I looked at the reviews on this shop and read through most of them. Either you love them or hate them. Some of the one stars are petty issues they had and seemed more like haters. I have close to $140k building my 2018 M4. And no they didn't build it. However after taking my car back to the builder they told me my computer was bad, program was off and they would try to fix it after the first of the year. Again after spending what I did on this build I didn't want anyone but the original builder to touch it. I brought it down to 412 because I didn't want to wait. Sam looked at the car and pin pointed the problem right away. It had nothing to do with what the original builder was talking about. His staff was super friendly and respectful. Easy to start this review with looking for quality work the only person doing big things are Sam with this drifting the guy is a pro! As for getting your own car tuned like my 2019 E63s AMG exhaust was damaged and to try and say the tune was not the cause due to the valves not working properly My car was running a rich full ratio to air and causing my sparkplug to be foul with fuel on them Transmission was having issues with shifting to gears or reverse. When I got my tune done on day one he will tell you that the spark plug needs to be replaced even if your car only has 3000 miles or less ? Will also charge you extra for a O2 sensor saying it failed due to they messed up by not discounting the sensor before removing the cats and installing the custom downpipe. This clowns name is Joseph... The rest of the crew is pretty awesome. Sad to say this business will loose business in the future for not owning up to their mistakes and taking care of the customer is important not for this Jack... My recommendation is to look up a place in Van Nuys ,CA for all your tunes and high end cars If you have a Honda, nissan,Toyota or old BMW Come to 412 motorsport... They are entry-level to the tuning on higher end cars and get the tunes from DME TUNING in Texas by Spencer. They just don't know how to install them properly or make your car worse by trying to get more money from you. Please do me a huge favor and your self by talking directly with only Sam the owner. I took my car to get a downpipe installed and tune on my car they told me it will be done in a jiffy and they are professionals they do all the cars in the world and what not. So I took it there installed my downpipe watched from a far how the mechanic was installing my pipe he ruined one of my sensors but I didn't say anything and they kept wanting to blame the body shop that I fixed my car at so I paid to fix one sensor. 02-19-2021 03-10-2021 I took my car to get tuned the 1st tune was okay nothing bad but the there was a lag in my muffler so I had to take it back to get it re tuned because the third party group messed up any ways the second time around the mechanic who assembled my car did a horrific job forgot to connect my sensors and also ruined a couple of sensors I call in to get the tune taken off to take the car to service and they they found everything wrong they did with the car. I called and spoke to same he told me that me and my piece of shit car can fuck our selves They disrespected me and they ruined my car and im the one dealing with all the cost for there problem. and also they started to drift in my car when I never gave them permission they gave me back my car with 1mm left on the thread it makes no sense my tired are almost 600 a pop read more
