We scheduled an 8-10am service appointment after clearly explaining that we operate a salon and cannot function without hot water. The technician confirmed the timeframe and said he would call when on the way. He never showed up. Later, he stated it was our fault for not sending the address and phone number -- despite already having an active message thread and confirming the appointment time. For a business that depends on time-sensitive repairs, this lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. If you are a business owner needing urgent service, I would strongly recommend confirming that they have every detail twice -- because apparently confirmed appointments are not enough. Very disappointing experience. UPDATE: In retaliation for my review, this business has posted my number on Craigslist. I will be filing a police report. read more

We hired Arvin to do some needed electrical work in our condo. Arvin did a good job with the list of the tasks that I needed to get done- replacing 2 smoke alarms, converting a hardwire connection to a wall outlet and changing a regular light switch to a dimmer switch .
