Food was absolutely delicious but the service was not unfortunately. April 16, around 9pm 4 top. Not sure of our waitresses name because we were told Darrell would be helping us but he switched with a girl who just didn't seem to care. Came off as arguing almost immediately about the cook of the salmon. Okay whatever. Didn't refill our drinks but made sure to let us know of the closing bar. Didn't check on us until we were all finished. When we paid we paid cash, total was $124 and some change, she did not bring back the change of the cash she was given ?? big no no Okay so my dad asked for a receipt to see how much more to tip since she kept the change from the cash he used to pay already even though he didn't tell her to do that. Well we didn't get a receipt she passed by twice, no receipt, checking on the one other table instead. As a family of professionally trained restaurant workers it was pretty disappointing because we can overlook the small things knowing the business. Overall food is great amazing delicious , but your staff might be pocketing cash tickets. definitely something to look into. read more

We had lunch there today and the food and service were great. The burnt ends and burnt ends Rangoon were delicious as was the fried catfish. We also tried the Ruben sandwich and that was tasty too. Our server was very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend Full Throttle Distillery. read more

We went to this establishment thinking it was a nice bar, and would have dependable food. The special of burnt end chili was served with a cold cornbread surrounded by heated chili. It was returned. The Reuben was served with the fatty end inside the sandwich and was sloppy in presentation. When presented the piece of skin with some fat, which is typically cut off and not served to patrons, the waitress presented the issue to her boss. Rather than come approach us, the manager sent his waitress back over to explain it was "normal". The fries were fried in the same oil as their fish, and the oil was in need of being changed as the fries retained a fishy flavor. The burger was decent. Our server was great, but the management and food left much to be desired. Both of us felt sick after having eaten here. It was near opening time, so hopefully they improve as the day goes on. read more

Food was not great very mid. And for the price was crazy 130 for 3 meals and a kids meal. And it took an 1 and half.

We didn't get to eat any of the food because we sat at our table for over 10 minutes and couldn't even get a drink order taken despite some employees meandering around with not much going on. We decided to go ahead and leave and find food elsewhere. read more

We watched the buildout and were anxious to visit the "new" restaurant in the old part of Branson. Today was the day; we decided to stop in for breakfast. The buildout is incredible - kind of like Big Cedar lodge on steroids. We were seated and given menus. We ordered water and two coffees which were quickly delivered. As we were looking over the menu, the very loud music was blasting "Highway to H***." Hmmmmmm. Then the next song came on and the singer was yelling "Mother F*****" and that was enough for us. We told the server we were offended by the music and it wasn't our kind of place. I even told her, "This is Branson!" She said she understood and said she would see if they would change the music. But the fact someone had to complain first told me they weren't really concerned. We offered to pay for our coffee but she said no worries. We quickly left. Parlor donuts was right around the corner and we enjoyed good coffee and a Christian atmosphere with contemporary Christian music playing. A breath of fresh air! Agree with me or not, but this Branson - a very conservative town with family friendly attractions and employees who frequently say "Have a blessed Day." Some of you will say, "What is his problem?" and not agree with me. That is your right. I exercised my right to not patronize that restaurant and to alert those of you who have different values, or young children and prefer a different, less offensive atmosphere. read more

Free moonshine tasting can be fun....i went for dinner with my family and we were disappointed to say the least. Took forever to be seated.... We were brought the wrong appetizer & waited a long time for the correct one. Then we were overcharged and didn't realize it until we left the place. We came right back & asked for the mistake to be corrected & were told that the manager was the ONLY person who could fix it & he was too busy to talk with us! We were told to come back within the hour & maybe he could talk to us then! We had other plans that evening & couldn't wait around for another hour! The online menu drew us in. Once there, we were told the online menu is incorrect. We wanted the pork chops with the apples as listed on the online menu. Nope. Not an option any more the waitress said. The menu they have inside the restaurant says pork chop and waitress said you get two sides. The menu says baked potato is listed as a side option. However the waitress said no baked potatoes... they are only for dinner options! (It was 2:30PM) No where on the menu says that. She agreed. They refused to offer mashed potatoes loaded and said the only option for loaded mashed potatoes was gravy on them. (It does not take much to just add cheese and bacon and sour cream and even charge the customer for the upgrade.) Seems like we should have went across the road to another restaurant we had our eye on. read more

