce under the rice made the bowl really tasty. The spicy wasn't all that spicy to me. All in all not a bad dish, I'd probably ask for light mayo next time. Staff were nice and friendly, quick with the service and everything was clean. I repeat when the staff is friendly, I'd revisit here in the future.

Just the comforting meal we needed while on the road! During a road trip, we made a pitstop in Sacramento and were looking for a meal to warm us up. We stopped by Fukumi Ramen and it was love at first slurp. We both got the Tori Miso Ramen which featured their chicken based soup, thick noodles, corn, seasoned egg, green onion, sprouts and pork chashu. Really clean, cozy, and, most importantly, yummy!

Fukumi Ramen is an excellent choice if you're looking for flavorful and authentic ramen in Natomas. The menu is not large and exclusively features their ramen bowls with a few appetizer options. I love restaurants that really specialize in a certain dish, and this place is certainly that! According to the menu, the broth is prepared for 72 hours to really get in the deep flavors it boasts. And yes, the flavor is here! I found the broth of the tonkatsu ramen to be very flavorful. It has a nice saltiness to it that really elevates the meal. By far my favorite part of the ramen experience was the pork that it came with. I typically am happy with the portion that it comes with originally, but the next time I come I'd highly consider ordering an extra piece. The pork has a sweetness to it that really balances out the saltiness well. My only small gripe with Fukumi ramen is the ramen noodles themselves. This is purely a personal preference, but I found the noodles here to be a bit thinner than I would like. I personally love a bit of chew to my ramen and these were very delicate. There is a thick noodle option as well, so maybe I'll have to see what that is all about. On the side I tried their chicken karaage which was done excellently. It came out piping hot with a nice texture to the outside. For high quality ramen in Natomas, Fukumi is an excellent option.

My first visit to this location was when they were offering their half-price Midori Ramen special for St. Patrick's Day. On my second visit, I tried the Gyudon Rice Bowl. Midori Ramen is one of my favorites, and this location definitely lived up to my expectations. The Gyudon Rice Bowl was also delicious--the beef was generously coated with sauce, which paired perfectly with the rice. The service was quick and friendly. We brought our Hydro Flasks filled with water, and the staff even offered to refill them for us, which was a thoughtful touch.

Not sure how to feel! Pretty good ramen. Decided to try a new ramen place with my friend! We thought the restaurant had a nice ambience. It was also packed with customers and seemed pretty popular. We went around 5:30-6pm on a Friday. Once we got seated, the menu seemed pretty straightforward. We both got the thick noodle tonkatsu miso ramen, which seemed like the safest option, however it did lack flavor. The broth seemed water-y & there wasn't enough toppings. But I will say tho that the pork belly was the star of the show !!

WHY WE WENT HERE: - lunch on a rainy day THE LOOK (FROM THE OUTSIDE): - located in the Park Place shopping mall plaza off Natomas Blvd and Del Paso Rd - located in the part of the plaza that's closest toe Raley's and Wells Fargo THE LOOK (FROM THE INSIDE): - formerly Dickey's Barbecue Pit, the inside is mainly black - some seating available, but not good for big parties THE MENU: - small dishes - ramen - rice bowls - drinks WHAT WE ORDERED: - gyoza - kurobuta sausage - Fukumi Ramen - Tonkotsu Miso Ramen THE TASTE: - gyoza was pan fried and was satisfactory - kurobuta sausage had a nice snap to it; would have preferred it with rice - ramen bowls were filling and tasty CUSTOMER SERVICE: - there was quite a wait when we arrived, had to do a text sign-in to be notified when a table was ready for us - once seated, all orders are placed and paid through the handheld device by the servers

I went here for Sunday lunch and we were able to walk in as a party of 5 around opening. Note it is small so there can be a wait if you go later in the day. I tried the karaage, agedashi tofu, and the Fukumi ramen. I would not really recommend the appetizers as they're a bit pricy for the amount you get - like $11 for karaage is a bit steep when it's just okay quality. Same for the agedashi tofu - it's only 4 pieces, and decent quality. The Fukumi ramen is good. It has a decent amount of flavor that quickly drowns out as you eat the ramen. The noodles could be a bit firmer, but I appreciate that you can get extra noodles and rice for free to fill you up, so the extra noodles filled to the bottom of the bowl which is a lot. With extra noodles, it's about 1.5x portion of a typical ramen bowl. I guess this is an example of quantity over quality. There is a generous amount of chashu - some of the bowls are 1 piece but for a bit more, this Fukumi ramen order comes with 3 pieces. Service is excellent - they fill waters quickly and check up on us regularly and fulfill our requests quickly. Overall, 5 stars for service but 3 stars on the food.

Pretty great service. Our food came out very quick, we were seated right away, and great ambiance. My family and I came for dinner and really enjoyed it! This place was different than other ramen restaurants I've been to because their pork has a barbecue taste, my dad loved it!

We tried their Fukumi and Tan Tan and enjoyed both! The broth flavor is delicious and good texture for the noodles. Also like how you can get extra noodle and rice for free. Great service and restaurant is clean. Look forward to trying their other items.

Cold. Hungry. Wet. Our bodies needed hot soup during the down pour of rain and we came to the right place! It was packed when we got here. But the guy told us to join the waiting list and it should be a short 5 min wait. Happy! We sat down and quickly ordered two Tantan ramen. It was just my daughter and I. The hot broth and level of spiciness hit the spot on this cold day! It came with a free order of extra noodles or rice, so we both opted for noodles. The cha sui was savory and yummy! The broth rich and delicious! The noodles cooked al dente, just how I like them with a little bite! Satisfied our cravings and warmed our bones! Service was fast and efficient!

Ryujin can get pretty crowded around dinner, especially on colder nights when everyone seems to have the same idea, so I'd recommend planning accordingly and being prepared for a possible wait. Good seasoning and texture. It was a good portion size as well. Melissa and Jonathan had the gyoza. They were stuffed full of meat, but I felt like the seasoning was a little less than and also they were unevenly cooked. I still tried one though because a gyoza is a gyoza. As my main, I had the karamiso ramen with a spicy miso based broth with seasoned ground chicken, veggies and chili threads for an extra kick. I enjoyed this bowl of ramen. It was the perfect level of spice. I am partial to ground meat in ramen, so I liked that this was an option.
