Horrible! Do not waste your time contacting this company. I waited for days with no response other than the part was on its way. Then suddenly, no part, unavailable, no stock. This is all as my food is rotting outside and in the garage because my refrigerator isn't working. I finally looked up the part myself and found out it's available everywhere and then eventually called Adams appliance who had it on his truck and came within hours and replaced it. The BEST thing I learned from this company was the BEST TO WORST APPLIANCE MANUFACTURERS LIST. It's on the company website. It was informative to get inside knowledge from someone who repairs many appliance brands. My repairs were for a Samsung washer and our whirlpool dryer. The best thing about this company is that they don't sell you what you don't need. I was sad to learn that the cost benefit wasn't in my favor for repairing the washer. Ben was up front that buying a new one when ours completely died would be the better choice. The company doesn't sell appliances only repairs so his honesty was refreshing. My dryer was able to be repaired. Ben even suggested a repair, and I chose to do, that he noticed from a part that was wearing. Never heard of House Appliance Repair before, but he was the only one who'd help me put in repairing the ice maker in our LG fridge/freezer (all others either never returned my calls or said they'd never repair any LG. When I called, the owner talked about it and asked me to take a photo of the model plate inside the door and send them to him by text message. We agreed to a meeting time at my house - he showed up on time with the replacement part in his hand! He fixed the unit in about 15 minutes and was off after we paid him.
