Brought my ailing 7 year old laptop to GP recently to see if they could repair/resuscitate it and was very disappointed with overall customer service. Twice the counter person told me that the technician would call me that day to update me on work being done or diagnosis. No call each time. And when I finally called them back the person on phone smugly told me that they couldn't fix it. That could have been the case but very little concern and no further suggestions. I called an alternate repair facility and the owner patiently spent a lot of time with me outlining my options and buying suggestions. Very friendly and affordable but the repair wasn't very good. Brought 2 phones and now one isn't booting at all when it did before. The other cant use fingerprint when it did before the screen replacement and I'm guessing it's because they didn't transfer the fingerprint sensor to the new screen. I don't want to go back because I need a phone that works period and Im not confident I'll walk out with one. That and I was quoted 2 hours but it ended up taking 5, so I'm guessing they had an issue and just didn't say anything... read more

Needed to fix my Galaxy Edge. They didn't have the blue edge screen in stock so they placed an order for the next available one so my phone can be repaired. Left a $100 deposit and they said they would call me as soon as the specific screen arrived. They estimated it would take about 2 weeks to get the screen & would take 6 hours to repair the phone. It would cost $325. 6 weeks later I went back to pick up my cash deposit because I ended up selling the Galaxy for more than the $325 to a carrier and just bought the new LG for half price at AT&T because I couldn't keep waiting. The guy offered to fix it the next day if I dropped off the phone but there was no point by that time. Really could have used the repair but I felt disappointed he couldn't call or text me when he received the screen he ordered for me after I left a deposit. read more

I came in about an hour ago on my lunch break and was greeted the second I walked in. A young man helped me fill out a form and gave me pricing all within a minute of walking in. I let him know I was on my lunch break and he had my phone ready before my lunch was over. My phone was cracked for over 5 months and I finally gave in and fixed it instead of upgrading. The staff was bilingual which is always a plus in northern Orange County. The location is in a small plaza all the way in a corner so you have to look for it. Overall a breezy experience. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of fixed screen. Oh and you automatically have a 30 day warranty to ensure that your phone is running well. I took my mom's iPhone 6 Plus here because my husband had his iPhone 6 screen repaired twice in the last year. The price for fixing the screen on her 6 plus was $85 but if you check in on Yelp! they'll knock off $10. We dropped the phone off on Monday around 11:30 am and it was ready and waiting for us at 12:30 pm. The only thing I have against this place is that they asked us to leave the password for my mom's phone & I thought that was a little unusual and sketchy. When I inquired as to why they needed the password, their response was that sometimes when they have to open a phone to fix the screen, the camera gets messed up and they need the password in order to make sure that the camera function and apps operate correctly. Weird?? Yeah!! They can easily check the camera by swiping left on the home screen without having to put in the password. Then they said that if the technician had to reopen the phone when we came to pick up the phone that they would charge an additional $10 just to make sure the camera and apps were fully operational. I gambled and decided NOT to give them the password on my mom's iPhone and picked it up an hour later without a problem. If it wasn't for the weird password thing, I'd give this place 5 stars. read more

So I took my HP laptop into this place on Friday 6/22/18 in the morning to have my laptop fixed which was going to cost me 80.00 and I was told it should be ready on Monday... It was not ready Monday and I asked why and I was told the drivers needed to be installed and it should be done tomorrow which would be Tuesday.... It was not ready on Tuesday either so I asked what is taking so long to install driver's and was told now my USB slots are not working and so they have to install them by CD... so today is 6/29/18 Friday which is a week from the time I took it in I finally could pick up my laptop... It took a freaking week to install driver's.... Bull crap it should not take longer then two days to do that and on top of that now for some reason my USB slots don't work... They did before I took it to them. This place is poorly managed by this guy Luis they have a younger heavy set kid who has his faced glued to the TV or his phone and is poorly informed about things because I got a call yesterday before they closed by Luis saying my laptop is ready and I go in today to pick up my laptop the kid says it's not ready I won't lie I snapped at the poor kid and told him I got a phone call from Luis saying my laptop is ready so if what your saying is true I'm going to take my laptop and bring it to someone who actually can fix it... He had to call Luis and ask. Wtf?? He finally got my laptop then gives me the news on my USB slots... This place is a whole in the wall inside a run down market place in placentia...
