Brought my iPhone 5 in to repair the cracked screen. Robert was very friendly and quick to offer assistance. I was expecting to have to pick up my phone either hours later or even the next day, but Robert quoted 35-40 min. And the cost would be $85+tax. Exactly 40 minutes later, I went back to pick up my phone. Robert was was very kind once again and assisted with the comet ion on my transaction. The phone looks like new, the cost was reasonable, customer service was great, wait time was excellent and the location was clean. Brought in my daughter's iphone 5 for a cracked screen - the phone was 100% functioning and had NO issues with battery not holding a charge or otherwise - guy at the counter said "no problem I can have it ready in an hour" and it was. When I came back to pick it up he says "you might want to think about replacing the battery" I was puzzled because we'd had ZERO issue with the battery. The guy said "it just shut off while I was working on it - I plugged it in and charged it and it seems ok now (it was at 88%) but most likely needs to be replaced." Since we'd had NO issues with the battery I said "no thanks, paid for the screen and left" - it did at the time, strike me as odd that he would bring the battery up when we'd had NO problems prior to bringing it in. I pulled the phone out of my purse that evening to give back to my daughter - the phone was completely powered off and when we plugged it in would only get flashes of the white apple. We tried charging it / turning it on all weekend and were never able to turn it back on. I returned to the shop on Monday and was told "oh yeah it's definitely your battery" - I asked the guy at the counter (a different guy then did the screen repair) to step in my shoes and think about how it feels to bring a phone in with ZERO battery/operational problems and then get returned a phone where the battery is completely dead? Seems like a REALLY big coincidence. He basically got mad at me for "accusing him of messing up the phone" and said phone batteries go bad ALL the time and mine was definitely bad. (My prior experience with batteries is that its a usual degradation of charge over time - not an instantaneous stop working all together). Regardless, shop employee offered no discount, nothing.... refused to accept ANY possibility of perhaps something done wrong in the shop during the screen repair. At this point, I just needed a functioning phone back for my daughter and didn't want to add another party into this mess -so I paid for the battery replacement but definitely feel there was some foul play here. Perhaps not, maybe it was just a BIG coincidence that the battery went out in the shop while there for repair but the way I was treated afterward has ensured I will never return to this shop. I dropped my Note 2 and cracked the screen. Luckily Fullbars was 1/2 block from where I work, so I walked to the store. Robert was very thorough in making me aware of what could go wrong in replacing the screen. The screen is actually part of a one piece module that is not made to be separated. I left him my phone and walked back to my work. Robert was nice enough to drop it off at my work on his way home. The screen looked fantastic. He did a great job. Thank you Full Bars! My daughter's iPad had a cracked glass and she let a classmate fix it because he was known at school for being an Apple employee (I doubt it). Needless to say, the kid ruined the new glass, destroyed the bevel, and cut the line inside that turns it on and off and adjusts the volume. After searching for a reputable place to fix it, I found Full Bars through a friend and also on Anaheim Hills Buzz. I cannot say enough great things about Robert and Steven. 1st found these guys via FB w/a great review from a high school colleague (reasonable prices, great service & friendly). Well, after reading other Yelp reviews combined w/my friend's thumbs up, I went ahead and took my son's cracked iPhone (front & back) and cracked LCD screen to them, and within 40 min., I had a brand new looking phone for $100. What a deal! They only charge $35 to repair the glass (front or back side), which is much cheaper than the mall. Brought my daughters iphone 5s in for a repair on the on/off switch and volume control. They were very helpful, and very busy that day. Said the repair would take only an hour to do after they got started (good news) Since I was in no rush to get the phone I picked it up before they closed. I did get the impression they would work with you if it was an emergency or you desperately needed your phone. Just wasn't my situation. My daughter was ecstatic with the fix. Phone is working great! Thought the price was more than fair and alot less than a new iphone. Definitely would recommend them they really seemed to know their stuff!! I highly recommend this place to those that have shattered their screen on any phone. I am about to get my Samsung Note 2 screen fix for the third time. I'm pretty lucky that the three times that I have shattered my screen my LCD screen has not been damaged so they were able to simply replace the glass. I like many cracked my screen today. I brought it in and Steve explained in detail the process and timeframe. I brought it in about noon and had texts waiting but the screen wouldn't respond at all. Steve explained they could get the part quickly and would have it repaired by 5. (they close at 7 which is nice) At 4:30 Robert called and said my phone was ready for pickup. Customer service was what got them 5 stars taking time with me and no rushing. I am sure they see the same thing 10 times a day but they were patient and explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. came in at 5pm on Friday to get the lcd display on my iphone5 fixed. Wasn't cracked but it just went blank. was quoted $75 to replace the backlight display.
