I come here to get what I need and want and they normally have what I want, BUT literally 90% of the time that I come the "I'll be back sign" is up and and never on time for his "time" he will be back at. It's very frustrating when you go somewhere where the hours are posted but yet you can't go in because he's not in there or he's using the rest room. I think he's taking advantage of this and that's not cool, he never comes back when he says he will or he's leaving an hour early from when the closing time is. Every time I unscrew the drip-tip the heating element unscrews as well requiring me to unscrew the cartomizer to retighten the heating element (which is messy and results in liquid lost) Summary: Highly recommend this shop, just be careful which cartomizer you buy. read more

When I got my first vape here, Marco (the owner) was very helpful and patient with me. He's pretty chill about showing you his warez and letting you try out the flavors. I go back to the store once in awhile to get new wick/coil for my atomizer and eJuice. I liked how clean the store was. The eJuices that he bottles have a nice throat hit, but they're not as flavorful as I wanted. Marco recently stocked up on some other brand names like eLiq Cube and Halcyon, which have flavors that stand out more than the stuff he brews. (His Dragon's Passion fruit blend is good though.) Marco does give me a few bucks off here and there when I buy a few bottles of JOOSE. I recently discovered (by doing some Googling) that the vape he sold me - the "eGo-C Twist" - turned out to be a knock-off. The authentic ones have a logo on the bottom, while mine did not. I think he should have charged me $25-40 for the set (battery, charger, atomizer) instead of $55. My vape works fine, but it's the principle of doing good business to not selling fake shit (especially at retail prices). I would bring it up with him, but I don't think he'll own up to it. This is by far the best vape shop ever. For those of you nicotine addicts this is the place to be. I went to the shop one day to pick up a new atomizer after I just broke mine (I was drunk the night before) and I was helped by the owner/manager (I think) usually it's the other dude but either or those guys give fire service. Well any who when I picked up the new addy I immediately open it up, fill it up with juice, and screw it on my mod. My mod wasn't reading the coil. So I step out of my car and head back into the shop and ask for assistance. The gentleman that helped me addressed my concerns and even gave me a new coil. He was also able to fix the old coil and gave that one to me too. To top it off he even gave me a complimentary 60 ml bottle of juice for the inconvenience. All of this without even asking.
