My house is only 12 years old, but it had so much dust build-up every week, I was tired of dusting! Ron showed me the build-up left in the ducts from building 12 years ago! What was most shocking was when he took me outside and cleaned my dryer vent from the outside- so much debris! That is a fire hazard! They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Still waiting ... Also, Mr Appliance said the cover for the water filter was never removed, which is not true. We had guests staying in our house during our repair who agree with us and saw that the cover had been removed. We also all looked at the spiral pieces of plastic in the screws that had been shaved off by Kyle when he used an electric screwdriver to replace the cover. I don't appreciate being made to sound like a liar. Don't gaslight me, Mr Appliance. I know what I saw.

I even went to the address listed in Apple Maps and they had moved. The call center is a gd nightmare. I must've called them five times to explain our situation. They tried to overcharge me for a warranty. They tried to charge me for parts that weren't needed. They promised me an appointment and then moved it back five days. A second tech had to come back a different week. One of the techs missed a diagnosis and also canceled one of the appointments. He was overtly very frustrated with the call center as well and it resulted in an unpleasant demeanor. Family of five without a dishwasher for weeks is very stressful. Taylor is great.

Please note, I did not use their services, simply because they gave me the advice and suggestions needed to troubleshoot the issue myself. The guy that answered the phone was more than helpful, listened to my scenario, and gave great advice in about 3 minutes of his time. This was a awesome surprise after speaking to another repair company (see 'Champion'). If after my own attempt does not fix the problem (altho so far so good), I will definitely give them a call to schedule service.
