Dearest Zoe, the reviewer a few reviews down.. Why would you think that the vacuums are free if you don't wash your car? I cannot wrap my mind around that logic. The basic wash is only $3, stop being cheap. Although Little Village Car Wash is my favorite, this place is great too. LVCW is a hand wash place so when they get busy, you're there forever. In any event this place is the best automatic wash around. The cheapest is $3 and the baller baller wash is a whopping $14. A little pricey for an automatic wash but hey, you don't have to tip anyone afterwards. You do however have to throw away your own trash and vacuum your own car. Haha The lines here are crazy all the time, 7 in the morning there's a freaking line. Don't bother coming at all between 4-7 and stay away on Fridays. There are however 4 lines that they funnel you into and they move fast! You put your car on neutral and you're sucked into the wash. I love this feature because how many times have you been stuck behind some asshole who crawls through the wash slower than molasses at the North Pole? Happy washing!! read more

I decided to get my car wash on March 9th at this location while I was running errands, worse mistake of my life, as I was trying to exit the car washed the machine busted out my back window, and of course they did nothing this entire episode cost me $205.00 pretty expensive for a freaking car wash, but hold on I am still waiting on them to call me why should I have to eat $195.00 payment from there faulty equipment. The worst they are money hungry and everything is damaged on your car. Thy are horrible.

I used to go here to wash my car but now im not returning to this place ever again one of the employee was rude took out the vacuum cleaner tube while i was still using it and didn't even ask if i was done I understand that maybe he was tired and just wanted to go home Hopefully they do read this reviews and have a little more sympathy next time read more

Fun car wash. Their soap is multi-colored! red, yellow, and blue dots. I've never seen that before. I imagine this will be a hit with kids, I mean it definitely was fun for me haha. I had to have my car washed again after spending $34!!! Don't water your money... They did a terrible job. Very disappointed.

I am very happy that they have a monthly club for $19.99. I wash my car every morning when they open up at 7 am. There I am first at the vacuums (FREE) and there is usually no one there so I am in and out to clean my car from the day before grim. For the most part I wash it everyday because well, its well worth it and with the $19.99 a month deal I can wash it once a day, 7 days a week! It does help to when you know you want to keep your car looking its best at all times. I couldn't of asked for a better investment for the money I pay, and the fact that the establishment is fairly new and very clean makes me smile. I am seeing other people say they aren't satisfied but I am personally one of those clean car freaks and I love the fact that my car stays clean all the time thanks to this monthly club thing. The car is always clean and I very rarely (maybe once) have to say that there are streaks. The drying of the car could be a little longer but when I drive away the air just gets what the dryer didn't. The soap they use seems to be good quality as it foams up very well and it shows. So if you want a clean car with the monthly package, I would say get it. Its really worth it and you can get a car wash once a day and that in itself is worth it since a car wash without it can go up to $8. I want to like this place. It's on my way to work, it's quick, cheap, and easy. but i'll never go to this place again. my car is always still spotty after going through it. i understand it's a $3-$12 car wash, so i'm not expecting a ton. my big problem with Fuller's Car Wash is that this place has cost me $100 in new wiper blades in the last 2 months. The blowers at the end of the car wash are cranked up so high that they either blow the wipers clean off my car, or they end up slamming back down with such force that the clip that holds them on breaks. i'm just going to spend a little of that money i'm losing in wiper blades and spend it on going to a little nicer of a car wash. one that doesn't destroy my car. read more

Ok,I have a monthly pass with this establishment and I have had several occasions where service has been far less than satisfactory once I was pulling in I hit the auto up on my windows and the rear did not respond I only knew this because as the soap began I was soaked the attendant started the machine and did not stop me or alert me when I exited I asked him why he did not do so he said it was my fault and my problem so I then reached out to management and was given no reconciliation only a sorry I have started a monthly pass at NASCAR in Berwyn there monthly is five dollars more but includes rims and triple foam. read more

really wanted to love this place due to its location and affordable price. However twice in the last month. My van has been damaged. 1st a scratch on the drivers side running board. one owner claimed to have submitted the video to the corporation the second damage was to my rear tail light was cracked . One of the owners claimed it wasn't their problem and didn't give a shit. Right in front of a police officer. I had paid for a monthly pass and requested for a refund and was informed NO. They lost a customer and a great person who refers people to great service. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE . Not worth the hassle of damage and rude customer service. read more

Today 01/18/15 I visited this car wash. I've been here on one other occasion and they are not to friendly! This visit was horrible and I will never come again! The workers at this location are very PREJUDICE to African Americans. Although all money is green, they feel they can take our money and treat us poorly! It was busy and they asked me on my prior visit if I could dry my car to the side and not at the vacuum stalls. I said sure, I understood and I moved. This visit I automatically went to dry my car first because there wasn't a vacuum available. I then pulled into an available stall where I vacuumed the drivers side, returned the vacuum to the holder then proceeded to go vacuum the passengers side. There are vacuums on both sides of the cars. This is much easier than trying to reach over, which I thought this company had a Great Idea! Next to my car was a Hispanic family. The machine had torn off his side stripping and we had a few words bout that. The son was holding the vacuum and I said I can wait until you all are done. Out of no where this guy (Jocquin or something like that) came over and said I had to move! Why I asked. He said only one vacuum to a customer. Now I had already started to clean my passengers mat off over the garbage unlike others would have just dumped it on the ground. Anyway the guy and I had words where he went to say the owner said 1 vacuum. You know sometimes it's not what you say, it's how you say it and how you act behind it! He made me move before I could finish. As a result of his rude behavior my mat got let on top of the garbage can. I parked went and spoke to the Manager regarding the incident. I watched this worker tell all the African American people they had to move while I was waiting for the manager to return. I told the Manager I felt insulted and disrespected regarding the way this employee had spoken to me after paying for service. ( FYI I paid more than $3 for my wash and contemplating buying a package deal)! I showed the manager the Hispanic family that was still there after 20 minutes while they dried their whole truck off. I went back to get my mat a couple hrs later, they said yeah we remember you and we threw your mat away and laughed in my face! I too am a business owner and I would FIRE ANYONE that treated any of my customers in this manner! This company need to replace my mat! If that Jocquin had not approached me, none of this would have taken place! I am going to follow up with Corporate and update this post! As of right now I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER DIME AT ANY OF THE FULLER LOCATIONS, especially if this is what they represent!!
