Tire Damage and Service Dispute After the first service was…read morecompleted and I returned to collect my truck, I was informed that one of the tires had two noticeable gashes. I was told that replacing the damaged tire would cost me more than $300, which essentially negated the savings from the complimentary service. I questioned the service manager about how he could be certain that the tire damage did not occur while the truck was still being used as a demonstrator, or perhaps during transportation, offloading, or while being moved on or off the service rack by a technician. There are numerous possibilities for when the damage could have happened prior to my purchase. However, the service manager could not provide any evidence to support his claim and that I was responsible for the damage. Despite this, he assured me that the gash was my responsibility and that I would have to pay for the replacement tire. When I again asked if it was possible the damage happened before I took delivery of the truck, he admitted he could not prove otherwise but insisted that I was still responsible for the replacement. Lack of Support and Final Decision Since I purchased the truck, it has seen minimal use and has never left paved roads. Given this, I am unable to determine how the tire could have been damaged during my ownership. Nevertheless, Hall's Chevrolet refused to warrant the tire or absorb any part of the replacement cost. As a result of this experience, I have decided that this will be both my first and LAST purchase or service visit at Hall's Chevrolet in Canton, Texas. Money over customer satisfaction here The lack of accountability and unwillingness to address customer concerns was disappointing, especially considering the reputation I expected from a dealership like Hall's Chevrolet. I believe that customer service should extend beyond simply performing routine maintenance and should include standing behind both the vehicles and the work provided. This situation has left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I sincerely hope that others will be cautious when considering their own purchase or service decisions at this location.

Pat came on time and he was very attentive and helpful to get my car(that sat for awhile) out the driveway and to the dealership. I would also like to add that the price I was charged was very reasonable and lower than the majority of tow companies I called. I had the absolute blessing of dealing with the general manager (I'm assuming) Tim, after saying I wanted a refund he went a checked the date I bought it and immediately said "nope, can't do that" and I asked why? And he stated "I'm not giving you a refund on a product you've used for 3 years" without the context of the warranty info, that makes sense. I pointed out that the LIFETIME warranty states I am entitled to a refund. After asking where it says I can't have a refund MULTIPLE times and him saying no, he finally huffed and shook his head, pulled up the info and proceeded to scan over this 3 sentence warranty like his life depended on it. Finally saw I was correct, huffed, and got me my money. I was nothing but nice to him and I'm not sure what prompted him acting like a child. I used to work at the local auto shop and the service advisors there had bad experiences with him daily, stay away from this store.

Amber was extremely courteous, professional and most of all a Great human being! She knew my battery was too hot to be removed, but, she also knew I had to pick my daughter up from school and had no options...What did she do? She clocked out, jumped in her truck and took me to my kid's school to pick her up! Who does that these days....NO ONE! She then made sure we got my daughter home, took me back to the store and "she" changed out my battery and sent me on my way...All the while with a smile on her face and LOVE in her heart. I will never forget this and how she went out of her way (for a grown man) to help. It is people like her, we call, Angels. They loaded our car onto the flatbed and were ver careful and knowledgeable in how they did it. They were so kind. The young man helped me get in the truck.....it's a big truck! H&F Wrecker replaced broken parts, but didn't bother aligning, stating Ford Broncos do not require rear alignment. Ford stated the tires typically would get 60-70K+ miles on the rear, but the alignment damage caused them to burn flat in 6 months with less than 9K on them. H&F Wrecker said they replaced the damage parts, Broncos do not need alignment, and "tires wear out anyways". Ford said they can replace the tires for $650, but without repairing the alignment damage caused by H&F Wrecker, the new tires will wear out in less than 8-10K miles.

I was "lucky"enough to have my brand new Honda Accord severely damaged in one of the worst hail…read morestorms in recent memory. My insurance company provided a list of several "chain" body shops in the area. Due to the sheer volume of cars damaged by the storm, these shops weren't even putting people on a waiting list. My father-in-law has been a loyal customer of Williams for many years, and he recommend that I at least call them. They were extremely helpful and were able to get my car in immediately. They handled everything, including getting the damage reappraised after Farmers initially cut a check for less that 1/4 of the actual repair costs. All of that was great, but the finished product is why I'm writing this review. The work was literally flawless. My car looked as good as it did the day a drove it off the lot with 6 miles. The interior was clean and there no signs anyone else had been in the vehicle. From start to finish the experience was excellent. The customer service and craftsmanship are both 5+/5. A few weeks after I got my car back, it was damaged again, although less severely, in another hailstorm. I bringing my car right back to Williams next week without a second thought.