My husband and I have anticipated trying out this restaurant for quite some time. We're back in Branson for the week and gave this place top priority on our first day. Five stars for the build, decor, seating and cozy atmosphere. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant. Here's where it went downhill... 4:30 in the afternoon on Sunday... We both ordered drinks. My husband ordered the Reuben, I ordered the Alaskan Salmon. The salmon comes with 2 sides. I wanted a baked potato and the Smokehouse beans. When the waitress took our order, she let us know there were no baked potatoes, so I ordered mashed potatoes. After 10 to 15 minutes passed, our waitress returned to let me know they did not have salmon. She offered anything on the menu for the same price. I chose the BBQ Boss Burger. I figured we would have another wait and was about to get up and find the restrooms but the waitress has already returned with our food. I'm not sure where the burger came from but that was lightning fast and I got the idea that my burger had been sitting around a while. Sure enough, it was awful. First of all, it didn't have the onion straws on it. The cheese was congealed on one side. The "brisket" that is on top of the burger was nothing but a huge chunk of fat. The burger was so overcooked and dried out I couldn't cut it. I also received the original 2 sides that were supposed to have been for the salmon: Mediocre mashed potatoes with slightly warm congealed gravy, pork and beans. Everything was just thrown onto my plate. Not appetizing at all. As for my husband's Reuben, it was so soaked with grease he had to eat the filling and toss the bread. I do give kudos to our waitress. She knew we weren't happy and brought the manager. They made it right by comping my meal. Half a star added for that. It's going to be a long while before we go back....if ever. read more

We love this place but they keep doing stupid stuff. Temperature outside 85 and very humid, doors open and flies everywhere. Has anybody heard of a wind curtain for the front door. stops all bugs from coming in. Should be a law at all restaurants. We were sat down and were served cold coffee. Our waitress was just telling her whole life story with the table next to us and could care less about us and her other tables. The only thing good about this place was the atmosphere and ambiance. The food was mediocre at best. It took an hour to get our food! Beautiful place & whiskey is good. Bypass the food. The table & menus smelled like sour old bar rag, which we smelled the entire visit. Food was expensive for small portions. Green beans had no taste & we're mushy. Chicken was chewy. Salmon did not arrive with peach whiskey sauce. Brisket was full of fat. Mac & chz had no flavor. Fries & mashed potatoes were cold. Half of our table got their food, and then 15 minutes later the other half got theirs and the food was cold (there were 9 of us). Very disappointed with this experience. read more

Just finished eating here, in fact still here. The atmosphere is very nice. Our waitress was new (Rebecca R) but she was personable and was very attentive. We had the pretzel (highly recommend but know upfront, it's bigger than your head) and our food was very good. I had burnt ends and wide brisket and both very pleased. There were 6 of us in our party. The place is super cool. Great Merch. Moonshine tastings. Coffee shop. They have all the ways to get your money covered. Was so excited when we saw this place under construction; the building/ambiance is great. However, save your money. We have been there 3 times now, expecting things to only improve, but will never go back again. We went last night and ordered a cheeseburger to split and a chicken quesadilla; simple, right? Not! Asked for burger to be pink and server said she would request medium-rare. It came well done with one side completely chared, thus it was extremely dry (didn't finish it). The burger was hot but the fries were cold (luke warm at best); seemed the fries sat while the burger cooked and cooked. The person we went with got to sit and watch us eat. Her quesadilla finally came after we were done for awhile. The poor server had to be the one to deal with the situation and did take the quesadilla off the bill; of course, it was turned away since the wait was so long. I feel that should have been the manager's duty. The last time we went, we literally waited for an hour for our food. We will NOT be going back to this place. read more
