Bad choice. the amount of shells I got in my soup made the dish unbearable to eat. every spoonful had shells. I'm angry, hurt and embarrassed. Never disappointed. I like the fact that it is domestic - there have been a lot of health warnings associated with crab meat from Central and South America. And what a disgrace that a Baltimore institution like Philips, who falsely proclaims that they are Maryland's Crab ambassadors - now actually sources their crab meat from Vietnam and the Philippines. Uh . . . no. Thank goodness that there are still companies like Capt Neill's who care about quality and offer their customers genuine domestic premium blue crab meat.
