My only gripe here is the car traffic with the In N Out burger drive-thru.

Sat outside to watch the water show that comes on every hour. It is SO beautiful, refreshing on any day, especially during evening time to closing time. They have variety of things to do there. There is everything for everyone to keep them busy. It's breathtaking and just simply wonderful & green all around you. Some of the great places to dine are the Cheesecake Factory, an Italian restaurant called Amici. They have fine, delicious Italian food. Have been there few times, and once on a date. They gave a 2 spirit Barnes & Noble for book lovers, an AMC movie theatre that used to be Pacific Theaters, A Seabutter Sushi restaurant that is very good and romantic with patio seating. They also have the Mexican restaurant Frida.. Just to name a few of their iconic, yet high end businesses. You can walk, take the trolley, take your dogs for a walk, and simply enjoy the fresh air. Their Christmas lighting ceremony is MAGNIFICENT!! Must see!!! I am glad we were able to go there again last night and had a FANTASTIC time!! Service is on point. They are always cleaning the place, plenty of restrooms to use, spotless clean, and you can find parking anywhere in their parking structures and outside. Whatever that you do and spend time and money on, is valuable and SO worth it to me and so many others. 10/10.

And if you lucky to snatch one with 50% off coupon then it's a ridiculous price for an amazing meal. Also if something is ever not fresh, the return process is very easy. Staff mostly seem very nice and ready to help. Meat/fish department guys always ready to give a recommendation on how to cook chosen item if you ask them. We had to wait 10+ minutes (first time having to wait for a Supercharger) but we were easily distracted by our phones so it was fine. This one is right next to the Service center and dealership, so it is super convenient if you need to talk to an employee. However once off the freeway, there was a bit of a drive down San Fernando, which felt exponentially longer because of traffic, so plan accordingly. Ikea is practically next door. Ralphs and CVS are also right behind the wall, in case you are an out-of-towner who needs to replenish supplies.

It was not too crowded, and there is a lot of parking on both the left and right side of the zoo, which made it easy. Before entering, there are many vendors selling food, hats, accessories, and children's toys. Children under 2 are free, ages 2 to 12 were $22, and adults were $27. We were able to go through the entire zoo in about 4 hours, and the kids spent some time at the playground, which was new to me since I had not been here in a few years. If you are going without children or with older kids, you could probably get through it faster. Some animals had been relocated to another zoo, and the elephants were not there, which was a bit of a bummer. We were told animals get put away about an hour before closing. I am not sure if that applies to all of them, since we still saw some animals out around closing time. We were able to bring in our own snacks and drinks, which was nice. They do have a few spots that sell food, drinks, ice cream, and other snacks, but they were a bit expensive for me. We did end up getting churros and shared them since they were really long and more than enough for my kids. Overall, it was a fun visit.

I don't know why businesses in this economy think it's okay to keep overcharging customers with crappy service. What a waste of money.
