When they first opened it was good. Prices were and the wash was great. Now the prices almost doubled the used to be great, now a tiny wind is better than that. The vacuum is hit or miss. Customer service? What customer service there isn't any. 1 star is just about right. Time to look and find another car wash. read more

The pricing at this place is getting ridiculous. The "light wash" which is basically rinsing off your car used to be $5 when I started going here. Then it went up to $6. I get it. In inflation. I washed my car here about a month ago and was shocked that it was $8 for the quick rinse. I didn't feel like driving around to a different place so I went back again today and it was $9 for the same wash that was $8 about a month ago. It's just not worth it. That is the last time they are getting my money. I'll be driving to a car wash further south on Harlem that's half the price. read more

I do love a good car wash, and I think I've found my new local favorite! Great location, FREE vacuums, $5.00 basic wash was both economical and thorough, plus no wait! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Vacuums are efficient and powerful. 3 lanes to enter meant no wait this week. Rolled right along and had a great experience. I will definitely be back. Stop running customers card 30 plus times if it doesn't go through the first or second time. Maybe your service is no longer needed or wait until the customer comes in and have them pay. My card has been ran an excessive amount of times and I don't understand why. Cancel if payment isn't received. Simple. Also no one answers the phone but someone is able to keep trying to run my card. That's crazy. I called 15 plus times no one has answered or returned my call. read more

And their "system" completely missed my entire back and and even the sides of my truck are hardly washed. I don't get it. They washed my car and there was dirt on the bottom of my car. They claim that it would cost more to get the tree sap off when it was regular dirt and they did not want to scrub it and off. With the prices they charge and the want a tip. Do ur job I do not recommend this place get and 8.00 car wash. Every one want you to patronize? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! On my way to the mall I decided to run through this car wash to get a quick wash. I was guided in the wash by the attendant on duty at the time. While my car was going through the wash I felt a jerk, and realized that the car in front of me stopped and my car was pushed into it. I couldn't really see that well in front of me because my front window was filled with soap. After that I felt another jerk and realized that I was hit from behind from the car in the back of me. Boy was I furious! Upon exiting the wash, the car in front of me pulled to the side and the lady exited her vehicle, I pulled up next to the lady and exited my vehicle as well. Upon exiting my vehicle I noticed that two other cars were parked and the drivers were out of their vehicles saying that they hit one another. So yes while in the crystal car wash 4 vehicles collided into one another. All 4 of the vehicle owners went to the attendant to file a complaint and we ALL were told that we probably caused this because we stepped on our breaks while in the wash (REALLY?)We asked to speak to a manager and the young man that looked liked he was every bit of 16 told us that he was the manager (we did not believe that) he then changed his story and told us that he was not the manager and if he did call the manager that the manager would basically say "oh well" to what happened. While talking to the attendant another man overheard us and walked over to tell us that the same thing happened to his vehicle while he was in the wash also. After demanding to talk to the manger the attendant would not budge so we called the police and filed a report due to the damage that was done to everyone's vehicles. I will NEVER come here again and I would advise you to do the same. read more

I commute to Naperville from Oak Park, and due to lack of car washes in the area would always go out of my way for a Delta Sonic, which was decent, but just OK. Crystal Car Wash is above and beyond: The free vacuums are SUPER powerful, and they have this high tech high pressure air you can use to get in the crevices of your car where the vacuum doesn't reach. My car looks amazing after one wash, and I'll definitely be signing up for the monthly membership on my next trip. Highly recommend. The owner and his dad were on site during my visit and were very personable, and helpful. Not to mention everything's brand new, and clean clean clean! read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I used to go to this car wash probably once a week because it is near my home. Today the man managing the cars going into the car wash put cars back to back. I was already nervous with how Close he made me put my car to the car in front of me. As we were going through the car wash the car in front of me got stopped by the conveyer belt however it continued moving my car forward. Then my car continued to bump into their car three times as I was honking my horn for the people to shut off the conveyer belt and help. After we got out I had severe damage to my car, particularly the front camera. The man who was working there was very unhelpful. He refused to give us his name and claimed he was the "manager". He claimed that it was not the car washes fault and that it was "human error" claiming that one of us must've either breaked or shifted our car into drive. Neither of these things happened. We eventually called the police and had to do a full report. We will get to the bottom of this. Please take my advice and DO NOT GO HERE! read more

Not the best wash I've gotten for the price I pay. I recently relocated from Michigan and was excited to see a nice carwash where I could get a monthly pass. For $40 a month, I wish I could say it would get my car totally clean after each wash but it doesn't... I've had bird poop on my car and even after 2 washes, it's still there. I have a CRV and I could see the dirt in my rear window after I drove away. The sides of my car still had dirt on them. The only things cleaned were the hubcaps. Very happy to have this car wash open up near Oak Park. I went there today and for $5 got the car washed, used the free vacuums, and they even have the little compressed air guns for getting the water out of your mirrors and window seals. I will be coming back often! read more
