I had dropped my Iphone 4 and cracked the glass screen. Some of my family members told me I can just buy the glass on Ebay for like $20 and replace it myself. When I got the replacement glass, I had my husband take apart my phone and try to fix it. Off course, you can't just order the glass alone, so it was a big scam. My husband took my phone in all apart and Steve was able to fix my phone in less than an hour. Now, I know to not waste anytime and just go there to get it fixed. I am writing to let everyone know how great Fulbars/Orange has been for me. My wife's phone had severe water damage as a result of being accidentally taken into a jacuzzi. The chances of fixing were remote. However, after two days of intensive care, Steve had done the impossible, and the phone was restored. He brought our phone back from Cellular Death. He changed the battery, cleaned the effected parts and did all this at half what our insurance replacement deductible would have charged. Of the many cell phone repair places to choose from, I chose Fullbars Cell Phone Repair after reading their reviews when my iPhone 5s screen was "lifting." I called the evening before I was planning to go to get a quote on a new screen and spoke to Steve. Went in the next day and he remembered me calling. Steve looks at my phone and quickly knew I didn't need a screen and that my battery was expanding. Honest guy said I only needed a battery which was cheaper than the screen. I've been here twice to repair my phone's screen and both times I've received excellent service. The first time I came in, I was informed that my phone's water damage sticker indicated that it had gotten wet, even though I had never dropped it in water. They let me know this before continuing with fixing my phone because there was a possibility it wouldn't work. I told them to fix it anyway and everything worked fine. Fast forward to many drops later and I came back in. I let them know about the water damage sticker and to just ignore it and my phone was fixed in around 45 minutes. Awesome place. INEPT BUNCH OF STONERS!!! I took my wife's phone to get fixed, said they could repair water damage and fix the middle scroll ball on my old blackberry curve. I payed $100 to fix both, was charged 10 dollars just for screws. Go back to pick up both phones was told that they both worked ok. Went home to give my wife her new phone as a surprise and it worked fine until she called me. The phone Mic was not working. I the check the cell other and didn't fix anything. Had to drive 20 miles just to wait an hour for them to tell they couldn't fix it. Spoke to the manager to get my money back and wouldn't. I recommend you avoid these guys if you have water damage on your phone. They don't know what they are doing. They sound stone on the phone too. read more

I should've went with my first choice, icracked iPhone repair, but went here instead out of convenience. They repaired my iPhone screen in about 20 minutes but the aftermarket screen was nowhere near the quality of the original screen in terms of clarity and brightness. You are assuming I was completely happy. I wasn't. I got a red screen from the first start up AFTER your repair. You also made it clear that you'd done all you were willing to do at that point. Your employee tried to fix an expensive phone from his open tailgate, on a hot, sunny day. I watched him open my phone, and tear the home screen button connector. It was a mess from that point on - my phone needed to be "repaired" in the shop, and not on site. A little research will also show that this is a common problem after a screen is repaired by an after market repair shop. An, "I'm sorry you are unhappy with our service" would've been a more professional response. Quit trying to blame the customer. The phone worked with the hairline crack in the screen. It never worked the same after your "fix", then not at all within a month. read more

Stay away! I have spent over $225 for replacing 2 screens on my iphone. Both cracked in the same place. The second time it cracked in 12 hours. The staff was friendly but was more concerned about them taking a loss then standing behind their products / services. They did offer to fix it at a discount but it wasnt about the $$. Never mind don't go here. When I got my screen replaced on my I phone 5 the first time a few weeks later it started acting up. The color looked faded, as the weeks went on it got worse I could hardly see my screen. I went back to the store and the quickly replaced it again at no charge. The tech acted like he had never seen this issue but I doubt it. Now 1 week later and it's doing the exact same thing. I wish I never would have had my screen replaced I would rather have the cracked one. It's my opinion thy full bars uses cheap parts that don't work. read more

This is the worst place EVERRR!!!! DON'T GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE! I've never left a negative comment anywhere but this is the exemption. I dropped my iPhone 6+ and my screen was completely shattered and I got it fixed by them less fixed less than a month ago. I found them because they were near my job and I decided to come here because I was saving myself about $10 than other places I had called. 2 weeks after having them "fixed" it, my screen started to come out. Because of this my phone had a small cracked but was still functional. I came to the place to have them fix it for me, because it is not normal that 2 weeks later the screen is coming off. The asian guy was so rude telling me he couldn't do anything since it was cracked, and wanted to charge me an additional $90 to fix it. First of all, the screen started coming off because of the terrible job they did and that caused the crack. His worker comes outside telling me he can add adhesive, he walks to the back and comes back out with another crack in my screen. SO NOW MY PHONE HAS 2 CRACKS BECAUSE OF THEM. I told him he needs to do somehing about it since it because wasn't me who cracked it, and all he says is "it was already cracked so I can't do anything"! I asked for the owner and he does not come out he tells his worker he can't do anything. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS HAS AN OWNER WHO REJECTS TO TALK TO THE CLIENT??? Also, who makes another crack and say "it's not their fault"? All I have to say, is that DO NOT COME HERE AND DO NOT GIVE HIM BUSINESS!! Go somewhere else where you'll pay the extra $10, but their work is guaranteed.
